They took such good care of our dog, Harley, when she severed her Achilles tendon. They loved on her and was gentle when they were changing out her bandage (which was daily after she had gotten the bandage wet and it got infected). I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Finley was amazing to Sophie, our Lab. His kindness and experience was appreciated. Kristen assisted and was both pleasant, kind to Sophie, and helpful.

I've never had to put a dog down but I picked the right place. All of the staff were very helpful, extremely compassionate and made the whole process as easy as it could be under the circumstances. The plaster cast paw print in a beautiful leather case was a very nice touch. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Brought my dog in because I thought he had gotten poked in the eye..he had a dent and white spots in his eye. They said there was no damage and gave me an ointment to put in his eye... After 3 weeks it's still not healed at all, now he has a white spot in the other eye as well. Unfortunately, I had to turn to Google, I think he may have some type of degenerative pupils and a possible ulcer in one eye, in other words could go blind. Not a good look for my first visit. Especially considering i left my last vet bc of the same thing.. not doing a thorough job , which caused my baby to have the same surgery twice because of negligence... Here we are again different vet but again a thorough exam was not done, waste of $157.

Highly recommend! They always take care of my sweet Winnie and now little Bruno! Great care and easy to make a appointments and get lab results.

They are good at getting to you in a matter of time during the covid.

Just took my two sulcata tortoise babies there for a wellness checkup and x-ray. Everyone there is nice and the doctor is very professional. I'm happy that there's a place for exotic pets available close by should any problems arise I know where to turn to. Thank you!

Dr Finlay and his staff took really great care of my little Milee.She never had any issues after surgery and I was allowed to stay with her before and after sedation.

This place is great and they love my dogs. Everyone at Cleveland Park East is so kind and caring. They care about my animals, but they also care about the "parents" of the animals. The staff does out of their way to get you and your pets taken care of.

I moved near the Simpsonville Cleveland Animal Hospital in 2014 from out of state. I have relied in the great quality of care, communication and almost every service CAH provides for dogs since that time. I’ve moved away and continued to schedule my dogs’ needs at the Simpsonville location. My dogs got excellent care there and one os a senior now. We’ve visited w all the vets by now and all the technicians over the years. The care has been seamless regardless of the attending vet or tech. I’ve visited other vets in the area to see if there might be a better fit. There isn’t. CAH Simpsonville is the best and I’m happy to share my experience w you.

We have two GSD’s and a mixed breed dog. The staff and Doctors are attentive, professional and attentive and sensitive to their distinct personalities. We are new clients but the interactions have been comforting and reassuring that the care and health for our fur babies are the priority.

Trustworthy doctors that take good care of my two dogs. I had some issues with the administration keeping track of my records about a year ago, but they seem to have worked it out since then.

We boarded our cat here that is diabetic with a recommendation from our vet. After our trip when we went to pick him up, they brought him to our car without his carrier. They claimed they couldn’t find it, he was also missing his blanket. After returning home we got a call around noon saying they hadn’t feed him yet that day nor given him his insulin. When we took him there they said it wasn’t a problem giving him his insulin at 7:30 am and pm. I would never take him there again I’d rather have a teenager in our neighborhood take care of him than return him to Professionals?

I tried this vet out being that I just moved to the area from NC and I must say this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had ever at a vet. My appointment was for yesterday at 5pm however, when I arrived on time at the location I was told that “I called in” and canceled my app. I told them that’s a complete lie because if I had done so then I wouldn’t have ever showed up. After going back and fourth with the receptionist they finally admitted it was their fault for canceling my app after wrongfully accusing me of doing so. Afterwards they told me to come back in the am for rescheduled app and to speak with manager about the inconvenience in which I agreed to do so. Upon showing up this morning the receptionist explained once again that it was her fault and she apologize for the situation and that the manager would be out in a few to speak with me. However, I’ve been sitting here for the longest and my dogs has already been seen and I still haven’t seen a manager as if she’s hiding or embarrassed of the fact they canceled my app for someone else and lied saying I did it. And must I mention, after all of this the manage “Karen” is a complete liar. She admitted to being in the wrong for the situation and promised me a complimentary vet visit for the inconvenience and when I showed up for the next appointment I was charged for it. When I asked about the complimentary visit she came up with other excuses on why it wasnt a free visit. My advice to you guys is to find you another vet in the area because this one isn’t it.

Brought my fur baby to the groomer. I got him home & was petting him & saw this horrible razor burn on his lower stomach!! When I picked him up they never said a word to me. The next day, when I took this photo it started to become infected. For $70.50 I expected nothing but the best.

Love the care my pet receives during normal visits. After hour emergency doesn't treat the same pets they do during normal hours. Also, last year there was a horrible (tornado warning storm) and they still made us wait in the car because of covid. They are pretty robotic. The vet and the techs are great though.

They told me to put my iguana down. He is doing just fine. I see others on here have been told the same thing. They do not care. When I reached back out they could were very rude.

The staff was extremely helpful and so kind to our beardie. This was her first vet visit. They seemed to genuinely care about her. We were also there about 30 minutes so we were happy that we didn't have to wait long!
