We have been going to Harbor for 6 years and have had numerous vets there over the years. Recently, Dr. Park had to remove a tooth root that was left behind during a previous surgery from another vet. She was wonderful with my dog, who at times can be difficult with new people, she kept me updated all day through the procedure, and helped my dog when he had been suffering. She was quick to respond via text message with me and even saw us as a late emergency visit the night before a long weekend holiday. Overall, this was one of the best experiences with Harbor and I can’t thank them enough. I’d highly recommend Dr. Park as well as Dr. Brown who practices at Harbor.

Wonderful but at the moment I can't call them because they changed their answering message and it hangs up on you right away. If you go through their website and hit call to make an appointment, it calls a completely different and unrelated veterinary clinic. I live an hour away. I chose them because they were the only vet with great reviews who is taking new patients right now. I am very glad I made the decision to go with them as they have helped us very much, but I need meds for my dog and can't get them if I can't call them. I guess I'll drive over there. At least it's a nice drive!

RARELY do I write reviews but I feel like Harbor Animal Hospital has been so incredibly amazing with me and my pets that I can't not say anything about it. Way over a month ago, I was looking into switching vets and I found these had excellent reviews online plus everyone that I asked spoke great about them. They were booking out for a WHILE but I was in no rush since it was only for a senior check-up that was due for about a month either way. 2 weeks before her appt, she started developing really odd vestibular symptoms that I didn't know if it was rush-to-the-ER kinda situation or a situation that could potentially wait the 2 weeks. They made time for me and my dog immediately that very same day. The doctor explained everything in detail, she had a great experience at the clinic and the cost of it was reasonable. She is now doing much better. I later on adopted a kitten who was born from a rescued stray and they also took care of him and gave my senior dog some booster shots that she was due. I am so beyond pleased and thankful for their team and their doctor. They have shown professionalism and so much love and care for my pets.

My cat was sneezing and not eating as usual. I was able to call in and speak to someone, get my information shared and then get kitty on some meds and his way to feeling better. The staff here are professional, personable and I know that my family pets are in great hands

Not sure what to really think of this place...brought in a cat we rescued from the side of the highway.we called for updates every so often. They knew we wanted the cat but they kept saying vet would take him but we really wanted him. Called this morning to potentially pick him up and they wanted 700+ cause they wanted do more testings and xrays so unfortunately we had to surrender the poor guy. Atleast hes in a better place than the side of the highway

I took my little puppy and my overall experience was terrific. Buddy Boy was nervous at first but then warmed up when the tech kept giving him treats. She kept giving treats and Buddy didn't even realize he got two shots. The place was clean and took Buddy right on time. All the staff were friendly and loving towards Buddy Boy. All in all a GREAT experience and I will continue to take Buddy there for all his needs.

A month and a half ago my 12 year old chinchilla's behavior did a 360. We have 2 free roaming rabbits.Their vet had no availability so gave me the number to Harbor Animal Hospital where Henry was seen immediately. The vet called to get a complete history and to eliminate a cause for an X-ray taken showed some fluid in his lungs and swelling around his heart. The vet apologized wishing it was better news. With the mention of considering euthanasia.Henry was given antibiotics and aspirin. I contemplated euthanasia throughout those few weeks nursing him back to health but couldn't. Thanks goes to Harbor Animal Hospital. They saved my chinchilla.Giving me another chance to do better by him as his caretaker.

We recently moved to Bristol and i wanted a vet closer to home. I liked that we were able to get in to this hospital so easy, now i know why. My puppy had several issues, but one was very concerning, she got spade prior to adoption. It got infected and i saw a suture in there. When i let the vet know (and this was during covid and not allowed to accompany your pet), he gave me an ointment and never addressed the suture. When i tried calling, the tech said he will call me back. I never received a call from him or the company to set up a follow up appt. I had so many questions and never a call. I had to call them to get her meds, not even a call to let me know her meds are ready. Meanwhile her infection was getting worse due to the suture, which the vet could have taken out the time of the appt. I get sometimes places are understaffed, but not even a call back. This place is not reliable and i went back to my old vet, its further, but i rather my puppy to be in safe hands i can trust. Dr. Cordy is not reliable or did his job. Very Disappointed

Drs. Cordy and Deegan are smart, talented and friendly. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is very easy to get an appointment, even same day. My dogs regularly go to the doggie day care and they love it. I have boarded my dogs at Harbor and appreciate that a tech is present all night. Great people. Great service.

