Due to my dog’s allergies, we have been to several several vet offices in his seven years. At least 20 between regular vets, ER vets, and specialists. This was the first time I’ve left after a vet visit feeling like all my questions were answered and feeling confident he was in good hands. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. Both the tech and the vet took their time with us, fully explained everything and provided expected costs up front. Final costs were actually considerably lower than quoted. Most importantly- my dog felt comfortable here. Night and day difference between how he acted here vs. every other previous vet. Dogs know good people, and this office was full of them. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. McMillan and staff are the best. We had to put down several of our aging pets last year and their patience and compassion really made the difference for us. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and eased us through the process.

My dog of 10 years had breast cancer I was very impressed by the way of care rose received as if it was their own dog compassionate understanding they stayed in contact with me explaining everything as we went along and what to expect how to care for rose before the surgery and after until the day she passed away now we take my sons new dog Jiffy to the ark also

We waited about 1 hour and a half to see someone at the vet. Lots of people coming in. We waited patiently. So far a good experience other then that. Dr was very Nice.

Have been going here about a year now after changing vets and couldn't be happier. They are fair, get you in as soon as possible, and actually call back to check on your pet.

The vet and the assistant were great with both of my cats! They checked their weight, teeth, and trimmed their claws. My black cat who hates everyone was purring and sweet as can be with them, he was instantly calm and didnt fight them at all. They are absolutely wonderful with the animals, I look forward to continuing my animals' care with Ark!

Dr. Jay Jones is THE BEST VET EVER!! He is extremely knowledgeable and will not hesitate to refer you out if your animal needs care beyond his scope of care. His employees are exceptional and very friendly as well!

They couldn’t help. They were very nice and up front. They could’ve kept him and charged me a lot, but they didn’t. I’m ok with that.

I recently purchased a Boston Terrier she took all the puppies here to The Ark Animal Hospital for there first shots and exam she recommended me take my puppy here so I did to get his nail trimmed I also have an appt for his shots they were so nice I love the employees they were very nice I be taking my other Dog here also in the future so close to home.
