Have sick pets but they couldn't give me the time of day.

I have two dogs groomed here. If you explain how you want the dog cut they will get it spot on! I like Jackie but all the groomers are good. I just got an aquarium there. They are all on sale now. I love Rescue Pet day. They have dogs and cats to adopt.

The manager called my dog by wrong breed was extremely rude then called me about my survey and again talked down to me and claimed “ maybe we didn’t gel” went to new Johnston location and they were much nicer to my pet and myself . Did not appreciate being embarrassed in front of people in waiting area and be talked down to via phone .

The staff was friendly and took wonderful care of my pet.

They make having to take your dog to the vet so easy

Very good pet hospital. Doctors and staff are very helpful and friendly. I have been bringing my pets to Banfield for years, and always was a pleasant experience.

They were very good with Harley but I was forced to wear a mask which violated my constitutional right

Hard to get in touch with. Great Vet, but horrible communication. I’ve visited multiple times with for services. Pick up my dog and services weren’t completed. Called and left numerous messages, calls never returned

I wish things were not so expensive. But that's the American way. Pay higher and higher prices. So, Banfield has to pay higher prices, and to survive they have no choice, but to charge higher prices. It's a vicious cycle. LOL. But, otherwise they are awesome. They took care of everything, that I asked for. And my cat, seems better already, even though it's only bin a few hours. Update, March 3/2/2021. It's been a while since the last update. I had to euthanize my Little Kitty, his condition, worsened, because of the feline HIV. So, I had to contact Banfield because he passed away. I just received a condolence card, signed by the whole staff. That was very nice of them.

My Lizzie loves going to her vet. They always take great care of her. Always take time to answer any questions I may have and keep my Lizzie healthy.

Nice vet clinic. Vets are top notch and technicians are very caring and willing to explain everything.

Unwilling to accommodate after they had cancelled on me. Then I had to cancel. So then my plan rolled over after the new appointment, and was unable to get the procedure. Lost a customer.

Always have been so good with my dog! She has been going there since she was a pup ????

I absolutely love it here and recommend it to all my friends. The front office staff and doctors are all very friendly, caring, and clear. I always get a person when I call, and they can quickly pull up my dog's file, see past notes, and schedule me soon or even just consult with the vet if its a smaller issue. Even if I have tons of questions, they answer all of them with a positive attitude and recap with me to ensure I understand. They really care about your animals, they even say thank you on behalf of your pet when you make positive health decisions. This location can even do dental work, keeps tons of pharmacy goods in-house, and really couldn't be more convenient. I chose to enroll in the wellness plan since I do not have pet insurance and it has saved me hundreds in just a few months. Not to mention the peace of mind it gives me that I never have to worry about having X amount of money if my girl needs medical attention. I called them recently to ask about their recommended flea/tick solutions, and I saved money on the products with my wellness plan, then they put it aside for easy pickup. Not to mention the fact that their practice is right within Petsmart, so I can make 2-in-1 trips for my pet needs. I also downloaded the Banfield app, which means I can pull up my dog's records and notes at any time (saving paper and time--I never have to print out her rabies certificate when I go to the groomers I just show them on my phone). If you sign up for the wellness plan, you gain access to a vet chat feature where you can ask real vets questions 24/7/365. I used that when we had our first thunderstorm with our dog and I found out she REALLY didn't like them. The regular office was closed, so I hopped on chat and they gave me some advice to get us through the night.

We have been taking our dog teddy to Banfield since the day we have adopted him. I can't say anything bad about them oh, they are so professional oh, they are so caring and like any other vet yes you have to wait but that's life. They have always treated my dog and myself with kindness and respect I can't say enough about them I highly recommend them. Reading the terrible reviews really makes me upset because I have never had one that episode at Banfield even when they are at their busiest so that tells me that these people that write the horrible reviews are disgruntled. Before you go posting something maybe you should not try to ruin it to everybody else and give them a bad name because they really are a wonderful company

Amazing with my dog who is super anxious. They were also very kind when we lost our other dog.
