We have been taking all our animals to paw Prints for over 25 years. All the employees here, but especially Drs Crittenden and Cousins are the best. They are compassionate and really care about the animals (and their people). Our fur babies love them!

Our experience at Paw Prints Animal Hospital was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Cousins was caring and thorough with our Boston Terrier, Espa Jo Clem. This was our first visit and we are thrilled to have Espa established with Paw Prints Animal Hospital. I was very impressed with how very clean the office was!

Prices for check ups are very affordable. Doctors are kind and helpful. They listen to our concerns and are very educated on the matter.

The Paw Prints team does a great job taking care of our dogs. We have two Rottweilers and have used both their veterinary and grooming services and been pleased.

Excellent care but a little pricey compared with the average costs of veterinary care in this area.

Our vet left the practice we liked her alot we were thinking about switching to a vet that welas closer because we drive 35 minutes 1 way but the vet we got instead of her was great as well so we will drive the distance. Front office help can be hit or miss depending on the day you go. Sometimes very friendly sometimes not.

My cat has been going to this vet for all 18 years I have had him. We are very happy with the level of care he has recieved over the years. They have always been very helpful, professional and understanding. I will take any and all pets I have currently and in the future to this vet.

Our cat was found and returned to paw prints animal hospital and so the very next morning, I rushed to get him and sadly they were very full, but had sent my lil "OZZ" to the humane society so he would have room so I went and got him! So happy to have him home

What can I say, they saved my sweet kitty's life. Had I not taken in her when I did, she would have died of Pyometra. I highly recommend this vet.

Staff is not properly trained. They are way too rough with the animals and they have very bad attitudes. Kennel area is disgusting and smells awful. There are no cots for the dogs to lay on so all the get is a very thin blanket on a cold hard floor. Very unorganized. Always loosing the dogs belongings. Doesn't follow owners feeding instructions and they only get fed once a day which is in the morning. I would not recommend taking your babies here nor board them here! Sorry excuse for an animal hospital

Very well organized front reception area with kind, polite employees. It was obvious that everyone working there loves animals; they treated the pets with such care and respect!

I moved here three years ago, my doggo is 9 years old and saw the same vet for years. I was very nervous about finding her a new vet because I liked her last one and not all vets are created equal! Although she is still not exactly a fan about vet trips, I really feel like I always get great service here! They always listen to my concerns about my fur family, and are knowledgeable about many things. Needless to say I am grateful the care by Dr. Cousins is comparable to my old vet! The staff that works at the front desk and techs are also very kind when I call and come in. the prices are reasonable as well.

I recently just took my dogs for a grooming session which I do every couple of months. Haven’t been recently with all the stuff going on with covid. Instead of telling me that they increased there prices, which are ridiculous now when you can go to a full on groomer for the same price who will trim and cut they just tell you when you pick your dog up. Then tell you we increased our prices at the beginning of the year, seems you haven’t been in this year. So if you can clearly see that, then you should have been able to let me know when making the appointment. It’s time I find my dogs another Vet and start going to an actual groomer now that it’s the same price. The staff is rude when answering the phones and asking questions. Especially if you don’t agree with something. Make sure to ask before making any kind of appointments if you haven’t been in a bit due to covid because they will not respect you and tell you the price difference until AFTER your appointment.
