These ladies are awesome! They love our pup so we know she is well taken care of. So affordable & and through! She always looks & smells fresh as a Daisy!

I found Village Paws to be very unprofessional, specifically, Jules. Our dog was brought in for a groom, came back with an unsatisfactory haircut and a cut on his eye. Being unhappy, I felt we should voice our dismay. I went around and around in text messages with Jules. I run a business myself and have never experienced the rude and nasty behavior I did with this woman. Putting all issues aside regarding the dog, the behavior of this person was appalling and incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Her terrible attitude and huge "dog grooming "ego" was incredibly unattractive and sad. Not sure this review will make a difference but I would suggest taking your pet to another groomer if your looking for a pleasant experience for both you and your pet.

What a bad phone experience called to make an appointment for the first time .They asked for the paperwork on my poodles shots . I explains that I just moved in the area thay were packed away. I'm looking didn't have them available then proceeds to say she take the name and number of my veterinarian and call them .Now I understand completely but give me a break I've never been asked this in my life . When I proceeded to explain saying no thank have a nice day .Then I receive a call back from some other rude woman explained again that they would call my veterinarian . I said no thank you I'll find another so the woman precedes to say good luck with that and hung up the phone on me. Thank God my papers are packed. Not the place for my beautiful poodle. How dear they call me back after I said no thank very nicely and then to say good luck with that and hang up on a person I don't think so!Beware sounded very crazy in the back round a lot of noise loud talking .I know when I take my dog I don't want all that going on .There nervous enough and to be in an environment like that they don't need all that talking and yelling going on. I'm in shock right now so RUDE!!!!!

They did a fantastic job grooming my Shih Tzu - very professional, accommodating, reasonably priced, and clearly love the fur babies.

Had my 2 dogs groomed here, had it done quite a few times. I specifically asked them to brush thier teeth. They charged me 50 for both dogs, I asked that's with thier teeth brushed? She said they did brush thier teeth and that was the charge. Cool. Sent my father to get them and pay for it, they charged 64. I called them and questioned why it was more, the girl said because you had thier teeth brushed. I specifically asked before many times and they always said it was done. I tried calling the owner and she said I owed her money because they weren't charging me for brushing thier teeth. So unprofessional. Never take my dogs there again and will not recommend.

Groomings always come out great.

I moved to the area in February & needed to find a groomer who wouldn’t be opposed to my breed of dog (pitbull) for toenail trimming with the Dremel. I made an appointment with Village Paws & was very happy with the speed of their service & how they welcomed my dog. The price is very fair also.

I’ve taken both of my fur babies here twice so far and have been very happy about the experience! They didn’t leave shaking and looking scared like they did with our previous groomer. They’re also generally very anxious dogs, but when I picked them up, they seemed fine and not nervous at all. I wanna give a special shout out to Jenna and Kaitlyn especially for taking such great care of my two dogs last time we brought them in. They were very communicative about every detail so you didn’t leave worrying if your babies were in good hands or not, you just knew they were. You could tell those two ladies cared for every pet they groomed and put love into the work!

I have been seeing Jules with my 2 Schnauzers. She is always available to take the time going over any of my concerns. My dogs Love her. Highly Recommend her.

They are wonderful with your pets. Very caring dog Groomer's. Prices are very fair.

They are fantastic. I have a very old dog and they are so gentle cutting his nails. Everyone should go there

All the employees are so sweet and special. This was first time going there. My dog is 14 yrs old. He came out not shaking was extra special. Plus they don't cut his nails they filed his nails. Did a great job shaving him also.

Best place to bring your pet. Brought my two dogs in for a nail clipping and even with the dogs nervousness the staff at Village Paws made it a great experience. I will be back for sure. Just great, pleasant, professional people.

First time there and we were very pleased. Our bully came home smelling and looking beautiful. We will be back for sure.

My dog had his first appointment yesterday and the staff was amazing with him. He's on the nervous side but they clearly took their time with him and he seemed calmer afterwards than coming home from other groomers. The staff is extremely nice and it is clear they care about the animals. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!!

I love Village Paws! Tried a few other places before, and this place is great! I love the people there, and Scooter always looks beautiful when he’s done. I also like their time management..Scooter is in and out without having to stay there all day..I definitely recommend Village Paws!

I absolutely love this place. The owners are extremely accommodating and very professional. Bailey is a bit hyper and she was a bit matted from the rain. They did an excellent job!! I am extremely picky and nervous when it comes to grooming my pets as they are therapy dogs for my son. I highly recommend this place and it is the best place to take your dog for grooming!!

Brought my cat here a couple of days ago for a groom which resulted in my cat being petrified and injured. I advised and warned the owner of the cat's history, and within an hour of dropping him off I received a call to pick him up as they were not adequately prepared to care for my cat. Due to this incoherence, I had to go into the back with my girlfriend to capture my cat, as he was beyond petrified. During this, my cat fell off a tall wall, where he fell on a glass frame that shattered and a cut a huge chunk in his hind paw. We were able to finally get him and take him home, where I discovered blood in his container, and a trail of blood where he limped off and hid. At this moment our cat is healthy, and his wound seems to be healing properly, but it saddens me to see him limp everytime he needs to move. Now, I was not going to originally leave this review, however, I recieved a call from the owner who became very defensive over a truthful review on her page, and then continued to blame my girlfiend and I for the injury my cat endured. Bottom line, we trusted them with our cat, and they were unprepared for him. The total lack of sympathy, responsibility, and the fact that this owner seemed to care more about a truthful comment than the well-being of my cat drove me to leave this comment, and I STRONGLY advise to stay as far away from this place as possible.

They are always great with the animals their work is great .The girls are always so friendly to the animals.

The only problem I had is they don't answer the phone and did not return my call to schedule an appointment.

Love this place .did a great job with my shitzu . And she was not easy. But the groomer had patience and she did a great job.

I just took my Shihtzu for the first time and was so happy. Ivy looked awesome and the staff is so nice. We will definitely be returning I would recommend Village Paws ???? for you grooming needs.
