Literally, the only place I take my two. When we take them here, they forget who's loved them, sheltered them, fed them and put up with their attitudes for years. They have so much fun here, they've ghosted me just to be there.

Both of our dogs stayed here and both have had to be treated for Kennel Cough. After almost $700 at the vet I called the manager and he said the bordetella shots were optional. The manager acted like it was no big deal and had no care in the world our dogs were very sick. Horrible customer service after the issue was brought to his attention. Would not recommend and definitely will never let our dogs stay again here.

Came in for first time visit. They did great! I got all three of my dogs nails clipped and one of my cats groomed. They are very friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable! They are the best prices I have found in the area. They did an excellent job with my cat. He had some matted areas and they got them out and he looks so handsome after. His fur is soft and fluffy. I highly recommend taking your pets to get groomed here! I will be back!

Best place for nails! Tip them well. Used them for overnight stays & very satisfied. They always have my business. Know my dogs names by memory.

I had to board 3 dogs . This is a wonderful place to have your fur babies when they can't travel with you . 2 Chiweenies and a Lab .

They took care of my dog while I was away on vacation. I think he truly enjoyed his time there. He was a happy puppy when I picked him up a week later.

I'm only leaving one star due to their payment of my dog's medical bills and pain medicine. I have waited almost 2 months to post this because I dread posting negative reviews of places. However, it comes down to whether the basic needs of my dog were met. I wanted to be as factual as possible, so I wrote this and then left it to come back and edit when I felt I was more removed from the situation. On Sunday, 17 March, 2019 my one of my two dogs was lost by this facility. I was called at 2pm that day, however when I asked, my dog went missing around 8am earlier that morning. When asked why I wasn’t called, I was given the answer that they thought they could get him and they thought I couldn’t make it as they assumed I was away for business. I was not. I was visiting my boyfriend in Savannah and although I stated that I may not be able to get back in time to pick him up that evening when asking if they could stay an extra night it was because I was considering staying a few hours longer and wouldn’t make it before closing. However, I messaged the day prior asking to see if I needed to leave that same day. I don’t think that my reasons for wanting them to stay longer correlate to an excuse for not calling me immediately. My dog was last seen at around the time they called. Had I been called immediately, I would most likely have had him home that night. They say the first 24 hours are the most crucial and by the time I was able to get up there (after leaving immediately following the call), I was left with little more than 12. I was told they continued searching. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they did. I saw them that first night but none of the following nights that I was searching. I posted flyers, left work every day immediately, and started searching. I only found him due to flyers I handed out. One of which a Sheriff so kindly disseminated upon my request. A Sheriff called me on her way into work where she identified him and I picked him up. Yes. I was gone and was considering leaving him longer. No that does not excuse calling me 6 hours later. Yes. My dog jumped the fence. No that does not excuse lack of supervision or lack of secure boarding. My dog has since been at another facility where they never leave him alone and called me immediately following his attempt to jump a 4 foot fence. (Note that says attempt.) They’ve managed to keep him secured. No. I did not have to pay for boarding. No. I did not have to pay for his vet bills. But at the end of the day, did they take care of my dog’s basic needs/are they a facility I’d leave my babies at? No.

Put dog up for a week with no known issues. Would be nice to have camera view of kennels via internet. Good service.

I have no hesitation sending my pup to this kennel. She truly enjoys doggy day care and I love that she isn’t caged up all day. The staff is so friendly! We love April!!

They gave my dog a weird haircut that I didn't even ask for. They also cut him with the clippers and didn't even tell me about it!
