Very thorough took great care of our Gracie.

The doctor gave good medical care, but, unfortunately it was very expensive. I told them that my dog didn't need a rabies booster but they gave it anyways and charged me. All they had to do was look at the tag on my dog's neck to see that it was not necessary, but they didn't. They helped my dog's minor rash but the bill was too high for the services performed.

I have been going to Dr. Stephenson with our family pets for almost 30 years. He has taken care of them all, cats, rabbits, birds and dogs.

I had my dog groomed there and I absolutely loved the groomer and the experience! My dog has serious aggression issues while grooming and needs to be put under anesthesia, this is about the only place I have found that has a vet on site to sedate and monitor while the grooming happens. Gives me great piece of mind! They cut my little guys hair super short so I could wait as long as possible to put him under again! They aren’t money hungry and will do everything to put their patients best interest first! This is the only place I will ever trust my baby to be groomed!

I have enjoyed everyone there. The building is clean, and smells good. They are very professional.

They did a great job at grooming my German Shepherd, handled him great. I on the other hand got threatened with an over night charge if I was not there within 10 minutes of the time I received a phone call to pick my dog up from an 8AM grooming appointment. Husband received a call at 12:30PM dog was getting groomed and asking if we wanted his nails trimmed, and never got another call after that. We were waiting on the pick up call all day, and at the same time my husband and I both got a call at 4:00PM. When I stated I never received a phone call I got told that they tried multiple times, which they probably could have I am not saying they didn’t, but my husband and I did NOT receive a phone call ever. If we did we would have been there in 15 minutes to pick up our baby. I replied with I will print out my phone records just to prove to you, WE NEVER GOT A CALL TO PICK HIM UP. I stated I was not paying an over night charge because someone claimed they called me but I don’t even have a voicemail to come get him. I was disregarded and told to come pick up my baby. A simple understanding would have been nice on their part but the lady on the phone was EXCESSIVELY correcting every statement I made, as if they could not possibly be in the wrong. Just rude, and I will not be going back. As for the lady at the front desk, you did have an attitude. Unprofessional.

They treated my pet with dignity, love and kindness. I got an appointment pretty quickly and my boy is all better now. I'm so happy with the staff. I just wish they could get rid of the smell but I still love them. Maybe a new, larger building?

The staff were so busy...but everyone was just wonderful to my new puppy and me! They called and informed me how he was doing and even called to check on him the next day! It had been awhile since I had been there, they made me very comfortable!

Always very caring and each time we had an emergency with either one of our Shelties or previous Collies, Dr Stephenson was always there for us. We been going to Reilly Rd Animal Hospital for 27 yrs and still getting the same professional and caring service. Tammy and the rest of the staff are always friendly and wonderful to our 2 Shelties. Thank you Dr Stephenson and staff.

This was my first time coming here with three foster kittens to get spayed and neutered and overall it was a good experience. There were many social distancing practices in place such as having people wait out in their cars and qear masks inside.They finished with the kittens earlier than expected which was nice, but I wish they would have given me a home instruction sheet for kittens who have just gotten spayed and neutered because I was a bit lost once I got them home. I freaked out a little bit once at home when I saw them still bleeding a bit, but learned this was normal after talking to the rescue I'm fostering for. Overall this place is very nice and seems to be a great place to bring your furbabies. The only thing I would suggest a helpful facts sheet to go home with kittens who have just gotten spayed or neutered.

Dr.Stephenson and his staff have been such a blessing for my fur baby Harley. She had been struggling with a rash and some breathing issues. The team at Reilly Road has helped Harley to feel so much better and WE love how caring and thorough the Dr . Is with listening and making us feel so important and cared for. We drive over an hour to use this facility. Dr Stephenson is a wonderful , intelligent, doctor that makes you feel so comfortable and your pet’s health is his main priority. I would suggest to give this facility a try to anyone. Great staff , Great doctor , and my Harley leaves with a wagging tail ❤️

I adopted a rescue. The $100 paid at her adoption covered her chip, neuter and rabies shot. This was a special offered with Reilly Road Animal Hospital. This was the first time I've been to this vet, and it was a real pleasure. Everyone was so nice and attentive. After her surgery, I took her there quite a few more times and have received the same great care. I highly recommend this vet and will continue to come to them with all my present and future dogs.

Took my baby here for heart worm shots. The first appointment they didn’t take him because there was an emergency with another pet, I was pretty upset since I had an appointment and my baby needed his shot but the overall experience was okay they weren’t rude or anything and they went in and out pretty quickly.

I'm a new 11 week old pit bull puppy owner and my puppy Simba is LITERALLY one of my children. I took him here for his very first vet visit and I was VERY pleased! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, polite, warm and welcoming.The atmosphere was super positive and the staff interacted with me and my Simba via wonderful conversation and genuine care and compassion. This is now Simba's OFFICIAL vet and I would recommend Reilly Road Animal Hospital to any and all animal owners.. These people are AMAZING and they get you and your pet in and out. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

My newly adopted dog and cat needed a trustworthy vet, so we decided to visit Reilly Road Animal Hospital. I must brag about their staff, especially the front office staff. Every staff I've encounter this past year had been nice, professional and really caring. They remember little fact about your previous visits and trips to the vet so easy. My pittie loves people and the moment she step into the clinic, she receives lots of praises and pets. She actually loves visiting the vet. LOL. Prices are comparable, always on time with appointments, clean rooms and the techs and vets really listen what you have to say.

Reilly Read Animal Hospital is the best. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable and they welcome my dog Sydney and make her feel comfortable. Sydney is a 6 year old 80lb lab rescue who has many quirks. Everyone goes out of their way to make her feel like the princess she is.
