Absolutely zero compassion. Receptionist could not care any less about a dying pet. At least pretend to care instead of acting like everyone is an inconvenience.

We were one of their first ever client's. We brought all our pets here. Now they wouldn't see my dying dog. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment for sick dog. Have a puppy that needs to be seen. Was told they can't see him. With an infected foot. I also provide services to this company. I typically respond within the day they called. And they responded with zero compassion. And zero help. I won't ever bring another animal to these people. They act as if it's an inconvenience to provide service. And help your pet. What kind of animal hospital turns away emergency treatment? One you should never use. Carlos used to be a decent human. Not sure what happened. But I'm through with this business. Sincerely Adam Secour

Been going for many, many years now and can't complain. Staff has been great, never had any issue and we're extremely helpful in a stressful situation.

If I could give zero stars I would, I had a horrible experience in this place! Starting off with the payment, they said that the appointment was only going to be $60 which then when I went to pay I almost left there $200 due to them giving my cat some type of gel to mixture with his food which my cat doesn’t even like and doesn’t eat it, they really just wanted more money so they decided to give that without knowing if my cat had a problem or not. Then they are very irresponsible by not giving back my cats documents, its really hard for me to get transportation over there however they did not understand that and threw the original documents away without even giving me a call and letting me know that after 2 weeks they were going to throw the papers away! I went to pickup the printed papers and not the original ones, I do not recommend people to go with their pets here because these people are very irresponsible and rude, looks like they aren’t professional on what they do! Also when I called there whoever answered the phone was very rude with me because she knew what she did to my cats papers so she didn’t want to talk to me because they aren’t suppose to throw important documents away!! They really only want the money and don’t even care about the animal !!

STAY AWAY. I've had this cat for about 4 months, I know nothing of her history. All I know is I got her spayed and first round of shots elsewhere 3 weeks prior. And she use to be an indoor/outdoor but the owner died. I asked very basic questions and the doctor answered very shortly, yes or no or I don't know. Not very personable or knowledgeable. Unable to answer most- such as my inquiries to silica based litter or raw diets. Could not give me an accurate age estimate either. Mentioned she drools when I give her treats, and he very sharply replied to "stop giving her treats." Also. Made the appointment for a distemper booster as well as the wellness check, and provided paperwork from pervious vet office. They failed to read the records and gave her the first distemper vaccine instead of the booster, stating she must return for a booster. I insisted we just got that shot a few weeks ago, and only then had they read the paperwork and said "oh yeah you are on time," implying on time with the booster schedule. Major error, I think. Giving her a full vaccine instead of just a booster. This place was unfortunately a last resort as all local to me weren't booking until June and she really needed her booster. Waste of time and money. I wanted a wellness check to learn more about my new cat and learned nothing from my experience other than to make an appointment elsewhere! Also noteworthy, my cat went in there with no fleas and came home with them. Stay AWAY.

I cannot say enough about this office. They’ve been nothing but helpful when others have refused to help with our difficult to treat 87 lb pitbull. The entire staff has been friendly and professional.

I went there last year with my cat. I asked for just what was required to get my cat spayed. Did not realized it was every other test under the sun for this place and before I knew it I had a bill of $174. I paid but left a bad taste in my mouth for having not one person explain the pricing before hand. Expecting about half that for what I thought would just be shots. Took me awhile before I called them again. I figured maybe I can get a refund for the Fecal test since I never dropped off my cats feces so I called today. Nope apparently another thing not explained. It was part of a whole set of tests so no refund annnnd if I wanted to get my cat spayed it would be $250-300 because the blood tests they took prior year is only good for 30 days. Something that I wish was told to me. Everytime I went don't get me wrong, they all seemed pleasant. But poor professionalism and not very clear or trust building. Won't go there again.

First visit with older cat. From the first person we dealt with, right on thru to the Vet, we were very happy and felt they sincerely cared. They were very up front about recommendations but not pushy at all. Definitely our new Vet!

I have brought two of my animals on two different occasions to this facility and both were grossly misdiagnosed and had major illnesses overlooked. One of the misdiagnosis lead our family to believe our dog would get better but after bringing her to a different vet she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Our new vet questioned why this vet did not inform us of this diagnosis based off of labs and results they ordered and reviewed. Will never be returning, should not be licensed vets- DO NOT RECOMMEND.

No customer service skills. I had questions and employees were to worried about a friend.i was unable to speak with the dr. My cat is very skittish and scared, I was not allowed to be with him. All they told me was my cat was overweight, when I asked how to help him I was told to put him on a special diet, but bot told what it was or why it was "special". All special is, is expensive. Never going back again.
