Just a simple phone call to inquire on the details new patient and fees. SUPER debbie downer answered the phone! Not very nice or helpful. My review is based on my Phone experience only.

Friendly staff, never a long wait. Dr. Bradford makes you feel like your family. He listens and explains things in a way that make sense. He doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to keep our furry family members healthy. True compassion from a Veterinarian and his staff that genuinely care.

Terrible customer service. She didn’t want to help me and, caught a attitude on the phone with me. Really wish people wouldn’t act like that when my dog is dying.

Dr. Bradford is very smart and the prices ???? are the best.

My daughter recommended Dr Bradford and staff to me- she has an English bull dog and is very particular whom she takes him to. People come from far and wide for Dr B to see and do surgeries on their bully’s. I took my kitty in for his first visit today. Was impressed all the way around- professional and efficient WHILE being down to earth and personable. Very reasonable prices- was expecting a new visit to be way more. I wished I had known of this clinic, Dr Bradford and his staff long ago. He genuinely cares for all of the "babies." Yes, he calls every pet under his care that which warms my heart. My dogs are less anxious with their visits. He is also reasonably priced which I am grateful for considering one of my babies has been ill many times. He is very thorough with his examinations and treatments while providing detailed explanation of everything. I am very happy with Animal Care Center.

Affordable gives it to you straight. Always walk out with a happy kitty. Does a drop off for busy pet parents. Recommend any day of the week!

I have brought my fur babies to Dr. Bradford for over 20 years now. Dr.B is truly the BEST at what he does. He is very wise, experienced and always kind and compassionate. The front desk staff is very welcoming and caring. They all go above and beyond to make both the pet and parent feel safe and attended to. I can't imagine going anywhere else !!

Hadley has been coming here for a couple years, she loves it here and gets very excited to see everyone in office. They know her by name when she comes in. Very knowledgeable works with her allergies.

My go-to veterinarian. Dr. Bradford and team do an excellent job treating my dog Ellie. Make sure to call ahead as sometimes they get pretty busy.

Phenomenal Care! We came to Dr. Bradford for a second opinion on some allergy issues with our dog Hunley, and we could not have chosen a better place. His staff greeted us with open arms, and we had the joy of meeting some of their in house pets who are equally welcoming. Although you might have to wait a little bit if other emergencies before you arise, it is worth the wait! I highly recommend Dr. Bradford, and his amazing team!

These folks are the best. They care for our pets as if they were their own. I’ve taken all my dogs to Dr.Bradford and there isn’t a better veterinarian in Charleston. He is incredibly thorough and explains everything so that we can understand what he is telling us. The prices there are very fair, especially considering what other vets charge. All in all, I don’t think you can find a doctor with Dr. Bradford’s expertise or find anyone who will care for your pets as if they are their own. Also, Dr B takes care of The Citadel’s live animal mascots- Bulldogs- and The Citadel wouldn’t have a vet caring for their dogs if he wasn’t first-rate. Animal Care is all of that and more.

Dr Bradford and Team are the best. They have taken care of my dogs and cat for over 20 years. You may have to wait a while in the waiting room but it’s because they take the time to take care of each patient. You appreciate the time when they talk with you and make sure that they have all of the information about your pet. They always give you a range of options too. No judgment here. They understand that costs for pet medical care is personal. I highly recommend them.

I trust Dr Bradford with my animals and have been going to animal Care center for many years. Katie and all the staff are attentive and very knowledgeable. If anything really bad were to happen to any of my animals, I know that Dr. Bradford is an excellent surgeon as well and I won't have to mortgage my house to have my animals taken care of!
