We got our guy Milo from the Pyr rescue and we drive 45 min just to bring him back for grooming. Shannon is absolutely wonderful and is clearly not only passionate, but also a very knowledgeable expert in her field.

I love Dogs All Day. This is the only place I’ve brought my dog since he was a puppy and have no reason to go anywhere else. The staff is attentive and friendly. I know when he goes there for the day he is guaranteed to be tired when he gets home. Pricing is great and I love that they offer a 50 pack. A great bonus is the webcam so I can watch the play yards while at work.

This is the only place we have found that knows how to take care of our Huskies coat. The have the knowledge of how to take care of dogs with double coats.

Dogs Day Out is the best grooming and kennel in the area! I've trusted my Sophie, toy poodle with them for years and the amazing staff takes great care of her. And I can't say enough about the owner Shannon, not only does she do a fantastic job but she treats each dog likes its her own.

I've been using groomers and boarders in this area for the last twenty years, but I have NEVER been as happy with them as I am with Shannon and Dogs Day Out! (in Indian Trail, NC) Firstly, they observe COVID safety protocols, which is important to me (and all of us) because I have underlying conditions. We had our terrier's nails clipped recently. He usually screams bloody murder when having it done, but Shannon had him ready in about 90 seconds, and he was lying on his back and completely relaxed. Not a peep! We've had all kinds of issues with other groomers and boarders, but not here. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Shannon and her staff are wonderful. Grooming is not her job, it is her passion. She truly cares for your pet and treats them as if they were hers. I would never take my furry kids anywhere else!
