They were caring and very friendly towards my precious cat and myself as well. Also they were very knowledgeable and concerned about the health and well being of my cat also.

Excellent service. They follow COVID protocols within reason, have excellent medical opinions and charge reasonable prices. Very hard to beat - the only other clinic I know that does as well is 4 Paws in Forest Acres.

I am so thankful to ms.Nancy Harbach she saved my little baby Chole. Chole was very sick we thought we may lose her but she never gave up. The staff is always so nice.I would recommend Five Points Animal Clinic to anyone who truly loves there pet.

I love 5 points animal clinic, it is hard to find such a compassionate and understanding veterinary staff. I highly suggest them to anyone with fur babies as they are extremely kind and definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to taking care of your pet.

How do you rate a vet? What is the basis here? I know know nothing about being a veternarian and it's not exactly customer service..... 10/10 have never killed my pets

Dr Harbach has been great with my pups. I really feel like I can trust her to tell it like it is and not try to sell me any unnecessary tests or products. I can always schedule an appointment for my pets quickly and the price is comparable to others in the area.

Very friendly staff and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They seemed a little pricey but not terrible. I would recommend them for anyone in the area looking for a good vet to take their animal to.

My sons best friend needed help crossing over. Very sweet patient and caring. I couldnt appreciate them more.

Amazing clinic! Went there for the first time in early October. The vet Dr. Nancy is amazing, patient and communicates well with the pet parents. She also only does tests that are necessary and is always available whenever you have a question. The staff are brilliant as well and super helpful! They are also taking exemplary precautions to safeguard their customers from covid

I had a dog that got snake bit.thay don't have anivinam.and that was fine.the one that picked up the phone was very rude..Vet is very sweet.and Nicky one that answer.she wasn't there.I don't no hoo she was.you already worried about your dog and some rude person gets ugly.I want go back been going there 15 years.loved the staff.but when that happens.never again.

Dr. Harbach and Nikki are the best. I trust no one with my dogs other than them. Brilliant, compassionate, educational and straight forward. They have saved my pets from many illnesses. Not to mention that they are always available for the patient and the owner. The best of the best recommendation.

Extremely unprofessional and vindictive staff. Will overcharge and never acknowledge mistakes made by staff. Dr. Bierman, although a competent vet, is very disrespectful to certain ethnic backgrounds. He blames it on the Covid 19 situation which has squat to do with his poor disposition with paying customers! Unprofessionalism is bad for business. You should be ashamed of yourself.
