Very difficult to get an answer, they finally called me back after two messages and a week too late. However, I tried to book my puppy and give them a second chance and I was informed by text that they are booked until the end of the year by their regular customers. So I guess not taking new clients.

My dog hates the groomer but he absolutely loves coming here!! The staff are all so sweet and he always looks great when we pick him up!

There understanding i got alot of info for my dog. Since he didnt have no shoots the told me what to do with him step by step. The call back if you call, i try calling other Dog grooming places no one answered nor called back???? wierd. Well i know i will be going here once my dog gets all his shoots.

This is a Wonderful Group of Doggie Lovers who do an Amazing Job of Grooming Our Fur Baby !!! They Love the dogs into grooming tasks that might not be enjoyable.. Reasonably priced and We are Soo Happy to have less Fur Flying .. Kudos to the Barking Boutique ????

I moved here with two English bull dogs two years ago and randomly chose this groomer. I’m so grateful that I did. They are so nice to my senior dogs and I cannot believe what an exceptional job that they do on them. I can’t thank this place enough for their wonderful service.

We were very impressed! We dropped off our two corgis to be groomed and I can honestly say upon pick-up that they've never looked better! Owner was extremely friendly and attentive - you can tell she absolutely loves animals and loves what she does. We will definitely be back!

A barking Boutique is fabulous! We took our puggle in for the first time. They were welcoming and very caring towards Our pup! When we picked him up he was just as happy and relaxed as could be. Thank you for taking great care of our pup. He is so fresh and clean!!

It's a wonderful place to go get your dog groomed and my little dog is so happy when he comes out of there tail just wagging.

They are nice. The grooming atations are open so you can kind of see the dogs being handled well. I can hear them talking sweetly to the animals. The girl up front is awesome. She sets a very positive tone and helps the grooming, interacting with animals to help move everyone along. It seems like a really good rhythm.

I LOVEEEE this place, I brought my old girl there when she was younger and could get around better and they just groomed my 6 month old Shih Tzu yesterday. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Samantha is amazing as well as her sweet mom. They got my pup looking adorable! She has severe groomer anxiety and she came home so happy! We love barking boutique so much!

We have been taking our cockapoo here for over 3 years now. We absolutely love the environment and staff. For us, it is worth the extra mile because of the care our pup receives. Highly recommended

Made a appt for our dog on Wednesday for Saturday at 11:00 .get there and there is a four hour wait .we live in waxhaw didn't know we had to pack a lunch, then on top of that our dog didn't even get groomed she had a bow in her hair and no private parts were shaved .what took 41/2 hours??? I have left messages no one has returned a call. Won't ever her back or give reference to anyone else.

Hands down the best place around for getting your critters haircut, nails, bath done... doggie bakery/ treats is a nice bonus too. Friendly staff :)

We have 3 dogs that get groomed here and they do an excellent job! Very friendly staff who are clearly dog lovers! The last place we went to BEFORE A Barking Boutique my one shih-tzu came home scared from all the time. Now they are happy, well groomed & loved !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very cute place for dogs and their owners. Our dog gets hair cuts about 4 times a year. They always do a great job.

I didn't have a good experience here. My dog has bad anxiety so the day of the appointment i didn't give her meds because she was on another medication so I didn't want to mix the two. Long story short Samantha calls my phone around 1:30 pm leaving a message stating that pebbles was screaming Everytime she touched her. I went to get her and Samantha insuate if she was being abused and she also stated she recorded my dog while she was grooming her. My first impression is to not bring my dog back because that made me feel very uncomfortable becuase who gave her permission? I had to pay $20 for incomplete work my dogs eyes were still dirty and still was poop on her behind and she still smelled. I offered to give my dog her medication and asked if the work can still be done she told me no and I would have to bring her another day . My dog will not be back my first time experience was bad and to insuate and ask me in front of people if she was abused when before scheduling my dog apportionment I told Samantha she has really bad anxiety. One star is not even deserved.

Khloe absolutely LOVES going there to be groomed. She gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. I drive from Harrisburg because of the service. Great Job, and friendly staff.

My dog has been banned from Petco & Petsmart for being naughty during grooming and I gave up on taking him places and just started doing it myself. My faith with groomers has been restored thanks to the staff here! I can tell they really enjoy their work, love the animals, and have patience and love to give. My dogs haircut is AMAZING and he wasn't traumatized when I picked him up. I definitely recommend!!

They do an A+++ job on my cockapoos. We even moved further away, but won't bring them anywhere but here!
