PetSmart Charleston, South Carolina

Brought my dog here to get a face trim. I booked the requisite service online, that said bath and “clean up trimming.” My dog was there for 45 minutes before the called me and informed me they couldn’t do a face trim and that service was exclusively for paws and sanitary trims. Not sure what took them 45 minutes to realize that. It may be helpful in the future to leave a better description of the “services” they provide. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

Excellent employees very helpful. Friendly and always smiling. My dog, Lexie had her Spa Day today at the groomers with Kayla. Kayla and all the grooming staff are the best. Kayla does an excellent job. I appreciate all of them and their friendliness. Always pleased!

I enjoyed my visit there oh, they were able to help me find the dietary supplements I needed for Max the cat, and they have a great selection of holiday themed items to enjoy with your pet which I did not expect! Great prices as always!

Love PetSmart. In spite of difficulties everyone is facing with getting products etc due to Covid ...they are always helpful in trying to match other products that are in stock to help pet owners take care of their pets. They have a good selection. Support our local animal.shelters. And really seem to care about pets and the people who love them.

The expensive overpriced stuff is at the front of the store and close to the aisles... The less expensive and still good food is in the back :)

This PetSmart was well stocked, clean, and had very nice associates. Will definitely be going back to this one instead of our normal one.

Tabitha did a wonderful job on our Bischon, Bentley. First time in but it won't be the last. She listened to what I wanted and gave him a beautiful groom. I asked her to shape him like a Bischon not a poodle and she did exactly that. Kudos to Tabitha!

WORST grooming experience ever. The lady had no clue what she was doing and cut my dogs hair WAY to short. i am never going back there!!!!

Dingy, not Well lit and didn't have anything thing that I was looking for, prices are high as well.

Got a great safety harness for the car and they help me socialize my puppy.

The place is a good place to have handy. They price match from the internet too, but they carry quality brands so some things may cost a little bit more than walmart. Really sweet people and a good selection.

We love Petsmart! My dog loves Petsmart. Today my Lhasa Apso was pampered with grooming. Taylor is a wonderful groomer. Sadie looks great! We were having some issues with Sadies barking. They suggested Karlie, a PetSmart in store trainer. After just one session with Karlie we got Sadies barking controlled. She showed us how to train Sadie and corrected the methods we had already tried. Karlie was patient with us and the advice she gave us was well worth it. If you dog needs training or you are having some issues with your pet make sure you see Karlie at the PetSmart on Folly road.

Kayla gave my puppy his first haircut today and she did an amazing job! I was a little nervous because this was his first time. He was well taken care of and she is very professional! I will be returning to her!
