Went to look at purchasing some fish for my tank. The associate asked several questions which was understandable to determine which fish I had to choose from. When I took interest in a certain fish she told me they were not recommended for my size tank I said ok and started to inquire about others but advised her I was did not want Tetris as I have had those and they are bullies and eat other fish. She again stated she would not sell me the original fish I asked about ( I never went back to that fish nor did I ask again) I started to ask about another and she stated I will not sell you that fish--so I di raise my voice and say I am not going to buy it nor did I ask again She then proceeded to speak very rudely and say to stop yelling which I was not and I said you do not have to keep talking about that fish She said I'm not but if you yell again I will not help you. So i left with not Fish,, Would NOT advise you to go here and deal with EMILY

My order was for delivery and it arrived early in the day which is great! The thank you card included in the order is super sweet. ☺️ I will definitely shop with them again.

If you've got a pet, this place is the cat's meow! I've never come here and not been able to find what I was looking for. They've got a good selection of pet food and accessories, great fish selection if you're looking to buy those, aquariums, pet cleaners, and more. One of the best thing at PSP are the dog washing stations. For a small fee, you can wash your doggie in a raised professional area, and they provide towels, grooming tools, shampoo and conditioner! We use it for all 3 of our dogs and they "love" it. The only thing they don't have a great stock of are aquarium plants, but thats a minor quibble. They also regularly host adoption drives for cats and dogs.

Affordable and carries plenty of product variety. Staff always friendly, happy to shop here!

The employees are not nice

Great selection of products. Super helpful staff. They have wash basins and grooming services. Be extra careful in the parking lot which is a little cramped.

Clean, quite, and not busy

PSP in 5 points may be part of a chain, but they don't feel like one...and that's a great thing. We used to try to shop local for pet supplies, but have had enough unpleasant experiences that we are turned off. PSP, on the other hand, is staffed by friendly and always helpful staff. We also had an experience a few years ago that made them being part of a chain oh so valuable. There was a pet food recall that we had not read about. PSP emailed to tell us about it and then made good on the food. Prices are typical, but they offer so many specials that they usually end up cheaper than anyone else in town. They will also order food they don't stock and then keep ordering for you automatically until you tell them to stop (you aren't obligated to buy, either). Store is bright and always clean and organized.

Never have a problem. Always have products I need. I've only bought fish pets but always been good quality.

Normally go there every week to pick up toys and cookies for our puppies. They no longer require masks for those who have been vaccinated. The puppies love going here for a sniff.
