The team here is great! Our pup was there for a short amount of time and was happy and handsome when he was done at the spa. We will def be back regularly.

For 15+ years The Dog Salon has provided full service for my malti zu Izzie. The staff has always been professional, attentive and kind. But most importantly, they have been loving to #IzzieGurl. A special shout out to Izzie's groomer the entire 15+ years, Lori. ???? ????'s and 5 ????'s

I was a little nervous at first because drop off was a bit chaotic (my dogs a yapper) and there were several people waiting outside. My groomer was so kind and patiently waited for me to bring my dogs to the front of store. She was super sweet. I think her name was Krissie. They sent me pictures of my boys! They texted when they would be ready and I walked in and I was expecting to hear my yappy boy from the back of the salon but nope! Both my boys were calm and seemed very happy and content. I was in shock!! It made me feel that my boys were well taken care of! They look adorable and I cannot wait to bring them back!!

We liked them but now with the doodle price increase we will be using someone else. Disappointed in their pricing.

We had a great experience at the Dog Salon! I had to move my appt with only a days notice due to conflicts and they were totally understandable and responsive. Rascal was groomed by Rebecca who did an amazing job! He’s an older Pom but she sure made him look like a young puppy with his new haircut! He looks so great and we will def be back.

We have a Australian Kelpie mix and she sheds soooo much. Took her here for a bath, nail trim, teeth brush and De-sheding. They ended up De-sheding her twice and my dog hasn't felt this amazing in years. Wonderful place and very nice staff.

We always have a great experience with the Dog Salon. We have been bringing our golden retriever here for years and love it!

Brought my miniature schnauzer here for his first big boy haircut and Heather did amazing! I couldn’t come pick him up right away because of work, but when I got there he was being taken care of and given so much love! Will 100% be back here for his next cut!!

First visit here, Ashley did an awesome job with Charlie. Will definitely be returning. Staff was very friendly

Brought my dog in at 10am, had her out by 1pm (exactly how long they said it would be) and she came out smelling great with an adorable little bandana! I had her nails trimmed, a teeth cleaning, and a bath and it came out to $65 which is a great price considering how well they did. Would totally recommend to anybody looking for a new groomer in Charlotte!

It was great! My dog suffers from anxiety but she did great here! Will definitely recommend it and of course I will be back! We even loved the picture that was sent to us after she was done! Amazing work ???? ????

Krissi cut my dog just they way wanted him cut, she met all of the requests we asked of her.

This is the second time I have brought my dog Lucifer to this salon and I am very happy with the results! He comes back smelling so good & I love the little bandannas they put on him! I have a husky/lab & after his grooming he definitely doesn’t shed as much! He also looks extremely shiny & brand new when I pick him up . I like the little doggy report cards. It’s a mutual understanding that my boy is very sensitive when it comes down to his feet but unlike other groomers I’ve been to in the past they still attempt to trim his nails & they’ve actually been the only ones to successfully trim them (the vet can’t even get all his nails trimmed in one visit). I’m so glad I found this place & will continue to bring my Lucifer to get groomed at The Dog Salon!

The Dog Salon is what every grooming place should be. Super caring to our fur family members, while always professionally getting the job done. Can not recommend enough.

I bring my senior mini poodle here to see Amy. She does a great job being gentle with her My dog has been scared of groomers in the past and she still trembles and acts a little nervous when I drop her off, but when I pick her up she is relaxed and happy. This is a great contrast to some other groomer experiences we've had. I highly recommend The Dog Salon for their streamlined pickup and drop-off processes and Amy as a groomer.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Sweet professionals who keep our fur baby looking sharp!

10/10 would recommend from staff to quality of grooming. My pomeranian looks beautiful and I'm so happy with the results ???????? Will be returning for routine grooming for my pom!

My family and I have been going here for a few years now and they always accommodate us no matter the request. I have a high anxiety Pekingese and I’m grateful to have a salon that we can trust to take care of her ???? her cuts/trims are always perfect and the accessories make for great picture mail! The best dog salon in Charlotte, hands down!!

I've really been meaning to do this review and kept forgetting. So let me say I am so glad I finally found my Charlotte dog groomers. The emailing scheduling process was simple, despite some negative reviews. The walk in process was quick as well. But as you can see from the before and after pics it's truly the cut that seals the deal for me. I wish I remembered my groomers name but she was really good with my Schnauzer and did everything that I asked. So thank you THE DOG SALON, Baldwin and I will definitely be back.

The dog salon pampered my pooches today. They look amazing after their deluxe bath and undercoat removal.

This was my first time at the Dog Salon and wanted to try them out because I am new to plaza mid wood. I was very detailed with the groomer during the consultation session and about my puppies face and that is a sensitive area for her being that she is a puppy (5 months). I received a call from the manager an hour later and they were having a hard time with trimming her face, which I made them aware of. I did not like that the manager stated my puppy was aggressive and going forward needs to be taking to the vet where she needs to get sedated in order to get her face cut. My puppy has gotten groomed before and had no issue prior to coming to the Dog Salon. Word of advice if you are going to service puppies don't treat them like an express service, you need to have patience and take your time with them and develop a relationship " Dogs over humans right"??. Needless to say I will not be returning. Groomer name was Kaii

Ashley did a wonderful job with my anxious little dachshund Teddy! Will definitely be coming back to her and The Dog Salon in the future. The appointment booking, drop off and pick up processes were all easy and I loved getting a “report card” on Teddy at the end.

The only place I will bring my dog! They take such great care of him and he always looks great when he leaves! Thank you!
