Staff was very compassionate and understanding when I had to bring 2 different animals in to be put to sleep. I felt that they were genuine in their compassion. They also worked with me on the bill because I'm on disability. Their main concern is for the animals and not about making money. I recommend them to everyone I talk to. I have been taking my dogs here for nearly 30 years. Always excellent care. My experience has mostly been with Dr. McElveen, however I have also seen Dr. Flowers many times. Both have exhibited a high degree of compassion and skill. After a good life, I recently lost my old rescue lab. They were comforting to work with during that difficult time. Old dogs are the best. They have been in business for decades and are trusted by the community. Others may have fancier offices, but none will provide better care than Daryl and Becky at Pleasantburg Veterinary Clinic. It's the care that makes the difference. I have been very pleased.

I NEVER write reviews but my experience today (and every time) deserves more than just referring to my friends. This practice is hands down the BEST! Saying I LOVE this practice is an understatement. After 13 hours at the emergency vet, lots of tears and lets not forget the hefty bill... we still had NO answers to the issue with our dog. We survived the night and we were worked in by Pleasantburg Vet immediately after they opened. We were greeted by name as we walked in the door and several of the staff members swarmed us to make sure our dog was OK. This is why I love them! They care as much as you do about your animals and deliver the best treatment every time. Happy tears were shed just knowing my sweet dog was in the best hands possible and would be well loved in my absence. I could list a million times they went above and beyond to take care of us without leaving a tremendous hole in our wallet. Their smiling faces and attention to detail amaze me every time. If you are in need of a vet do not walk, RUN to see the team at Pleasantburg.

I was blown away by how amazing my experience here was. I've lived in downtown Greenville for most of my adult life. I've taken my dogs to another vet in town and while they're reasonable, they book like 2 weeks out and take forever. I just thought this was "normal" practice. Not at Pleasantburg Vet! Everything works like clockwork and they value your time. Not only that... but everyone, and I mean everyone, cares about your dog. They treat them like they're family. I was blown away by the care, efficiency, and overall experience that I'll never go to another vet again.

Just returned from our first visit to Pleasantburg Veterinary Clinic. The staff were so kind to my somewhat difficult and nervous dog. Answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed going forward. So glad to be a new client there!
