Pet paradise has been awesome for my dog that has a tough time being away from home. The staff is so incredibly friendly, and they do a great job of loving on Kona while I am away. She loves the pool and being able to play with the other dogs and staff, and we love that we can watch her on the tons of webcams they have. The peace of mind they offer is well worth the cost; Kona will be back again and again!

My husband and I bring our pup to pet paradise for day camp weekly. He loves it and always comes home exhausted, which we love.

how do you manage to let someone’s pet escape? do better.

I have two huskies, one who is fixed and one who is not. I paid for a VIP room for both of them, which includes extra play time (on top of the 1-2 hours that every single dog is supposed to get). My dog who is not fixed got absolutely no play time. None at all.. verified by the webcam many many times daily. Not only did she not get VIP treatment, she also got less than any other dog in the entire facility. Will never send my dogs here again. My poor, beautiful husky has been in a jail cell, howling, waiting for my other husky to return, while wondering when she would get her turn. How???????? Rude ????????

Place was extremely clean and everyone was super friendly. Went for the first time for a vet appt with my puppy and was running on fumes. The vet and asst were both very patient with us. Some of the other assts could be heard through the door admiring my pup and one tech or asst came just to play with him. All prices were clearly explained and there were no surprises at all. Everyone was attentive as I could have ever hoped for. Will definitely be back!

Excellent staff and our dogs did well there. Very clean with good hours.

Booked a boarding reservation back in August for Thanksgiving week. Paid the $100 deposit. The Tuesday, the week before Thanksgiving I got an email that my reservation was cancelled.....no explanation. Was on hold 45 minutes trying to speak to someone to figure what the heck was going on. Finally got through....some story about corporate giving them a list of reservations to cancel. Luckily they rebooked mine. Gave them pick up time on checkout day of 10:00am with a bath. Went this morning to retrieve my pup......no bath...they had the pick up time as 5:00pm.....where did they come up with that? Asked if I wanted to wait while they bathed her???? My account had already been charged for the bath that did not happen.....then they asked it I wanted to just let them keep the charge for the bath on my account until next time? In other words pay for a service that never took place. The staff was not very sincere in their apology. I feel their service has gone downhill since they opened.

They talked me into getting there so called pet insurance now that my dog is sick they want me to pay for diagnostics and blood work very expensive when I already pay 70.00 a month for insurance

I was initially nervous just because I'd never boarded my dog before but this place took great care of him. He was in high spirits when I picked him up and he had enough play time over his stay to wear himself out (which is a feat in itself). Using the webcams I was able to see him out with the other dogs each day so I know he was out and active for a lot of the time. I would definitely bring my dog back here again.

Grooming here has been great and its clean , love watching the dogs play in a doggie pool

Ginger has slept all day so she must have had a good time. The people seem very nice and care about our furry friends.

Our dogs were there not too long ago and both got really sick with kennel cough and all they said was sorry but that's not good enough.We had to take one of our dogs to Emergency vet because of her breathing along with our 2nd fur baby.Between the Emergency vet,other vet appointment and medication it was over $500.They were only there half a day.And our dogs are vaccinated.So won't be going back here again.

So much fun! The webcams are a hoot! We don't get 1000ft away and Cooper is toast! I really like this place!

I’m not sure that this location is open and staffed. I have a pending reservation in the online system. I’ve tried calling three times over two business days spent 35+ minutes on hold. I still have been unable to contact anyone. I would be concerned with the quality of care given this experience.

Caring staff. Nice hours. Easy reservations. Beats local competition. Clean. They are good with shy dogs.

Pet Paradise took great care of my pets while I was on vacation! We boarded 2 cats, and they shared a condo. Seemed like plenty of space. I liked being able to see them when they were out playing on the webcam, however their condo wasn't visible on the webcam so I couldn't see them the entire time. Would've been nice if they had multiple cameras.

I used to love this place and it was the only place I trusted to board my dog. But in the last couple of years this place has gone downhill. Every stay we have had trouble with them ignoring our requests and trying to make an online reservation is terrible. It is also very hard to get someone on the telephone.

