I’ve been coming here since I adopted my first cat Reina. They treat all 3 of my cats with love and care. They also help me out whenever they can and truly appreciate them. ????

I know the kids are in good hands ❤️ Toby one eye vomiting all night….rushed him in Friday morning….called at 8:59 1/2 they answered the phone…..I was already in the parking lot. They brought him right in and worked on him ASAP. I was back at home with him in an hour.

It's great to have a vet who is a cat expert. Very kind, experienced, and professional staff. Bonus is not having to deal with dogs in the office. They also are still very accessible during COVID restrictions.

City Kitty is one of the best establishments I have ever been too... As soon as you walk through the door you're greeted with so much warmth, love and support... Our Vet Dr. Lund is so sweet, warm hearted, kind and knowledge and we can't thank her enough for all she has done for our cats and reaching out to us even on her days off... The staff is always so sociable and willing to help out with any questions we may have... Even under stress, they help put your mind at ease in anyway they possibly can... Thank you City Kitty for saving our cat Binx's life when all other veterinarian establishments turned us away and for helping us with our cat Gizmo who was extremely sick and you took him in right away without a blink of an eye even when you were backed up with other fur babies... We will NEVER go anywhere else with our cats! ❤️

Very professional, efficient and kind hearted! Would highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone! We were extremely pleased with how wonderful the staff was with our two girls yesterday. They can be a nightmare, but not only did the technician Kelly make them feel more comfortable, she also trimmed there nails with no problem. She made the whole process a lot easier for everyone. We loved her!

We have been taking our cat there for a few years now. As he's getting older he's been having some health issues and everyone there is so nice and understanding. Highly recommend!

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new vet for our two cats. We found City Kitty after searching around online and could not be happier. It was clear everyone we encountered (from the receptionist to the doctor) has a passion for their work and a love for cats. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new vet for their cats!

Very organized and very accommodating. All staff are great at helping animals while also communicating with the humans as to what is going on with their pets

Very much over-priced, especially lab. But generous to permit a payment plan, with high charge for that as well. Kind and caring and truly concerned about their furry patients. Today, for first time ever, there was close to an hour’s wait prior to visit and visit itself quite lengthy. End-of-year high volume perhaps. Usually in and out in under an hour. Such excellent knowledge of cats! Dr Lund and Chris great as always.

So grateful to find a place that deep down truly cares. Every employee working there is compassionate, friendly, and works with you to ensure your cat is treated properly. They follow up, they make recommendations, they listen when you talk to them. It’s been a few years since we started going here and the service and people are just as great. Highly recommend to animal lovers.

I brought my kitty here for her first ever vet visit. I was probably more anxious than my cat, and they made the process so easy! They were super knowledgeable, so comforting, and great with my cat. You can tell they love the animals so much, i also appreciated the punctuality. They got me right into a room where my cat could roam around and wait for the tech. They also ran right on time which i really appreciated. This is for sure my new vet!!

They are the best! I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone there is friendly and seems to truly love their job. They are prompt and dont make you wait a long time in the waiting room. They were super loving and good with our cat. I highly recommend going.

I'm a new resident of Providence, RI and was searching for a new vet for the fur-babies when I found City Kitty. I've had disappointing experiences with previous veterinarians but not with City Kitty. I have three kitties plus one from a partner and we all go to City Kitty. It's definitely a cat lovers dream! Our kitties are our babies and we're so happy we found City Kitty.

This was my first visit to City Kitty - recommended to my by a client - my senior cat is sick and I needed a vet- yes they are booking out a month and a half for new patients just like a human dr office - when I told the front desk what was going on she got me in the next day. They were all very caring, knowledgeable, and worked with me. I was able to go on a payment plan (you don’t hear of that anymore anywhere!) which was a great relief for me. I can’t thank them enough! My Isis is already feeling better and we will definitely be returning and referring! ????

City Kitty now allows you to go inside with your cat. Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. The prices are high for some of their services.
