I just got a bunny on Sunday and he was not acting right yesterday and i brought him here. They were supper sweet and very trusting. It was my first time going to that vet but i will definitely be back with my other buns and dogs. Although my bunny did not make i through i'm glad he had someone as amazing as them to help him through his final hours.

Excellent Veterinarians! Caring staff, & very warm environment for ur pet. Tip: make sure ur Google Maps volume is up so u slow down in time to turn in. The parking is in the back & its easy to miss the entrance if ur not careful. ????

I adopted a puppy, and of course took her to the vet for a look see, initial visit and assessment. I wish they told me that WHIP WORM was not treated, and it’s a highly contagious thing here in downtown Charleston. So, a few months later, I’ve got a very sick dog. $500.00 later, I’m sent home with food/ medicine. Skin issues weren’t addressed other than “get Benadryl”. Almost a week later, my pup still has diarrhea. Called the doctor, the receptionist says “I’ll have the doctor call you back”. Two days later, no call back. I called again, and “bring her in for recheck.” They charge for recheck. They never really addressed the skin issue, and it was another bill. I do not feel like they are interested in my puppy’s Heath as any priority - the interest is strictly hands in my wallet… and it’s pricey!!! It’s cheaper to put your dog down, than to treat a puppy with common worms.

We started going to All Creatures when we got our cat from the cat cafe in Charleston. They were incredibly helpful and kind to our cat when getting her first shots. Recently, our dog was having weird moving issues and we knew we wanted to take him to All Creatures because we had such a great experience with them before. They were able to squeeze us in that day for them to check on him, which I'm so grateful for. They were so kind and loving to my dog, who absolutely despises the vet. Dr. Berger was so thorough trying to figure out what was wrong. He has so much knowledge and was able to figure out the issue with an ultrasound and x-rays. They don't let you inside the vet with your animal due to COVID precautions. However, I never felt uncomfortable sending my pets in alone. You can tell they absolutely love animals and want them to be comfy. I hope I can find a vet as amazing as this one when I move out of Charleston.

I think the price for the medicines and "surgury" for a ducks bumblefoot was more expensive than needed to be..

I've used All Creatures for several years and have never had anything but a good experience. The vets and vet techs have always answered all of my questions and I never feel rushed. The vet is very responsive on email during closed hours. I recently used them for a surgery. It was done exactly as said and the pricing was extremely competitive.

Nice and well managed. Little bit more pricey though.

I called yesterday to the emergency line, talked to someone who said the doctor would contact me. I called atleast 3 times to get the doctor sooner since no other vet in Charleston would see my bunny. The man proceeded to tell me to call a place that was shut down. What a shame on them horrible horrible service. If I call multiple times and tell you she is dying you do something. She died in my arms yesterday and I couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t say you have an emergency line if you don’t even use it

Great with international travel requirements. Super educated and knowledgeable doctors. They don’t have much equipment in the office (like for blood testing), but this seems to be typical for American vet practices, so they have a good referral system instead.

Absolutely the best vet and staff for an exotic pet. They were friendly and extremely helpful in all aspects of my squirrels needs, without making me feel guilty for having a squirrel. Would have given more stars if possible.

5 stars, hands down. I don't think I could adequality explain how exceptional Dr. Berger and his team is. I could bore you with extreme details of my specific situation, but I wont. My pup is a lemon, or Murphy's law, if you will. What can go wrong, will. But I love him anyway. Dr. Berger and his team didn't give up trying to determine the root cause of what was going on. He advised of where to spend my money testing and where to not. He was 100% correct, and extremely well priced. I feel as if Dr. Berger saved my boys life, since day 1. (PS, he's been diagnosed with a disease that is very rare, treatable, but not curable.) Dr. Berger and his team went above any beyond to help Charlie. All Creatures cares about the family member, not the owner. It's apparent to them that the welfare of the animal is number one. That can't be taught in vet school, it's something they are born with. For this, I will forever be grateful. Charlie and I have seen many of vets in his short 11 years. None of them measure up to the All Creatures Team. Thank you Doug and All creatures staff for answering my 1AM phone calls. You've got my recommendation for ever to come.

Everybody is extremely friendly and caring! Dr. Berger is so kind-made me feel good about dropping our dog off when we couldn't go in for the appointment! Will likely return here than our main vet due because they are that great!

My dog Belle loves to go see Dr Berger and his team as do I. I have found my experience with All Creatures to be very professional, thorough,responsive and of course very kind. I highly recommend them and trust them implicitly with my love Belle.

This is a wonderful vet clinic! When my dog got hurt, they were able to see her right away. Everyone there is very nice and professional, and I appreciated their compassion and expertise.

After several years of great service, we won’t go here again. They made us stand outside in the rain getting eaten alive by mosquitos because they’re still doing extreme pandemic measures; no one can enter the building, even with a mask. They couldn’t do a urinalysis or bloodwork or anything else we needed in house, then we received an expensive bill. Not cool.

All Creatures Veterinary Clinic is truly an amazing place. My sweet pup tore her nail and was in a great deal of pain. I tried making an appointment at my regular vet only to be told that I’d have to wait 3+days. Dr. Berger fit us right in ( even with an already packed schedule) and was wonderful with my skittish and fearful shepherd. Not only was Dr. Berger wonderful and caring but so was his staff in particular the Practice Manager, Jennifer Wood. From the first phone call to the follow up messages , this practice was professional, patient and caring. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Dr. Berger and his staff go above and beyond. They treat their clients as family. The staff is compassionate, caring, and professional. We have had excellent help with our exotic and canine pets. They have also helped significantly through the years with rescues and community service. Highly recommended by our family!!

We have relied on All Creatures for the care of our dogs and rabbits for over 20 years. They have always treated us like family and gone the extra mile when needed. Just recently Dr Berger and crew helped us out tremendously with a wild animal that we needed assistance with and exceeded every expectation.

The best. My vet for life. Not a money hungry clinic that experiments on avian animals like I have experienced. Fair prices. I cannot say enough.

If I had made this review a few years earlier, it would most likely be 4 stars instead of 3. While we love Dr. Berger as a vet and person, we are making the decision to look for a new veterinary clinic due to All Creatures' price increases …
