I can’t begin to thank the staff of Mt Holly enough. This is a long one, but I want everyone to know how great my experience was with this team! I first brought my senior cat in when she was very sick, thinking she needed to be put down the same day. They were able to get me in very quickly, which is coincidentally most of the reason I ended up taking her there to begin with. Dr. Troy saw some fight left in her, and with the right treatment we got another week with my beloved friend before having to bring her in for the last time. Dr Troy is also great at explaining what is going on with your pet, showing you evidence of his exams, and giving you a gentle, but realistic diagnosis. I only had two weeks of interaction with them, but I couldn’t have asked for the end of my companion’s life to go any better with a vet. I was in and out quite frequently and they remembered my cat but also other customers and pets by name - they really make everyone feel like more than just a patient. They called me for updates on my girl and were patient with me when I called with my worrisome questions. When the time came to end her suffering, they were so gentle and told me how much they loved treating my cat, and are grieving right along with you. They gave me options for how I wanted the process to go and left me without any regrets. I also have been to other vets in the past and Mt Holly has been the most financially reasonable out of all of them, in my opinion. I spent much less on a very sick animal overall than I had expected, which wasn’t an object for me but certainly makes the experience easier to handle. When the time comes to bring another fur child into my life, I will without a doubt only be bringing them here.

Show up on Saturday as their website and google has them listed as open on Saturday. Barrier and lot is empty and the closed sign is up. Call and they hours on recording were 100% diff. Assume due to staffing and customer need? Covid? Either way I did not have an appointment but I did have a semi urgent need for my pets.

Wonderful they take great care of my two dogs and a cat

Worst clinic ever, come in for an annual check up and they perform a sick visit, you can’t go in the office so you have no idea what they are doing, communicates poorly, when time comes for me to order heartworm pills they tell me I need to come in for a wellness visit. Sorry, pretty sure that is what is supposed to happen with an annual checkup. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Great. Dr. Winn and the staff is always great with Abby or whatever dog I take. Have known them for 40 years and has always treated me the same. Don't know what I'm going to do when he retires.

Stopped in here to pick up some allergy meds for my dog. I was shocked to find they charge $3 a pill. They say it's a one month supply, it's only 28 pills. I asked for a prescription so I can buy them online. I was told I had to pay $10 for that pleasure. At the end of the day I just felt soaked and the lady the blonde lady was really snotty.

Great vet! The techs in the room are wonderful with my dogs and cats, patient and loving towards them. The front desk staff is always friendly. They are very accommodating when I need to make an appointment because they know I have a crazy work schedule. Dr. Winn always takes such good care of my pets. I highly recommend Mt. Holly Vet!

My wife can no longer care for her 14 yr dog which is having trouble from her hips, chocking and her ear infection she has struggled with for several years. My wife called about having the dog put to sleep. They said they would do it for $170. I took the dog in for an 8:30 apt which they wasted 30 minutes of my time before telling me they would not put her down without doing an exam and try to treat her conditions. The doctor did not examine the dog but still demand that I pay for them not doing anything. I will pay there expense but will try to let as many people as possible to know NOT TO USE THIS VET.. We will now have to find a good Vet.

I have been going to Mt Holly Vet for 16 years and my poodles love Dr. Winn as much as he loves them. And the staff is awesome too!

Very nice front desk help, vet technicians very nice and good. Dr. Winn is a caring person and .great veterinarian. Took loads of time throughly examining my new rescue, offered tips and advice. So far after first visit, I am very pleased.

We've been going here for 10 years plus. Can't say enough good things! They genuinely care about pets and their parents and they make everyone feel like family.
