Great staff but they sure love pulling teeth.

Professional and great customer service. All the staff show kindness and compassion.

We had to put our dog to sleep. These people where so great to us. They were loving and caring. Definitely will take my next dog to them.

Best vets around. I would like to see at least 1 vet doing appointments every day as it is walk in only and sometimes the wait can be long. Over an hour is some cases. But they are all friendly and very professional. I take my dogs and horses there. Dr Martin is my go to vet, but all of them are great.

Staff are great care for pets awesome. Wait time is 2 1/2 hrs

My husband and I rushed in a little before they opened with an emergency and they immediately took us in and got to work on our dog. Their quick actions and care likely saved his life. Could not have asked for a better vet and staff!

Shout out to Sierra!!! My dog is ALIVE and it's partly due to Sierra's quick actions and care. She rallied to squeeze us into their already full schedule and stayed later to address our emergency. That timing was critical in the grand scheme of things. Her compassion and style of communication fit well when paired with highly stressful situations. Can't stop singing her praises. Thank you Sierra ???? Dr. Blanton and team have it going on @ Boulevard Animal Hospital. We have ourselves a new vet ????????

Hands down the best place to take your pet! My Jack Russell ran in the weeds and came out with several cuts, a couple of which are bad. They really made me feel comfortable thru the whole process and my crazy pup is on the mend. Thank you sooo much Boulevard Animal Hospital!!!!

Did a great job on my doggo. Been going there for years.

The wait is always long and prices seem high, but Dr.Luke is always great with my furbabies.

Danny the financial advisor was sympathetic and helpful. I wasnt impressed with Dr Martins bedside manner. My dog has advanced gum disease and I am not financially able (nor have I ever been) to get his teeth deep cleaned. Though he responded almost shaming me. He also shamed me because if I would have bought him sooner I could have saved myself from him having extensive surgery to repair his hip bone that's out of joint. I felt like a bad mommy to my dog but he is OK the way he is an I give him more love than anyone knows. He is sleeping peacefully right now. And he does well. #warriordog #mybestfriend

Two hours later I got animal seen. Info put out by reception desk was inconsistent, depending who you talk to about the wait time procedure.

Great care & kind Vets & Assistants. Always listens to you. I especially love Dr. Dixon!

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is for the Dr's. They don't do appointments. It's all walk in. We have been sitting in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hour. That is why I don't bring my dogs her. This is where my M-I-L wants her pets to go to. I will spend the extra money on my vet to have an appointment. I could be doing a lot of things in these 2 1/2 hour.

Had to bring my dog in after he hurt his foot. They were very kind and took care of him even though I had none of his records with me (we live in NY).

Everyone is nice and dr. Martin is great in answering and explaining everything.

They are wonderful with my dog, Dr. Dixon is a good vet, I have been going to him for yrs, and he takes care of my aunt and uncle's like livestock, and our cow's until we decided not to raise anymore, when my dog before the one I have now passed away, he was so kind and caring, all of his staff signed a card telling me that they were sorry for my lose, I would refer anyone to his office,

Was very busy, but when they finally got us in, they took a sample from dog, said they would be back, but nope, they just left us in the room, didn’t even say what was wrong with him, at almost closing time someone saw us in the room, and finally said we could check out. Really disappointed with the service…. I also got charged for things I didn’t even ask for.

The only bad thing I can say is the wait time is very very long. However, in the event of an emergency they do step right in and help. My dog was hit by a car. He couldn't walk. My kids and I both were crying. They staff and veterinarians was amazing. They kept me updated at all times. They care. You don't find that often. Hands down the best vet in Shelby! Keep up the great work!

Very friendly and courteous staff. They truly care. They are honest with you and will find out what is going on with your pet if it's an emergency. Best veterinary emergency place in Cleveland County.

Go early! This place is always busy and they don't take appointments. Usually a 60 to 90 minute wait but the docs are good!

Great vets and staff. The wait time is horrible. Need to make appointments instead waiting four hours in a car.
