As a new customer I couldn't be happier. On their website I sent a message requesting an appointment for my canine baby. Costal contacted me and ask what my needs were. After discussion, appointment made. At the appointment time we entered a cozy waiting room. Receptionist was very attentive to us, even though I have never been there before. After waiting a few minutes the technician came for us. Took us to a clean examination room. Went over our needs for that day. When the veterinarian came in she was very accommodating and took the time for our first examination, provided additional resources and recommendations. Happy I picked this veterinarian and place of business.

My dog wasn't feeling good and he hadn't been to the vet in 5+ years.. he was very anxious when we arrived, and the whole staff was so nice and accommodating, my pup seems to be feeling better and so am I knowing that we have such a caring office right down the road! Thanks alot

Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. We spoke with JP, and Heather and saw Dr Black. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the receptionist but she was also very friendly and kind. The lobby and exam room was decorated so nicely and made a great impression. We're excited to be new patients here

I can't put into words how happy we are that we found Dr. Black and her practice. When we were new to the area, we found ourselves in need of a vet ASAP, and nobody was taking on new patients. Another vet's office recommended Coastal. They got us in right away and we found out our Tink had developed high blood pressure and lost the vision in one of her eyes. Dr. Black answered all of our questions, gave us great recommendations and plenty of information to manage her new diagnosis. We took our second cat to have a senior well check. Dr. Black diagnosed an issue her previous vet in our former hometown had missed when we had taken her for weight loss. Got her back on track. Unfortunately, we recently had to say goodbye to our Tink, and Dr. Black was SO patient as I worked through the process of letting go. Again answering all my questions, giving feedback, assuring me when the time came, they would be there. When we did call, they were able to get us in, and made the whole process, as heartbreaking as it was, comforting and peaceful. Thank you Dr. Black and all your staff, we truly appreciate all of you!

Looked this place up because it was suggested as a good vet for fearful animals. It looks like a great place and their tactics to make the visits for animals who are afraid less scared sound really good.

Our fur baby got some bumps on his skin while we were on vacation. I called around to several places that couldn't squeeze in an emergency. Not only did Coastal Vet Care see my dog within 2 hours, they took great care of him and gave us information on a 24 hour just in case anything else happened while we were away from home. My dog got an ear infection while on vacation visiting family in the area. Other vets in the area couldn't get us in for a week or more, but Coastal was able to book us an appointment in two days; within a half hour we got a call back about a cancelation that allowed us to be seen the next day. I was impressed with how much they were mindful of my dog's timidness- just some very minor barking and hiding behind me. They let her approach the staff in the exam room at her own pace (with the encouragement of some peanut butter) and walked me through how to do the ear swabs so the visit would be as comfortable and least traumatic as possible. The vet tech patiently walked me through how to treat her ear infection at home and happily answered all of my questions. They absolutely turned what could have been a very stressful and traumatic experience for both of us into an easy visit and a quick recovery for my dog.

Absolutely wonderful place and people! Responsive, accommodating, helpful, quality care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
