I took my special needs dog to dogs day out for over a year. A very nice young lady shaved my shi tzu as instructed and was very patient and pleasant. One day the young girl was not there, it was just after they moved to pleasantburg. The owner shaved my dog and was very rough with him injuring his shoulder. When I noticed him limping and called to ask what had happened she replied, “he was playing rough with the other dogs.” She injured my dog! I could see that the hair on one shoulder was twice as long as the other from where she held him down to shave him! Three years later my dog still limps. Very cruel person. Don’t let her fool you.

We have a 11 month old Rottweiler and we have used them a few different times now. Every time has been a great experience for us! One of the times was very short notice and they had no problem working us in. Highly recommend!

Dog Day Out is like family my dogs always go here and they’re always fantastic they treat your babies like family amazing staff kind people amazing boarding and grooming my dogs go here for playtime and grooming and boarding and I can’t thank you of enough for all what they’ve done for us One of my dogs who is nine now Grace she was going there since she was 16 weeks old I can’t think your dog day out enough

My dog Kiya has been staying at A Dogs Day Out for years! The staff is kind and friendly, and Kiya loves it there! They’ve been able to make room for her at the last minute for unexpected trips and work with my crazy schedule. 10/10 recommend!

Maria’s talented crew has cared for my 3 successive dogs for many years. They have learned useful behavior, and most important my dogs all love to stay at DDO and they return home tired and happy. We have used DDO both for vacation boarding and for daycare.

My dog loves coming here. The owner and staff are amazing. We have tried other daycares and this one is by far my dogs favorite. He is happy to go.

The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Baths, nail trims, and haircuts are also done here which is very convenient as well.

I pick up my dog after I paid the bill and saw several bite marks on his nose. I had to apply ointment to allow it to heal faster. I’m still not sure if hair will grow back, on the scar areas. When I asked for an explanation, the very sweet receptionist said she didn’t know but she was sure it was not aggression. I asked to have the person who saw what happened to call me. They did not call me. I followed up with them five days later because I did not receive a call from them. And their response was ..... you signed a waiver that says things like that might happen, (I get that) they can’t do anything for me. They can’t guarantee this will not happen again. She was sure I wasn’t coming back anyway she said. (She is right). Honestly, they could have just apologized and given me a free day on his next visit since they assured me that dog was banned for future stays. Did not get the warm fuzzy reply for my sweet dog’s injury. Sad, honestly, the way she handled it.

My wife and I love taking our dog, Bowman, here. The pricing is very reasonable and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent. They were able to accommodate my dog for boarding same day when an issue arose with the pet sitter while i was out of town.