Great place for my dog to have fun and release energy. Cameras make it easy to see what he’s doing during the day.

The entire staff did a wonderful job with our Baby Meredith!! She is a very shy puppy and very timid. They took so much time to make her feel welcome and comfortable!! Thank for the WONDERFUL haircut Alicia!! Kyla thank you for all you did!! MEREDITH THANKS YOU GUYS TOO!! WONDERFUL STAFF!!

I’ve had issues almost every time I’ve booked a day camp or boarding reservation and I will not be returning. They approved my dog’s day camp reservation, so the next day when I took him, they informed me he was late on one vaccine and they could not take him at all. Why approve a reservation and not tell me this information until I drive all the way there to drop him off? A simple phone call the day before to let me know would have saved me a lot of trouble…or not approving the reservation. I paid for boarding before his appointment, and when I picked him up after his boarding, they told me I owed $140 more. When I asked what it was that I paid for before, they said a “pre payment.” I was told whatever I paid before was the total of boarding and there was NEVER mention of any type of prepayment. Communication with them is awful. If I would have known boarding for 4 nights was going to be close to $400, I wouldn’t have done it. I’ll be taking my dog anywhere else from now on.

I took my dog there Scarlett for a skin condition. I was very impressed with all of the facilities and especially with the vet that I was seeing. I have not encountered a more caring vet in a very long time. She was very thorough very compassionate and caring and explain things the way that I could understand them. Make recommendations to other doctors that can take care of other situations that I have with other animals at a much reduced cost. Pet paradise has everything you could possibly want. I enjoyed watching the dogs play in the pool during their daycare session. There were many of them and they all look very very happy and content. I would recommend pet paradise to everybody especially now that I know they also do Exotics.

I dropped my dog off at 7:30 am, for bath and nails appointment. I added a day of play so that she could have a fun day and I would pick her up after work. When I went in to pick her up at 5:30 I was told the price for bath and nails only. The day of play had not been added. So she spent the entire day in a cage! It took some time to even find out if she had gotten to play or if she had spent the day in a cage. Finally the receptionist went outside and checked with whoever was over the group play and found out my dog had not been in the group. She apologized profusely, explaining that a lot of the employees are new and maybe didn’t know how to add the day of play. But why didn’t they ask if they didn’t know, and also, if they didn’t add the play, then why did no one text me to come pick up my dog after being groomed??? The story makes no sense!!! This is the second time in a row that we’ve had a major “misunderstanding” here!! Last time it took them literally 20-30 minutes to FIND HER, and then they couldn’t find her collar!!!!! We tried calling for days about the collar, no one really cared. They finally found it but only because we kept calling every day and chasing them around for it. Anyway, I don’t like giving a bad review, but we learned last time that management doesn’t care to rectify a bad situation. I have lost all trust for Pet Paradise! It’s sad because my dog is important to me and I want her to have the best possible treatment, which is why I’m willing to pay very well for her care, and it’s sad that as much as we pay PP, they can’t be trusted to do their job and take proper care of our family member whom we are entrusting them with. If she wasn’t going to get a day of play today I would have picked her up on my lunch break. I don’t understand why I didn’t get a notification to pick her up if no day of play was added. There are pieces missing from the story and it’s upsetting to me that I really don’t even know what happened to her today. Now I have to find another pet resort and I plan to check it out thoroughly. I would not recommend Pet Paradise to anyone!!!!!!!!!

Great place with great people! My Rotti seemed to have enjoyed himself.

My dog likes to go to Pet Paradise and I feel that she's in good hands when I leave her there. The only problem I have is with their so called rewards program. I've signed up twice, spent hundreds of dollars there and never received one point.

I had an awful experience they didn't give my dog any play time and I asked them to give her ice cream twice a day and they did not give her the ice cream. I will never recommend them

All I can say is Wow! What an experience! We boarded our dogs at Pet Paradise for the first time over July 4th weekend. It was so comforting to be able to watch our dogs on the camera instead of wondering if they are ok. Our dogs left excited and worn out from having a great time! We will definitely use their services in the future!
