They research the type of dog we had (Kerry Blue Terrior) which they never cut before and did a fantastic job on her! Will be going back again!

10/10 wouldn’t recommend. I specifically asked for my Shih-poo not to get her hair cut too short. When I picked my baby up she was basically SHAVED! They also put a bow in that was pulling her hair & skin so tight her eyes could barley close. When we went to take it out her hair was matted where the rubber band was and it came out. It was also less than an hour after we picked her up that we took it out. SMH. & idk if they give dogs sedatives but my puppy was extremely tired and had something really hard in her stomach. She didn’t eat for the rest of the night and I almost had to take her to the ER.

Came here today on an appointment they were very responsive and Great overall, dog came home happy as can be and shiny, also they took the extra effort to try to give my dog a clipping even though he was being a brat I really appreciate that, definitely suggest coming here

I took my dog here for the first time (I just moved to Fort Bragg) a month ago or so, they did a great job and have no complaint except I didn’t think my dog was washed, I didn’t bother to ask at that point cuz I thought maybe it wasn’t included in the grooming. Fast forward now, I just called -first to bring her back for just wash, and I thought I’d ask if wash is included i grooming , they said it is, I mentioned that I brought my dog weeks ago and didn’t think she was washed cuz I didn’t smell any the shampoo or any change and even said that “you can tell me if your dog was bathed or not” then I got the response that they use nonscented shampoo. Regardless if it’s non scented or not any dog owners can tell if their dogs were washed or not. Then the lady said they have perfume and stuff -which was not even my point plus I don’t like perfumes or scented stuff, it became an argument that wasn’t even the reason I called. I called to bring my dog again cuz I liked how she looked and NOT to get a free wash -which whomever I was talking on the phone clearly assumed why I called. Answering my question is one thing but being defensive is another and unfortunate. So, for those first timers like me at this place -you may want to ask what’s included in a service since I already made a mistake by not asking. It’s unfortunate that the person I spoke with totally misunderstood me and became defensive. I should look for another groomer sadly.

I take my two Teacup Maltese here and they are the best always leave them with a great haircut. As well as for my female they always give her back to me with cute bows in her hair, and for my male they always give him back to me with bow ties and ties around his neck. Best pet grooming in the fayetteville area. To say I have taken my dogs to other places before and they left my dogs looking weird?

Literally the BEST groomers in Fayetteville, they aren’t charging an arm and leg and they do their job well. I have been taking my Lulu there for a while now and it saddens me that I’m moving out of town, so she will no longer be able to go. They address her by name AND she walks right into the back with no problems at all. Even if they are fully booked, they will call you back if there is any cancellations so that you can take your baby! 10/10 would recommend, take your fur babies there and you won’t regret it!

Been going here for 7 years. Been through multiple Groomers there. The last $48 grooming of my 10 pound yorkie was so upsetting to me that I will never use them again. I believe the Groomer that groomed my dog is the owner. After my dog was brought out to me I asked if they could cut her bangs a little. The Groomer was asked by the counter guy to come out and talk to me. She came out and I asked her to cut the bangs so they would not be in her eyes. The Groomer went in to them back and got a comb, came out, combed my dogs hair on the top of her head forward and told me about some hair being short, and to be honest she lost me in the communication. She said "I don't understand"! All I wanted was my dogs bangs cut some which which would have taken a minute. I then told her "you know, forget it". I walked out the door and said "I got a sissors at home"! I was feeling like I was taken advantage of because I paid $48 and did not get the haircut I asked for. My dogs face was not trimmed like I asked for and her body was not cut short, which I was not asking for a body recut, short like I asked. So the next morning I called to see if I could bring Tiana back in to get her face trimmed. The lady that answered the phone started saying what she was told I said, which was not what I said when I exited the shop. I assume they talked about me when I left, and this lady was told untruths about me. I then told her to tell the owner that I will never bring Tiana back there ever again. I was the customer, and I was not treated good. After 7 years I will find another Groomer. This was terrible customer service.

They are responsive to anything that you have issues with. Their groomer is awesome

If you haven’t gone you need to!!! I have two French bulldogs and they are very unique when it comes to new people. And hate getting their nails cut. These guys took both in and were amazing with them! I don’t trust people often with my babies, but these guys are amazing with both of them and their prices are fantastic.

They are very pet friendly and do good work.

I love this place. At one time I was taking my dog to great paws I did not like the staff (not friendly). But Carolina Grooming they care, and they do a great job.. Its been 4years now.

I love taking my dog here. Dallas also loves to go there. Her groomer is the best.

Very good and friendly family business. The older lady(no disrespect) does a very good and is very meticulous at grooming, bathing, trimming, and everything in between. She takes her time and does it right the first time. It always excites me to come back knowing my pets are in good care.This place is probably the cheapest you can find. With that being said, if you get your pet checked out here, please leave good tips as much as possible!!

Good place. Have been going to them since they were on McPherson Church Road. Kim and her staff have been very good with my "boys." I only have one boy now, but he always look and smell good when I pick him up. The shop always smells and looks clean when we visit too.
