Matthews animal clinic cares about your animals, takes the appropriate time and care to make sure all your concerns are answered. They also offer alternative strategies to surgery. Their care allowed one of our dogs to live 2 more years comfortably than any of her siblings. I cannot say enough good things about this vet.

Front desk and phone people are rude, Veterinarians are amazing! Sadly because they didn’t take any action to change or training the friend desk and phone people , I’m not going there with my 4 dogs anymore!

I'm a pit bull rescuer who's used MAC for 10+ yrs, as referred by my parents in law. They've used MAC since Day 1! Now I entrust the care of my ESC (emotional support canine for PTSD) dog, whom I literally value as my child. If he's ill I'm a MESS, yet it's NEVER failed that I'm called before THAT VERY days end to address my fears & plan the next step! Thank you MAC for aiding us in the process of neglected & abused animal rescue & care. We always know we can count on you all when it REALLY matters. Sincerely, Yvette & Lux

No words could express my gratitude. A phenomenal team of knowledgeable and compassionate staff that care about your pet, and that they get the care they need urgently without an appointment. BONUS…. They were reasonably priced.

I've moved from the area, but still travel the extra mile. They are great with my Cali Cat. The groomer's are excellent! She has hairball issues so they give her the Lion cut.????

On a regular basis my phone calls, emails, and medication orders are NOT responded to. My dog has gone without meds for days longer than he should have because the front desk and/or office managers forget to do their job. If you ask the same question to 3 different people you’ll get three different answers. I switched vets after a year of this, the old lady at the front desk needs to be humbled and learn to talk to people with respect. Definitely do not recommend

Veterinarians here are exceptional. And the groomers for my cats are awesome I've been going here for over 8 years.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond! My asthmatic kitty started having breathing troubles last night and this office was able to get me a same day appointment, contacted my previous vet from out of state to get his medical history and took great care of him today. The rest of the fur family will definitely be going here.

Great place to take your animals (family loved one)to to be treated. Very caring staff and perfestional doctors to care for your family member and caring. Price is great, they care more about the patient than the money.

While, my cat hates going, I love Matthews animal clinic. All of the doctors, vet techs and vet assistants are wonderful. I feel that my cat is very well taken care of each and every time! I also never feel like I'm emptying my pockets.

My dog is a bit snippy when it comes to grooming. It was so cool finding that Matthews Animal Clinic does sedated grooming. I was nervous at first but Nikki talked to me and reassured me that she was more then qualified to do this. Nikki did an amazing job and my lil dude looks amazing!! Definitely my go to groomer here on out!!! Thank you!!!

I was shocked seeing my dog that comfortable around other people when he's usually a lot more nervous. They did amazing taking care of him, and gave me a quick rundown of the issue he was experiencing and provided a solution for us. The nearly clean bill of health I came back home with today brought my mom to tears from how happy she was, and he's already running around and feeling better after his first allergy shot. We're over the moon, and it was worth every penny. Highly recommended! :) ????

After the loving and professional care given to our beloved Reagan, there was never a question where we would bring future pets. I called this morning for Brutus to be seen. He is having difficulty walking. I was told he would be worked in. After sitting in a hot car for more than 30 minutes and text messages back and forth, I sent a message that Brutus was overheating. Someone came for Brutus, but not us. The reason, a small waiting area. The attitude of the staff has gotten to the point where we are changing our dog's care. When told we were taking our business elsewhere, they did not care. The staff is also dismissive when you pick up your boarded dog and his medications and Greenies are not returned to you. I am heart broken that this relationship is ending due to a virus and lack of common sense.

Relationship of over 11 years gone today over rudeness, unprofessionalism, and just plain cold callousness. I guess expectations of courteous customer service are completely gone because you feel like you can act like authoritarians over your misguided fear. We'll take our business over the border to a state where people and animals are still treated like humans and pets. Edit after response of not actually addressing the concerns -- COVID fear is no excuse for your staff miscommunicating and then BLAMING US for THEIR MISTAKES! We can accept miscommunication, but when it turns into BLAME with no apology, you just think someone will accept that? Yes, four letter words were used AFTER Shirley all but accused us of trying to steal a groomer's session (it was somehow our fault the groomer's charge wasn't on the invoice) AND THEN MISHEARD what my wife said, and after Ms. Santos rudely brushed off the concerns of us waiting in a 96 degree car with Brutus overheating. AFTER WE WERE TOLD BRUTUS WOULD BE WORKED INTO THE SCHEDULE! We were under the impression that WAS, IN FACT, AN ACTUAL APPOINTMENT! Again, miscommunication that is BLAMED ON US! A few reviews below, a commenter says that their rabbit needed to be seen, AND THEY WERE ALLOWED IN. Why were we not afforded the same treatment, ESPECIALLY customers with an 11 year relationship? We will be eternally grateful for the love and care Dr. John Pritchett gave to Reagan. Also, the care Brutus received was top notch. The vets in the practice are awesome; unfortunately, the attitude of some of your staff and your defense of awful customer service renders that care not worth it.

We made an appointment at Matt h ews Animal Clinic for our cat. When we parked in the parking lot, we called in to say we were there. We had a choice o going in wearing masks or having them taking the cat. We chose to go in. They were friendly, the clinic was very clean and when they worked with the cat, they were very calm and informative. We would highly recommend Matthew's Animal Clinic to everyone.

I am actually in the parking lot now waiting to have 2 kittens I rescued seen. This is my first visit and so far I have had a great experience. Every other vet I called was booked until well into August invluding my usual vet. These people offered to work me in with a couple of options and have been extremely attentive, polite and thorough.

My rescue dog Toby was initially not very cooperative when it came to grooming and we were told he'd have to be sedated every time! The groomer Nikki didn't blink and agreed to give Toby a try... initially after we gave him medication to calm him down Nikki was able to give Toby a first class groom. It didn't take long for Nikki to win Toby over and soon he required no meds...now she's been Toby's groomer and best friend for 9 years... wouldn't trade Nikki for a million bucks!!

I brought my rabbit to Matthews Animal Clinic for a nail trim! They took care of me fast and efficiently! Also the price was less than I assumed!
