These girls are the best! Highly recommend!!!

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Immediately when I walked in, the ladies behind the counter greeted me by making fun of the way my dog looked. They proceeded to then take him behind the counter and ridiculed the harness I have on him, claiming that it was too tight and causing a rash on him, when he in fact suffers from allergic dermatitis and the rash is completely unrelated to the harness. The harness he wears is made specifically for his athletic build and pulling habits. They then claimed he was being aggressive and that they couldn’t finish his nails, when in fact they were being very rough with him and frightened him. My dog has not ever been aggressive with a human. I was in the waiting area the entire time listening to and watching everything that was happening, and never once did he get aggressive with them. They proceeded to charge me for the full service and claimed if I brought him more he wouldn’t act the way he did. This is the second poor experience I’ve had with them and wanted to give them another shot, but can firmly say I will NEVER be returning to this facility. If I could rate the experience a zero I would. It seems that every employee at this salon could use a class or two on customer service.

Great place to take your fur babies for their spa day . Jessica is one of many talented and excellent groomers there. She does my Sasha so beautifully every time we go. Friendly staff and beautiful fur babies all the time to greet you when you come in. Love the staff.

We recently moved to the area from Charlotte, and we were needing a new groomer for our fur baby. All Paws Grooming did an excellent job! Highly recommend!

A good steak every time

Very nice staff. I took my dog there and they called me twenty minutes after I left and said they wouldn't bathe my dog. They said it was like they were pouring acid on him.. told us to come back next week. My dog has been to the vet on a regular basis and has zero skin issues. He simply just hates water which is why we brought him to professionals to be cleaned. My husband and I are able to do it at home but figured it would be nice to have someone else do it for a change and not have the mess. My dog yelps loudly when he sees water, so I do not recommend taking your dog here of he hates water or yelps. They aren't able to handle it, even with multiple workers, collars and equipment. My dog is 16lbs. I ended up taking him to Petco where they were able to clean him.

No questions asked. Hands down the best place to trust your furry friend will be well taken care of.

Karen is amazing and Milo just loves her. I'm always pleased after she de-sheds him, bathed him and cuts his nails. Highly recommended, they are all very nice, but Karen is extra special.

Amelia and all her ladies are a joy to be around. They treat all their doggy clients like family and do a great job of making them happy. Pearl loves to to see Amelia.

This grooming establishment is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and very caring. I have two precious furball's. I have the girls groomed every four weeks. I've been a client for four years. My babies are treated like little princesses. Karen has been my regular groomer this whole time. I get the works done and am always satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend this grooming establishment.

I am new to this groomer over the past few months and am so glad I found them. I chose them based on prior reviews and awards they have won. We are new dog owners and they have been so kind and patient with all of our questions. The Clean Up with the Huggable Package is perfect. It’s just enough For our older dog who has been through a lot of medical procedures prior to adoption. We eased her into it by coming a few times prior to this visit and getting simple quick nail trims and bangs trimmed. This enabled her to be more comfortable and has now had two clean ups. Our sweet senior Beagle walks right in and sits very nicely for his nail trim as well. You can tell the way they interact with the animals that they love their profession. Their receptionist is really responsive and organized and returns calls for appointments promptly.

To respond to the lady below Sandra whom I believe I was in the parking lot who left and said all those dogs were ugly!!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!!! I go there weekly with my babies and only trust them!! We have always felt welcome!!! Unbelievable...

I finally found a place that I'm comfortable leaving my fur baby to be groomed.

Never again.... as a new comer, I didn't feel welcomed at all. 1. First appointment I canceled 24 hous prior. Dog had emergency surgery and was told about a 3 strike rule. No compassion. How was I to know they r closed on Monday??? They made me feel like their doing me a favor. 2. When I arrived I felt that same unwelcoming feeling with the exception of one groomers who did great me. 3. Price was more than I was quoted and they cut my dogs beard. Big no, no for schnauzers. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Note that this event happened in November of 2017; and I only inputted the Google Review a few weeks ago. Only after posting the updated review in July 2018, did I get a call from the owner asking what they could do on 15 August 2018. Mind you, the owner said she clearly recalled that happening, as it was the only time. As a first time consumer of their services I will not be back. 8 months for a follow-up to see what they could do to make it better, is tactless. Update; an employee opened the back door and out ran my pup. Not even a sorry or a discount. Took a little longer than I anticipated and was more money than I used to pay.
