Absolutely wonderful staff and veterinarians. We've been taking our cats and dogs here for over 10 years. They are really good with caring for our animals and feel confident in their knowledge and treatments. Dr. White is kind, relatable, compassionate and has went above and beyond for our family.

The staff was very empathic and patient. I had to change my appointment a couple of times, and they were able to see me as soon as I needed. They even bathed the kitten I had brought in.

Would definitely recommend! I always have a reliable and professional experience here. They've helped me with many of the family pets I've had over the years including my old cat BJ who unfortunately had to be put down a few years ago. Thank you Caring Hearts! You do the work of saints.

Dr. Morefield is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and responsive. She oversees care of our dog who has epilepsy and guides us very well.

Recently my cat was in for some shots and before he was in there he was completely fine no problems besides being underweight due too old age and flees and when he got those shots 2 days after he was not able too walk or do anything on his own i had too help him do almost everything and now they have put him down and he is gone forever

Dr. Morefield is wonderful and has been our vet for almost 20 years. Becca and the other receptionists are very pleasant and helpful.

If you have a euro imported German Shepherd DO NOT bring the pack member here. These people have NO experience with this breed. I made it very clear what shot I wanted my pup to get and they agreed what I wanted and they went ahead and gave him the lepto shot without my knowledge till I got the receipt. The vets here do not listen to you they just want your money. The vet tried talking me into other shots and I told them no and they still gave my pup other shots, it’s kind of funny these people think they can do whatever they want to your pet but I recorded the entire conversation of what I wanted and the vet agreed & still did what they “recommend” for MY pet without telling me till after it was done.

Dr White and her staff were Amazing when I brought Finn in after an altercation (fight) with another dog .. Dr White explains everything and takes into consideration your pets feelings and the owner . Thank you for being so kind to me and Finn ..

This is the only place I take my fur babies! The doctors and staff go above and beyond to care for and love their fur patients! I have been taking my fur babies to them since they opened their doors! Excellence in care and compassion in loss...caring hearts is outstanding!

We are new patients to this hospital as our vet in the past had to close their practice. We have searched since then for a new vet and never quite felt comfortable until we came to Caring Hearts Animal hospital. We were meet with sincere warmth and many questions asked to understand our dog. With Covid 19 we obviously are unable to go inside which to be honest I was a little nervous but was made to feel comfortable. She returned in good hands a I quickly received a phone call from Dr Lori whom actually read through her chart and was quite familiar with her history. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did I feel good about the visit but felt a true genuinous and caring coming from everyone I spoke to and met. Our family member Casey of 14 years developed nasal cancer in April. Prognosis considering his age was not good. Caring Hearts went above and beyond in preparing us for the inevitable. Casey passed on to doggie heaven June 8. We can’t thank Caring Hearts enough for their understanding and professionalism thru this trying time.

During this difficult time of a Covid life we had to unfortunately put our dog down. He was a loved member of our family who had been cared for by Dr. White and her staff since he was 5 years old. Their care was wonderful and understanding. It was such a difficult decision, but the team did everything they could to make our difficult time easier by giving the best care and love to our dog. Thank you for all you have done for our family (2and 4 legs).

What a great place to take your pets! This is a no fear animal hospital which I absolutely love since my big baby hates the vet! Everyone was so helpful and caring.

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Lori for years. (the old place and Caring Hearts Animal Hospital) I love that my cats are examined in front of me, shots, drawing blood/urine or whatever. If I can't handle the test, I step out, my choice. I trust Dr. Lori's treatments and advise. Dr. Lori and her staff treat my cats not like animals but like the family member that they are. I have a 19 1/2 year old cat, she is doing great, I credit Dr. Lori for all she does to help her plus her great advise! She has saved two of my cats that got hit by cars years ago (cats don't go out anymore), she is amazing!!! I am so thankful for her, so are my cats! Thank You Dr. Lori, you're the best!!! They are a small practice but they know their stuff. I honestly believe they have saved my dogs life on more than one occasion. They are professional, friendly, and accommodating. I will not take my dog anywhere else.

Convenient location, clean facilities. My only complaint is that they seem to be more expensive than other vets for comparable services.
