I had an emergency with my dog that needed immediate attention. Called them and they were actually standing n waiting for me to enter n took him back immediately n went to work. The vet. I saw kept me updated to ease my anxiety. I was most impressed at the care he received. The Dr. was very nice and informative. I would recommend Rocky Creek if looking for a good Vet hospital especially in the ParkWay/ S. Batesville Rd.area. I would use them again. Donna

Even though we live on the other side of town now, we will stay with Rocky Creek. They have been excellent with our dog, Finn, for over three years. We recently rescued a new dog, Ruby, who has had a rough four weeks. The first day we got her, she was running in the yard and broke a toenail. Dr. Powers immediately got her in the next morning to grind her toenail down and to give her the care needed when she didn’t respond well to sedation. We also found upon adoption that she had an ear infection and a mass growing on her leg; Dr. Audrey has been so patient with our nervous girl, including surgery to remove the mass just yesterday. I feel incredibly comfortable when I drop her off in their hands. I also have to get a shoutout to receptionist Carly and vet tech Livvy for their knowledge, patience and support. It has definitely been a rotating door for us since we’ve adopted Ruby, but they have made a difficult and stressful month as easy as possible. There are several other team members I haven’t named but everyone is excellency and it is worth the cost to know that my fur babies are in their hands.

My husband and I moved to the Upstate in 2019. We have fostered 40 dogs so far, personally own 5, and have years of experience training our pups. Additionally, I worked at a different local dog daycare for a year. It took me a few rough experiences with other local vets before finding Rocky Creek. They always get my dogs in ASAP if they are seriously ill or an emergency comes up. The daycare is my absolute favorite because unlike most daycares, they spend an entier DAY getting the new dogs acclimated to camp (most daycares spend 20 minutes)! they also have several play groups as apposed to just "large" and "small." Yes, they do charge a little bit more for some items, but it's totally worth it IMO: vet care is top notch, there is little or NO wait time on appointments, staff is very responsive to questions and refill requests. Thank you Rocky Creek Staff!

Oakley was excited to go to Daycare every day! The daycare staff are always happy to see Oakley when they come get him. All the staff is friendly. You can be assured your pup is in safe hands with Dr. Audrey. She is caring and thorough during every appointment. Excellent experience with grooming and boarding as well. When we left SC, Oakley even got a personalized card. Can't recommend them enough!

Had a few hiccups with a reservation not being held and his dog bed disappearing upon pickup. I was told his bed could be in the wash. They really didn't know where it was. Several hours later, it was found. When we picked it up, it was covered in pee. It clearly wasn't in the wash. They were not exactly friendly people to deal with either. Why wasn't his bed in the kennel with him when they went to go get him in the morning?

Rocky Creek has continued to provide fantastic service even after modifying intake procedure for COVID. We were very nervous about our older boy having minor surgery but they put us at ease. Thank you!

Outstanding vet and boarding facility. We could not be happier with their treatment of our Golden Retriever, Henry.

It was good but just didn't like the idea of having to stay in the car to wait instead of going in.

Rocky Creek for the WIN! We don't know what we would do without them. From doggie day camp, boarding, veterinary services, and grooming, they are a one-stop-shop. Our dog Clementine LOVES them -- especially all of the wonderful camp girls (shout out to Kim!). You can tell they genuinely care about our dog. My husband and I agree that we can never move, so we can always take Clementine to Rocky Creek. We feel totally at ease and know she's having a good time while she's there.

New buildings.with many employees.. our Hobo gently growled at the young lady who came to our car window to take Hobo inside for an allergy problem and to have his nails trimmed. Upon returning to the car after Hobos needs were taken care of, the attendant said Hobo was an angel inside.....What does this say about employees at rocky Creek! Very friendly and care for their patients..our pets.

Boarded our dog for three nights and the total came to $322. They didn’t inform us that he would need 3 unique shots to stay there until after he had been taken out of the car. Additionally, the day we were going to pick him up we called at 4:30 PM to let them know we couldn’t be there until 6:30 PM and they said that’s too late so we had to pay for another full night because we couldn’t pick him up after 6 PM when we were coming back from the coast and we’re going to be 30 minutes past the pick up time. Regardless, you have to pay extra if you pick up your pet after 1:00 PM. Place was nice, they had a pool, and the lady with the boot was super nice. Just ended up being VERY expensive with weird extra costs and had some rules that were not communicated.

Don't bring you pet to his place they are money hungry, when i broght my dog after one of their employee hit him with his car they come with a bill for over $4000, 00 demand $2500.00 i started to asking questions the nurse got mad with me and asked me to apply for a pet credit i was not approved, they finally asked how much i had i ended paying $1000.00 i was told i could take him tomorrow i came and they refuse to surrender they asked to keep him for 12hrs more i agree later i received a call from someone claiming to be an officer he demand that i go immediately and pay $3000.00 so the doctor could emputate his leg from the beginning i told them that i didn't wanted that they try to intimidate me and told me i would spend not money out they and that he could try to do the surgery when from the beginning he told me he couldn't do that type of surgery, i call a different hospital and took my dog out of that rocky creek hospital i did not thrust them with my pet no more the part they treated look infected sad i pray that this don't happen to any other dog i don't know what he went through in that place ????

New to the Upstate and spent some time exploring various vet practices. I have been very pleased with the veterinarians at Rocky Creek. I have a special needs cat with multiple conditions, and Dr. Audrey has been very professional and kind. Their follow up has been excellent and the app has been very useful. Received a recommendation from our pet sitter to go to this practice and couldn't be happier. Looking forward to the day when I can meet the doctors and staff in person. Thank you, Rocky Creek, for taking care of my beloved January and Luna!

We've used this veterinary hospital for years and have been very pleased with the great care that Dr. Adger and the staff provide. We just tried out Doggie Daycamp with our newly adopted pup who is 11 months old. She had a blast! The staff did an amazing job grouping the dogs by age, size, and personality, and we know our dog received great care and had a wonderful day. It was a real treat to bring home a happy (and pleasantly tired out!) pup.

I have been sending my dogs to Rocky Creek for more than 6 years. They were so thoughtful and respectful as we went through the loss of our 13 yr old lab. I send my 5 yr old and almost 1 year old puppy to doggy care and they come back tired which is what I want! Whenever I have a question the staff there is quick to answer and happy to help. I love when I board them and splurge for the web cam suite. I get to watch how the dogs are and ease my concerns that they are comfortable and very well cared for

We recently moved back to the area and heard great things about RC Veterinary Hospital. We had new patient appointments for our cat and dog and were very pleased with the services that were provided. At the end of the appointment, the doctor spoke on the phone with me for several minutes (covid regulations you wait in your car) and explained everything in depth. I did not feel as if she rushed the conversation and she was very pleasant to talk with. We started taking our 1.5 year old dog to doggie day camp as well as it is comforting to know if something were to happen he is already a patient there. He has the most energy of any dog I have ever met and after a full day of day camp he gets in the car and falls asleep immediately. The curbside drop off/pick up is so easy. I love their app that allows you to request appointments/day camp, to get reminders for appointments, and to check in on their health chart. I'm sure with covid regulations their phones are busy so this has been an efficient way to communicate and we have had no issues. Thankful we have found RC for our pets!

Our Golden LOVES coming to Doggie Camp! When we mention Rocky Creek, he runs to the door, ready to go. The staff is very accommodating and loves our Jake. He gets alternate play times and rest times, but we know when he’s had a great day by coming home happy and exhausted. He especially loves Tropical Tuesdays when the weather gets warmer.