My cat has diabetes and Dr. Cardy and the entire staff have been working hard to get it regulated. After every visit Dr. Cordy makes a point to speak with me directly to give me updates and always makes me feel that my Figaro is in great hands!

I brought my cat to a local vet who didn’t know what to think but my cat lost a lot of weight and was dying. I took her to harbor, Dr. Wade Cordy took great care of Alexa and did some tests and found she had kidney trouble and I’d need to do saline infusions and the vet tech showed me how. This kept my cat alive an extra 13 months until she succumbed to a brain tumor and there isn’t anything you can do for that. They are great for boarding as well. I had a bonded pair and harbor could accommodate two cats in a larger area since they were best buds and would be upset if they were separated and I haven’t seen this at other places. They’re fantastic and they have really good communication.

This simply needs to STOP!!! #NOMV I stand with Dr. Cordy. Coming from someone who worked in the veterinary field for 6 years, from the front desk, to the kennel staff, to the technicians, and to the doctors... we don’t deserve this. Veterinary staff withstand a beating every.... single..... day.... and it is UNFAIR. Stop listening to cyber bullying and news stories that have absolutely no idea what happened or what we go through everyday. We are literally dying trying to take care of your animals. When posting a review, ask yourself... is it really worth it? Are my words going to make such a difference that I am willing to write hateful words and possibly have a HUMAN BEING commit suicide because of my hateful words? Veterinary staff go through so much. We love your pet as much as you do. If we end up being late for your appointment, maybe stop to think if it’s because we have just said goodbye to a patient we have known for years and we are crying with a client who we have grown to know and love also? We treat your pets as if they are our own. We love them and care for them and comfort them when you can’t. This veterinarian does NOT deserve this. This is just absurd at this point. Be kind to your veterinary staff. You don’t understand how hard it is. I stand with this clinic and Dr. Cordy. I stand with all veterinary staff. If you shame Dr. Cordy, SHAME ON YOU. You need to educate yourself before you sound stupid commenting on something you have no idea about. This veterinarian is educated. This veterinarian is THOUSANDS of dollars in debt to take care of your animal and care for them as much as you do. Veterinarians spends years in school, thousands and thousands of dollars to do this to take care of YOUR pet. When owners don’t let them do what they recommend and they know is right to do, it is NOT their fault if the animal passes. Educate yourself people. Veterinarians aren’t magicians. They don’t have a crystal ball. Animals cost money. They can’t tell you what is wrong with your pet based on feel or looks. If an owner declines diagnostic testing, the veterinarian cannot tell what is wrong with the animal. All of you shaming this vet need a reality check. Harbor Animal Clinic and staff- God bless you. Dr. Cordy- God bless you. To all veterinary staff around the world- God bless you. We are doing the best we can. Be kind. Thank your veterinary staff. I stand with you all!

My family and I were visiting from Texas and my canine companion, Mia, had one of her pancreatic flair ups. I was unable to go inside due to the pandemic, but that is okay! Dr. Cordy was very professional and able to discuss the treatment with me over the phone. It was the typical SQ fluids, cerenia, metronidazole, and bland diet that we are used to during one of her episodes. 10/10 would recommend and will always bring her here if we have any issues when we are visiting.

This needs to be repeated. "Stop cyber bullying! A heart base tumor, likely a hemangiosarcoma was NOT the vets fault. Don’t simply a read a biased news article and follow the tide of hate". It's hard being in the field and caring so much. When these things happen and they do happen all the time, it is incredibly emotional for all involved. Sometimes these things don't show us any signs or symptoms until it's too late. Be kind to your vets and staff and try to listen when they are speaking to you about your pet, especially when your emotions are high. We are trying to help you. This client was told there was something major going on and was sent to the ER because this hospital did not have the capabilities to perform the necessary procedure to try and help This dog, however, the client did not do as instructed until it was too late. Even if they had made it to the ER, it was already too late for this pet. Again, be kind to your vets and their staff. There is a reason the suicide rate in this industry is number one and circumstances such as these are the perfect storm to push someone over the edge.

Dr. Corey & the staff are great and informative. If there is something more serious than when they can do they we refer to a place better equipped to handle. Understanding that we don't always hear everything that was told to us, especially when our fur baby isn't doing well, they have given out detailed written information. They truly care about our pets and it shows!
