I have been using Queen City Petsitting for a few years now and am consistently so happy to have Debbie as my pet sitter! Debbie is always very responsive and communicative about my cat when I’m away and I feel better leaving town knowing my pet is in such caring hands. I cannot recommend Debbie enough, she is wonderful!

We LOVE Queen City Petsitting. We use them for every family vacation and weekend trip. They take such great care of our older Boston Terrier. She loves being able to stay in a familiar space and enjoys the extra attention and love each pet sitter provides. The QCP team love the pets they care for and it shows. I highly recommend this service.

Our cat sitter Genny is a treasure. She not only takes great care of our 2 cats while we’re away, but helps with other chores like taking out the trash, bringing in the mail/packages/newspapers, and watering plants. She keeps me updated via text each visit which puts me at ease knowing all is well at home. We couldn’t manage without her!

I have had an excellent experience using QCP and Joanna. We travel frequently, and I can always rely on my sitter to take wonderful care of my dogs. My dogs can be distrustful of strangers, but they love Joanna. I also foster dogs and have a rotating menagerie of fosters coming into the house. She always takes great care of them - some have special behavioral issues and medical needs so this is no small task. My house is also always immaculate and well cared for when I return. Vacation is so much less stressful when I know that I can rely on QCP.

I had to go out of town for a few days on a business trip. I'd never used a pet sitting service before but due to other obligations for family and friends, I had no choice. After some Googling, I settled on QCP and I'm really glad I did! Debbie was great with my 2 cats! Even went above and beyond and brought in my mail. I'll be happy to use her services again. My family will also be happy not to have to sit for 2 persnickety cats again! ????

Not only did this business cause me and my 2 dogs distress, they left me in a bind Thanksgiving morning as I scrambled to find someone to take care of our dogs since we were already out of town. I signed up for a 30 min morning visit, a 15 min afternoon visit with a walk, and a 30 min evening visit. Upon checking my CPI alerts, I found Pet Sitter, Darlene, stayed 16 min in the morning, 8 min in the afternoon, and 12 min in the evening. The next day, I checked the live feed of our security camera footage on the off chance I would see what she was doing. From that, I saw her open our refrigerator and look through it. Next, I saw her folding up a cloth napkin and take it with her upon leaving my home. I confronted her via telephone and to her own admission, she informed me she “ took a knife to cut her turkey” and she “didn’t think it was a big deal.”After filing a police report, Darlene informed me she actually took 2 knives and intended to bring them back during her next visit. After speaking to the owner, Stacey Fisher, I was lead to believe the employee would not be terminated and stated, “She dropped the ball big time and she heard that loud and clear today.” This tells me the overall ethics and integrity of the entire business is questionable. Definitely do not recommend.

Neal takes great care of my hound Toucan. I never have to worry about Toucan messing up in the house while I am at work. He is always happy and content when I come home, thanks to Neal’s hour long walks. Very satisfied!

I cannot rave enough about how much I LOVE Queen City Petsitting! I have to commute out of town each week and was concerned about finding a reliable petsitting service (for my cat) that would also work with me and be flexible around scheduling changes. QCP has done just that and more! Stacey and my primary petsitter, Sarah, have been an absolute DREAM and always go above and beyond in customer service. I am so incredibly thankful for them and will only be using this business moving forward. Every sitter I’ve used with QCP is responsive, reliable, professional, kind, and trustworthy (and they always send me cute pictures of my cat when they’re here)! This is the best, most reliable, affordable, and highest quality petsitting service I’ve ever used. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I am delighted with Queen City's services!! I am a flight attendant and have an awesome Springer Spaniel (high energy) and precious kitty. Liz is wonderful with them both as she talks to them, walks, feeds and plays with each pet. I do have a little camera for my peace of mind, and Liz is consistent and caring! I can relax at work with her taking care of my loved furry family members!!

Stacey’s responsiveness and professionalism was a breath of fresh air! My rabbits were well cared for while we were away for a holiday weekend. I look forward to using them again in the future.

Was in a pinch and needed to find a good trust worthy pet sitter at the last minute before going out of town. I have two cats with a high level of specified care and needs, with what I consider complex instructions, and Queen City Pet Sitting could not have provided a better service. Our sitter was came before I left out of town for a consultation where she asked questions and immediately began to love my animals as if they were her own! She was great with communication daily and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. She followed all of the instructions I left to a tee and I couldn't have been more pleased. Highly recommend this service, their sitters as well as the owner Stacey goes above and beyond and I am so happy to know I now have a high quality pet sitting service whenever I need it!

Queen City Pet Sitting has taken care of 2 different cats for us over the years when we've traveled. In the past Jenny took care of our previous cat and did an amazing job and most recently Lorraine took care of our new cat during our first trip away since adopting him in January. She was amazing. Spent quality time with our cat each day, ensured he had adequate food, water and took care of his litter box. She even watered our plants, as needed. Thank you Queen City Pet Sitting for the reliable and high quality service you've provided over the years and thank you Lorraine for taking such good care of our cat Sammy while we traveled. It was nice knowing he was in good hands. And thank you Stacey for making it so easy to set things up. I highly recommend this company for looking after your pets when you travel or when you're away during the day for work.

Queen City and Alan S have been amazing. The pups have formed a bond with Alan. It took two walks, but now they wait on him and get very excited for his arrival. Our building is a pain to get in and out of, but Alan navigated this to help us. We greatly appreciate the effort and companionship for our sweet pups.

Stacey was sooo responsive and her business is amazing! My little guy needed immediate help and she worked with her network to get him and me with the right support within 12 hours. She really cares and has the right people to take care of you and your pets whatever you need!

It's certainly not easy to leave your pet in a strangers care, but I promise that my petsitter Kathie treated my kitty with nothing but love. I would recommend her and the entire business to anyone.

Queen City Pet Sitting watched over our four fur babies (two cats & two dogs) for seven years when we lived in Charlotte. They were ALWAYS there whenever we needed them and gave us peace of mind that our four-legged family was safe, happy, and well-tended whenever we were away. Sweet pictures were texted with every visit with a note of "we're having fun!" Communication was great! Service response was always quick. Online requests were easy to complete. Their pricing is better than vet boarding and the personal care is hands-down better than any other pet service we've had.
