I'm still confuse as to why I was charged for 3 hrs of cleaning but they only had my dog for 2 hrs. I dropped him of at 3:30pm and receive a text at 5:26pm saying he was ready. so how was i charge for 3 hrs. I been calling to try an get an explanation but they are avoiding my calls. the issue is not the money is the fact that i was told one thing and they did what they wanted. never dropping my dog here ever again, their are better places at a more decent price.

We brought our 2 year old lab in for grooming recently to Buffy's Bubbles. She is a rescue and is very nervous with other people but she was well taken care of and we felt comfortable leaving her there. Our lab came back happy and looking and smelling great. Her coat was so shiny. We will most certainly be back and we highly recommend.

Not a very clean place at all. Smelled terrible. dog waste on the floor. Pheww. Very noisy and dogs running around barking and, Trash everywhere.! Not a place I would ever leave my small dog, even for a moment ! I immediately left and the tattooed lady threw me the middle finger on the way out. Complete waste of time. If possible I would leave -10*s

I bring my dog to Tara every month for his bath, he is a nervous type dog , but Tara at Buffy's makes him feel safe and comfortable. I appreciate her attention to safety and admire her care and love for all pets

Great atmosphere and very caring to all different pups. Really enjoy the open space and the transparency see to how the workers are handling the pups.

My pups are always in good hands when they’re with Tara! I have two hairy Aussie’s and they always come back looking and smelling great plus they’re never stressed out. Definitely, strongly recommend!

Always happy to support a new, small local business. Tara, did a wonderful job given the difficulty of my dog. She explained the paperwork and options very clearly. While she wasn't able to bathe him completely, (dogs fault, not hers), she remained professional and in constant contact. We will definitely visit again. 10 out of 10

Love how my dog left smelling he look shiny and even gave him a bandanna... he was so happy to be clean and he looked his best very happy with the visit and will be going back !!!

I was able to make a self-wash appointment with no difficulty. The establishment is small but clean with lots of nice toy and treat delights. The proprietor was extremely helpful in making my selection of shampoo and conditioner including a shedding helper, skin moisturizer and joint refreshing conditioner. She mixes them up in an application bottle so he was able to get all the sudsy goodess he needed—no skimping and no extra charge. With tax it was a little over $20. Who knows if these all work, but my pup was clean, stress free and that made us both happy. Apparently he is one of few dogs who doesn’t mind a blow dry! I will go back and after his fourth self wash the next one is free! FYI; he is considered a large dog—lab mis

I brought my dog in to have her nails trimmed a couple weeks ago. Tara was very patient with my skittish girl! I returned this weekend for a full grooming and I couldn’t be happier. I definitely found my new groomer. Thanks Tara!

After looking for some time, I happened across their info and decided to check them out for my furbaby! They did not disappoint!! So caring and communicative! My Scout looked fabulous! When I went to pick him up he seemed right at home! I will support this small business and encourage others to check them out, as well!
