Extremely expensive and uncaring in my experience! Don't stand behind their products. Rude front desk staff.

In Jan 2021 I moved from Colorado to South Carolina temporarily due to a family emergency. 2 weeks before the move, one of my dogs had ACL surgery and I was desperate to find a good vet in SC to do his post-op care. He has SEVERE anxiety at the vet. Thank God I found Crosswinds. Dr Powell, Dr Washburn and the entire staff - shoutout to Crystal and Maddie - are AMAZING with him. They are SO good, in fact, that even though we are now staying 4 hours away in Tennessee, I'm STILL taking him to them. We recently found out his leg isn't healing the way it should, and I trust the Drs at Crosswinds to do the absolute best for him. As long as we're in the area, this is where we'll go!

Crosswinds takes such good care of my dog and cat. My dog actually gets excited when we get there! The vet techs and staff always remind him and it’s such a personalized experience. I would recommend Crosswinds to anyone in Greenville.

Dr. Hait and the entire team did a wonderful job with my nervous pup. Dr. Hait helped her to feel comfortable with the exam and vaccines. It was a great visit!

Was recommended this vet from our previous vet, and they did not disappoint! Had to bring in my dog and her 3 puppies, and they sent me an estimate of charges before I showed up so I’d know how much I’m spending - much cheaper than I had expected, and they handled all four dogs with love and care, playing with them while they got their shots and pampering them throughout the visit! Very excited to have found our permanent vet for our dogs!

I am very happy with the care and service that Dr. Washburn has given to my Boston terrier. She is very thorough and explained everything very well. I would recommend Crosswinds animal hospital to my friends and family.

I have a difficult rescue who has been in trouble since I got him. I know he is in the best hands. He is as healthy as he can be because of the special care he gets.

This was puppy Luna's first visit, tail wagging enthusiastically from the first moment a technician spoke to her until the door closed and she had to get in the car. Dr. Washburn and her team are professional and share their warm-hearted interest as well as extensive knowledge generously. All my questions were answered and reviewed in their online response. I am grateful to Amber for her recommendation of Crosswinds and her suggestions for leash training.

I have taken my dog, Moose, to Crosswinds for over 2 years and I have always loved them. My husband and I have said we want a doctor for ourselves that is as good as the vets are to our pup! :) We have seen all of the vets and they are all fabulous. However, I grew to love them even more when we were out of town and our dog swallowed a toy and had to have emergency surgery. The office gals, the vet techs, and the doctors were so amazing. Dr. Bowden was so detailed in explaining the entire process, giving us all of our options, and being honest with the risks. Dr. Fuller was filling in and did the surgery and he was so great. Lauren took care of our dog while he was recovering and she went above & beyond caring for him. I knew he was in good hands when he was there. I can’t thank Crosswinds enough for the care & kindness they provide. Even the support staff helped me get our dog in & out of my car when I was pregnant & couldn’t lift him. Crosswinds is the best! And our dog is recovering so well!

Henry does not love getting poked and prodded at the vet but everyone at Crosswinds helps him stay calm and feel safe. Dr Powell even remembers that Henry LOVES pill pockets and always gives him lots of treats and love. The entire team at Crosswinds cares for their patients as if they are their own pets.

Loved our first experience here! They were all incredibly kind to my vet-afraid and generally stranger-hesitant girl. Prices seemed very reasonable for her yearly checkup and blood work. I’m very picky since animals can’t speak for themselves and wouldn’t hesitate to bring my girl back!

Guess I'm going to echo what others have said. They were recommended by my vet (Cat Clinic) for evaluation of my cat's dental issues. Overall excellent experience. I got to come in with Pester (the cat), and the staff was great. Communicative, pragmatic, up front about all issues, treatments, and costs, and took the time to answer my questions and offer insights based on their experience. Very favorably impressed, and no issues going back.

I just called and spoke with Courtney, mentioned that we haven't been in the office but I am needing a vet to see my dog because he is coughing since last night like he has something stuck in his throat. First she wasn't professional in her way to ask me what was going on and then she said for new patients the wait is a month. So if you are looking for a vet office to help you with your pet asap this is not the right option.

My first visit with my cat at Crosswinds was a very good experience. They have an efficient system to manage arrivals during Covid, and we were quickly brought into a comfortable exam room. More space than in our old vet office, exam table folded down so as to be more "homey" -- which the cat probably didn't care about but the human felt more at ease. The assistant was amazing, very sweet and relaxed with Tex, who reacted by being relatively cooperative for once! Both the assistant and Dr Bowden took plenty of time for me during both taking of backgrund history and in explaining to me the issues after the exam. Thank you..

I was very picky about where I would take my Lucky (cat) for her first visit. I did a lot of research before I settled on Crosswinds. I highly recommend taking your pet here whether for an emergency or wellness visit! They are very responsive and answered ALL of my hundreds of questions lol. Everyone is so nice! They followed up on ALL items within 24 hours. They took very good care of Lucky especially since she was super nervous. I absolutely love my Lucky’s Vet Dr. Shannon Hait! She treated Lucky like her very own. She was very personable and direct on her answers to my questions. She took time and explained everything she looks for and next steps! I like the fact that they offer multiple services. The nurse was so helpful and followed up in a timely manner as well. They have COVID protocols in place and are following them closely.

Everyone is always so kind! The vets remember small details about our furbabies and even our own personal lives. They treat us like friends, not numbers! All of the staff is so nice and chat with us when we visit. They are quick to get us in when one of our pups needs to be seen and treat them like one of their own! We absolutely love Crosswinds and everyone there!

They were great with my pup who was injured and terrified of going to the vet. Highly recommend!

I absolutely adore this place and everyone that works here! Dr. Powell's competence and compassion gave me 2-3 more years with my beloved dog that I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. She respected every decision I made about his care and was there with a big ole hug after I had him "put down". They are now caring for my new puppy and will care for EVERY animal I ever own. I would trust no one else. Yes, they're a bit more costly than others but the peace of mind you'll have knowing your pets are getting the best care around, is worth it. And remember, you have other options for obtaining your pet's meds which could save you some money. The only thing I wish is that they had Saturday appointments - even if only for a few hours.

From start to finish a terrific experience. Check in was smooth, the assessment with the technician friendly and thorough and Dr. Hait was kind and informative. She clearly cares immensely for her patients and their human parents. I trust her completely with our German Shepherd Maggie. Check out was helpful and easy. Happy and thankful to have Crosswinds and Dr. Hait taking such good care of us.

Took my 2 seniors in for their yearly check up. I was pleased that I could go in with my pets. I do not like leaving them at the curb as I like to speak directly with the vet tech and veterinarian. Both technician and veterinarian listened to my histories and concerns and gave both a good check over. They were also gentle with my babies. They will be coming back for sure.

Really clean place. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they love animals. Unfortunately though, they are very expensive.

Vet staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind! My experience from the front desk to check out is excellent every time. Appointments are on time, thorough, and they explain everything and answer all your questions in a way that is understandable! It is alway clean, welcoming and my dog actually enjoys going.
