I’ve been with Banfield since 2013 and no matter which location I visit, the customer service is always good!

They are genuinely the best to take your pets or (as they call them your kids)to. They are quick and very kind. Also very knowledgeable about your animals and the medicine they prescribe

These people really cared about my dog and when it came time to let her go across the rainbow bridge I am so glad we were there.

My dog is due for vaccinations at Stand for Animals and I am waiting for them to get back to me about an appointment. I called to schedule a tick removal at this site and this unprofessional person on the phone did not tell me they wanted to charge for her vaccinations? Why would I pay you or schedule this? She is not due til this month and she has a PAID PUPPY package at her regular vet. I drove from Charlotte to Gastonia. Will not be back to this location!!

after a over a YEAR of my dog going here, today when i went in for his appointment they told me he had no records on file and that they would have to give him all of his vaccines over again. we’ve had 8 appointments over the last year and they allegedly have no records? they previously did the same with my cat and tried to give her 3 rounds of FeLV in less than 2 months. seems to be all about money to me. clearly they dont know what theyre doing & dont care about the animals safety.

Had to edit my review. We were sucked into the wellness plan with the understanding that because we pay a monthly charge of $40 ish that the only the we will EVER have to pay out of pocket again is medicine we take home to administer. Implying they administer meds there, they are covered. Right? WRONG! Not to mention it only covers an examine and rabies shots, which made her very sick due to her many food intolerances causing her immune system to be out of whack. Why wouldn't they give her an antihistamine prior to rabies injection? Especially considering they diagnosed her. Here, pay $120 for this shot, oh and her new food is $70 for an 8lb bag. Oh and she needs another 2 meds but they are only $60 and $40. So on top of our monthly charge we pay another $300… the first 3 visits were at least that. I don't understand why they can't take blood or saliva and test for what ever she's allergic to or intolerant of. I can tell you what I'm intolerant of right! And yes, I'm being tested! Jesus take the wheel!

Walked in thr Pet store and immediately they helped us! Workers very knowledgeable about every pet and item.

The vets were awesome Dr Taylor too such good care of my fur baby. She was so nice especially being a Saturday she took here time an really tried to figure out what was wrong and she did and put me a ease. Then on Sunday she took the time and talked to me about my kitty. Thank u Dr Taylor and her loving staff

I had a 8:00 and an 8:30 appointment today for my two dogs. I was there 10 minutes early and signed in. They only took my dogs in at 8:10 when I complained that they were not honoring their appointment times. Also, I had been paying $79.80 monthly for the wellness plan. Today they told me it ended this month and I didn’t renew it so I would have to pay in full for their wellness treatment. I never received an expiration notification and I was told previously it was auto-renewal. They said I canceled it 10 moths ago, which I never did, but my credit card was still being charged! Who cancels a service and continues to pay for it for 10 months? Not me! These people took my money and did not deliver on their services! This place is NOT RECOMMENDED! They should probably be investigated for fraud.

Took my dog on for blood tests. They were prompt and courteous. Took care with my dog.

This pet hospital is inside pet smart, cant give you a proper star, cause, I didnt go to that department of petsmart, flea medicine is what I needed and its higher here then others.

It was very bad and so disappointing. The vets don't pay attention to your needs. It was our decision that we wanted our cat euthanized but the vet said she just didn't feel right doing it. We know our cat is very I'll they just wanted more tests and more money. They charged us 250 dollars for tests that told nothing. Won't be returning anytime soon.

I love that they see so many pets but they remember my two dogs. I like the phone call to check up on them after a sick visit. Very friendly and totally worth the price.

Everyone is nice and the service is good. A bit pricey for the contract deal but my pooch is completely comfortable going there!

The doctors are so wonderful here and their prices are, too! The wait is similar to other vet facilities - a little longer than you want it to be, but they *are* super busy constantly. If you can, make an appointment online because there is only one person at the reception desk and one phone call can take up to 10 minutes. It will help alleviate wait times.

We've been taking our cats here for 13.5 years.

We were from out of town and our dog was passing blood in urine. Our daughter uses Banfield for her dog. She immediately called and made the appointment for us. This happened on Easter Sunday.We could not have been more pleased with all the employee's from start to finish. If i lived near my daughter i would not hesitate to make this our primary care for our dog Chandler.

I called yesterday to ask about my dog getting the medication Bordetella and was told I could come in anytime after 2pm and the cost was $26. I came in around 4pm yesterday and was then told that sI had to pay $76 and that she would have to be seen by a vet. Which is ridiculous because I just had her there last week and she was seen. I explained what I was told and the cost was only $26 . The lady behind the desk insisted that it she had to be seen in order to get the medication. And I had to pay the doctor vist.I called another vet and was able to get the medication for $24. I thought I would like Banfield. But they are not on the same page with pricing. However the vet we saw last week was very friendly.
