Experience staff, very friendly, lots of supplies, food, treats, for all kids of pets. Stop in and pick up some treats for your pets. Better still bring your pet in and watch their reaction, to being in a store made for them.

I went to buy fish on 12/21/21 at 10. The girl was busy at the register so I waited. After she was done she asked if I needed help. I said yes please. She never came over. There was no one at the register so she was not waiting on a customer. I saw her go over and talk to another employee and started playing with cat toys fooling around. I left and will never go back. The customer service their is absolutely horrendous. Non existent.

Groomer rejected my dog. Place was empty, I wonder if corporate knows employees are turning away customers.

Place is clean. The employees in the grooming department were very nice and eager to assist. The rest of the store seemed to have a cold feeling. And high prices.

Had fun fish shopping with the kids. We love seeing all the animals there. The staff educate us and take good care of the animals.

Petco the best pet supply store I have ever been to called around one day because I needed my dog's nails clipped immediately no one would take me for weeks even after I explained they were too long and digging into his paws not even my own vet would take me but Petco did and just hours from my phone call Liz was the technician on duty she was amazing with my dog the love and Terror she showed for him was just amazing they are my new favorite groomer especially being that my old one hurt him last time and that's why I took a little longer to get them done again because when I went back there and realized how frightened he was to even get out of the car I went in and.told them. The Tec. Hurt.Him They didn't seem to care thank you Petco for caring. Going back several months later to have his nails done again and suddenly they couldn't do them anymore because of his health issues first they asked me to have my doctor sign a release then they refused to do his nails so ridiculous I take my good review back and give them a poor review. still can't believe they refused to clip my dog's nails

Well I was looking for some food for my critters and quess what! They sell it here. Actually they have a lot of good pet stuff here and most importantly Stoner chews for my dog who is the most panicked guard puggle in history

The employees are very helpful and friendly. The two brands of cat food needed they had neither. I buy three different kinds and they only offer one of the three I need. Other than this the store is clean and the staff are nice.

We use to buy our WeRuVa cat food at Dave's Market. We recently moved and Petco was our closest store..... Apparently the 2 flavors of wet food I purchase for my cat are popular flavors. Because there is always an issue at this store. Whether they are completely out of 1 or both or just don't have enough stocked to purchase a weeks worth.... You'd think the more popular and higher demand for an item constantly selling out, they would keep more in stock/order more to sell. They do not. They also discontinued pumpkin puree packets used to mix with wet food. Which puts an extreme limit on what wet foods I can feed my cat. This coupled with the fact that they do not sell the dry food we use either, forces us to have to shop at multiple stores just to provide our 1 cat with proper food. He is 8 and I have NEVER had such a hassle trying to buy him his food. Also, the staff isn't knowledgeable of products. They stare at you blankly and don't ask co workers for assistance. Just shrug their shoulders.

Amazing pet store. The animals are remarkably well-treated and associates were incredibly helpful. Perhaps the best pet store I have ever visited.

Left a single voicemail only half an hour before my grooming appointment to cancel without having any other grooming appointments that day. And I live a half an hour away. Didn't text, email, or anything else to contact me. Apparently they said that they have only one groomer on staff on weekdays so of course they will continue to get into this mess. Very unreliable.

I love Petco! It's my go-to for my dogs and cat. However, the store in Warwick has a horrible layout. It's like a maze. I usually go to the store in Cranston, which is set up significantly better.

Place is clean staff is friendly... My problem is their cricket shortage all the time an they give you a limit... They need to order more to keep up with the demand. My bearded dragon eats at least 30 a day an if I can only get 60 I'm going 3 times a week to buy them... So I'm updating this we just came home from the Petco in North Kingston.. I'm very upset about what we seen... Baby Bearded Dragons not looking to well health wise... There stressed out an there is a baby to young to even be sold.. I'm disgusted an disturbed about this.. I wanted so bad to take that baby home but I already have 2.... Petco if you can't house your bearded dragons probably an you don't know what your doing then please stop selling them. It's animal abuse.. some people may not care or understand but bearded dragons are the best pets an need love anyone know how to start a petition against these pet store let me know

Unfortunately I post 2 stars instead of 1 because I have been taking my dog for grooming to this location for the last 10 years of her life, and they were always amazing. However, in the last couple years, I have seen a severe decrease in service, and my most recent experience pushed me to post a review for future dog parents coming (or looking to come) to this location for grooming services. Let me preface this by saying that unfortunately what I'm about to share already happened to me twice before (hence why I am here). I called and called and called - probably 2-3 times a day every day - for 2 weeks trying to get a person on the phone to schedule an appointment for my girl to come in. I also left 2-3 messages each time without having had a call returned. Luckily the last 2 times this happened, I eventually/finally got a person who picked up the phone to get an appointment in our calendars. There was no explanation for the unreturned voicemails I had left. Let me also say that my dog has a particular set of needs during her appointments, which only the regular groom staff knew for her, so booking through an app or online was not an option that was available to me. For just under 3 weeks now, I have been calling the grooming department, trying at all different hours, and have left 2 voicemails (about a week apart from each other) asking for them to return my call. Without any luck, I finally took it upon myself to carve out time to physically go into the store to make the appointment (and hopefully future ones so I wouldn't have to do this dance again). I live approximately 35min away so it was definitely a bit of a time commitment to run this errand. I walked in to find the front desk area in COMPLETE disarray, and only one staff member available, but was finishing up with a dog. After several minutes passed, he came out and said he would be right with me. Unfortunately over 10 minutes went by after that, without any further acknowledgment by the staff member, and I walked out. I feel as though I have become a number rather than a name, and in a business where some of us (hopefully all of us) care deeply about the quality of service and friendliness/care of the staff that we are leaving our pets in, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Although I completely understand we are in strange times and they are most likely dealing with an issue of being understaffed, the bigger issue of communication disregard is unfortunately not new, and has only been made worse due to the current circumstances. I'm extremely disappointed, and saddened to see the decline over the years, having been a loyal customer to the grooming department of this specific location.

You sent me a coupon thru e-mail, my printer is broken, girl in store said you need coupon in hand. I'm old so I don't have this on my phone. If you give coupon why not put it on my account.
