I have been taking my Service Dogs here for almost 10 years so naturally when i started training a new puppy for Services work they were the first ones i called for her first big girl hair cut my fluffy puppy now looks like a big girl ready for work. Thanks everyone for being there for my girls and me through rough times.♡♡

I took my dog here for a "full groom" because it was the only place with openings without having to wait 4+ weeks. I wish I hadn't. When I picked my dog up, I noticed they trimmed some nails but not all, his ears had not been cleaned, his paw pads were not trimmed, and he still had mats on his body. I honestly don't think they even gave him a bath. Would not recommend for grooming large dogs.

Was available to groom last minute. Stayed late to finish 2 little doggies!

Just picked up our little girl, Lola (a Yorkie) and Summer did an excellent job grooming her. We will definitely come back. Thanks!

I took my black 65 lb golden doodle there 4-5 times throughout the last half of 2019. Friendly staff, for the most part and affordable pricing. They normally did a decent job on his cut, but they only trimmed his nails the first time we went... Every time after that, they seemed to have forgotten or maybe just thought I wouldn’t notice, but that’s a large reason why I take him to get groomed in the first place and I did pay for a full service groom every time + 20% tip every time, regardless of any shortcomings. They they did a HORRIBLE job on his last haircut there though which was the final nail in the coffin. His face was lopsided and there were big chunks of hair all over him that they had missed entirely and they cut his ears way too short — he looked like Tina Belcher (Google it). Facility is also not sanitary. You open the door and tufts of hair and fur come flying out and that’s the waiting room.

Darrell was phenomenal with my fur baby, and the atmosphere was awesome, very pet friendly! the continued kindness and caring received will keep us being loyal customers.

I have been getting my pappion groomed here for years now. But the owner hires too many unknowledgeable employees. I just took my dog in for his usual cut and they shaved him all over. I am furious. He is now 12 years old and I don't know if his coat will grow back any time soon. Never again will I take him back.

really not happy with the fact that I was quoted $35 for my small dog and $45 for my 3 bigger dogs on the phone and then after they were finished they charged me $65 a dog saying that the person quoting me was incorrect. There is a grooming place in Summerville that 6 weeks ago did all 4 of my dogs for $125 and this place charged me $250 and didn't even do as good a job. I will DEFINITELY be making the drive up to Summerville from now on. This place was much dirtier too and nothing looked sanitized.

Horrible service my dogs was rushed even made one my dogs finger nail bleed because they cut it to low! Even had to send a dog bk because she still had hair all over basically looked the same way she came in! I would not recommend and we won’t be back!

My Cousin was here with her baby, terrible hair cut, and she said it's stunk in the building

They were very dishonest about what they had done to my dog. He was cut on several places and they said it was because he was matted. I have a mix breed with shorter hair and no mats. Very dishonest, will not be back.

Maybe you should have just left me alone! Get that ratty shop fixed up. Spend some of your money on the business and not booze. Believe whoever you want but I already told you what I have on video and I'm sure people would love to see it. Animal abuse is no joke and you know I have it. Act like you did me a favor for letting me run your business when I took it from a 2000-3000$ aweek to over 6000$ a week now you come back and try to act like it was all you! Get over yourself. I advise everyone to go somewhere else. Your getting robbed. Ask to see what they do with your animal and ask to see what the put on them! Now leave me alone!

Been going here 5 yrs . CHANGING REVIEW:5-8-19. Rude staff complained about $5 tip! Dog come back cut twice in a row and not well groomed, manager never called me back and no-one appologized. Kept my dog over 7 hours finally returned him very poorly groomed said they were overbooked I'm finding a new place
