I got an appointment for my little dog while visiting here. This was a recommendation from the owner of the condo that I rented. The staff and vet, Dr. Tacy, were fabulous. They took excellent care of my dog, Tootsie and me, and I left completely satisfied. Many thanks!

We really love this vet practice! They took excellent care of our Rocky while he was living! Everyone was so very caring and understanding upon his passing, as this is always very hard for me.

I would highly recommend River Oaks Animal Hospital for all your veterinarian services. Dr Pennington is great. She performed a comprehensive orthopedic exam on both our spaniels on short notice to complete paperwork for our pet insurance underwriter documentation. Have been going here for wellness care since they were puppies, and they are always efficient and fast.

I had to bring my Yorkie to the hospital for two days of in house treatment. She was very sick. New to the are and had a hard time finding her a doctor to help. The doctor and staff were amazing, Cheyenne was absolutely ???? amazing with my dog and myself. Everyone there was kind and caring.. thank you Dr. Tracie !! My best friend is home and making a full recovery. Highly recommend River Oaks.

I had to put my dog to sleep December 18,2021. Her name was Daisy Williams she was almost 18 years old. She was my best friend. I really took it hard and everyone was so nice and patient with how I felt. The staff and the doctor was wonderful. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants there pet to feel like family. Boone is always so well taken care of. From the friendly staff who answer the phone to the staff who have direct contact with our dog, they are exceptional. I love getting an email overview of lab results, appointment discussions etc. We took our Goldendoodle in for what we thought was a medical problem that turned out to be grooming related. The staff was so friendly and never made us seem like our concern wasn’t important. I can’t say enough about this place. LOVE this place!

I called on Thursday about 11 requesting an appointment for my dog because his eye was bothering him. I needed an appointment later in the day she said they were overbooked and couldn’t see him, I said I’ll take anything they have on Friday or Saturday. She said she couldn’t fit me in either day as well and I should take him to the Emergency hospital . What’s the point of having a veterinarian if you can’t go to them. The Emergency hospital charges almost triple just to be seen some people can’t afford those rates but we love our animals so we have to do what it takes. Have always been happy going here and the doctor’s are amazing however this time the ball was dropped.

Very friendly staff. Clean facility. They have padding on exam tables for your pets comfort. I thought it was wonderful that they play soothing classical music to calm to animals. I was impressed by the Vets knowledge.

We've been going there for about 4 years and had been very happy with the staff. Unfortunately for us, several phone calls were never returned, and our messages weren't relayed to the doctor. We voiced concerns with our pets declining health, and unfortunately we lost him to cancer. Please stay on top of communications between you and their staff.

Would not trust anyone else with my Baby boy. He is my one and only Dr. Pennington and all of the staff here are truly AMAZING
