The Valley Pet Resort and Spa WHITINSVILLE, Rhode Island

I brought my senior dog that has bad anxiety here while going on vacation for a few days, the staff is beyond fantastic! I was able to view my dog through the camera they have set up in the facility, which helped with peace of mind. When my dog became very stressed and sick as a result, the assistant manager Ahleigha took care of her as if she was her own dog to help ease her stress and sent messages to me with updates of how my dog was doing. I would definitely not only recommend this pet resort, but I would return if I went on vacation again. Five stars is not nearly enough for this place. Thanks for taking such great care of nena while she was there!!

Been taking our boy here for a few months now, no problems. He is always super tired after his day care.

I brought my friends dog at the spa.They said he was very good.The place is very clean.

I've been trying for a week to get my senior dog groomed. I gave them all information asked for including a note from his vet stating he can be groomed. He is up to date on ALL vaccines. This place wants me to give my senior dog the Bordetella vaccine, something he has never had nor needed at any other business that grooms and boards/daycare pets That is outrageous and down right dangerous to my senior! He has never been boarded nor sent to daycare and I'd never start now, he's too old. A grooming area without question should be completely separate from pets that are at daycare/being boarded!

They did a fantastic job grooming my cat! Faster than expected, courteous and friendly. Would get five stars based on that. Would get one star based on the fact that you can't get an answer to the question of "when's your next appointment" unless you: Fill out a web form. Get distemper and rabies documentation and provide it. Put a credit card on file. Hopefully they fix that issue going forward. I will definitely visit again, though!

Our dog LOVES going to the Valley for daycare. She clearly adores the staff members, wagging her tail and moaning with pleasure when they pick her up. The staff appear to delight in their clients, monitoring them closely during play group and giving them lots of love and attention. We are so happy to have found a daycare that is safe and fun for our pup!

My high energy Australian Shepherd Reese goes to The Valley Pet for daycare and grooming. I have been nothing but pleased with the services provided by Gabby and the rest of the staff there. They are all amazing and my pup comes home exhausted each time he goes in! It's not your typical dog daycare in my opinion. They spend one on one time with each dog working on their training and developing their skills. If you are considering dog daycare make sure you look here... you will be happy too!

My three lady Danes have traveled a lot, however, this is their favorite daycare to date!! So happy to have found The Valley and love they treat our girls like their own! Our newest addition prances in excited to see her friends after her first visit and speaks volumes!! Highly recommend! ????????????

Comparative in expense to most local boarding, and everything except retail all under one roof is ideal. Training, boarding, daycare and grooming with vet right nextdoor. Clean, professional, nice people.

I love sending my dog here. He has a great time having supervised play sessions all day. The staff has been really kind and professional.

It was hard for me to find a play group for my new pup that I felt secure with. Well, I did and this is it. They take the time to access your pup and find the right group. Not pricey too. I highly recommend them.

Amazing facility!! It is super clean and staff are very nice and friendly. They have everything - beautiful suites with cameras to watch your pup while away, doggie daycare, full grooming services, even a veterinarian, Pawsteps, just downstairs! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your dog to have fun with friends in a structured environment, get a beauty treatment or a vacation while you are away :)

We love the Valley Pet Resort for daycare for our pup Tank. He has so much fun there and they’re always trying to do different things with the dogs to keep it fun for them. They even work on obedience! They are super clean and the staff is really accommodating! Highly recommended!

Very nice staff, our Lhasa Tucker finally got the chance to go to Smaller Dog Daycare last week and watching him onscreen run around with his new friends FInley and Triple was great. Facilities are clean, new, and things are organized yet flexible for pickup and circumstances. Thanks, look forward to bringing him back couple times a month.

Nala loves going to daycare at The Valley Pet Resort and Spa so much that when I say we're going to "doggie school" she gets so excited and runs to the door to get ready for the car ride! The staff are very kind, helpful and love all their clients! For me, raising a puppy with the energy level of 10 pups at 57 years old has been extremely challenging, but the best decision we made at the advice of our vet was to bring her to daycare. Its "worth its weight in gold"!!

My dog Lucky loves going to daycare here. I boarded here him here for the first time and he did great. He loves the staff, and he also got to enjoy a birthday party! Very clean and staff is great and accommodating.

The Valley Pet Resort is like a hidden gem. We've had our dogs groomed and boarded there and they couldn't be happier. Everyone we encountered has been very friendly and helpful. The suites are large and everything is extremely clean. They even have a 24 hour camera so that we can watch our fur babies while we are away. It is very reassuring to know your pets are well cared for and happy while being boarded.

Our puppy Charlie (Charlie Boy) is 9 months old. He's been going to Valley Pet Resort for quite some time now and he absolutely LOVES it!!! The girls the are fantastic and so friendly. The most important thing is they care a lot about our dogs, which I love. They work with them and they have playtime so much that when Charlie comes home, he lays on the floor and goes to sleep for the longest time. He's exhausted from a fun filled day and he loves it. I definitely recommend Valley Pet Resort to everyone.

I have been extremely happy with Valley Pet Daycare services. My dog, Lilly, has been going twice a week for the last couple of months. She is always excited about going in and at the end of the day, she is one happy, tired pup!

This place is perfect plus affordable. I drive a little extra because of how much the employees love the dogs there, the cleanliness, and the dog day care/play groups have a full on schedule of doggie play, obstacle courses and learning opportunities. It doesn't feel like a kennel it feels like a home away from home for your pup. 10/10 would recommend. My dog Bambi sometimes doesn't want to leave, it's obvious she's happy to be there. Try it!

We boarded our dog for 6 nights over the summer. They took great care of him and the best part was we were able to check on him whenever we wanted to through their cameras. We will definitely be boarding him here again in the future!

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating and the kennels are clean and comfortable. Our Beagle was very comfortable there.

Love going here for doggie daycare. They girls are so knowledgeable and my dog loves going there. It’s very clean! I like that they mix things up and it’s not the same thing every day. Would 100% recommend them to everyone!

We have boarded our black lab, Barkley, several times over the past few months. It has been great! The staff is awesome! They were very accommodating when we had special needs. It is such a comfort to know our special pup is being well cared for when we have to travel without him! We highly recommend The Valley Pet Resort!

I am boarding my puppy, Callie, there this upcoming weekend. I have heard so many great things and staff have been so helpful thus far. I will only be away for two days but knowing she'll be in good hands at a clean & safe facility is reassuring!

My puppy Brady loves Tiny Tots day care and it’s helped him so much . We also board him there and I feel like he gets the same love and care as if he was at home !! Highly recommend ????????

I have been using the daycare for a couple of weeks now and I can't say enough about how great this place is. My puppy Jewels loves going and playing with the all the dogs, as well as the amazing staff!❤❤❤
