I recently switched from another veterinary hospital because the quality of care had decreased due to staffing shortages. The level of care that my 10 year old dog with kidney disease has received at Newport Animal Hospital is fantastic! When we went in for our initial visit, my dog was diagnosed with multiple conditions. We are approximately 5 weeks post treatment and her lab work has improved dramatically! I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend NAH!

We are so grateful for the top notch care our pets always receive at Newport Animal Hospital and the Jamestown Clinic. Dr. Fain is always so caring, attentive and compassionate, but I've also had great experiences with every vet and tech we've seen, both in Jamestown and Middletown. The office staff is also so helpful and patient even though I know they are crazy busy and always handling multiple things at once. For both emergencies and regular visits, I'm so glad we chose Newport Animal Hospital.

AJ was scooting around the house. Dr. Phan said her glands were so very full. Some liquid even squirted out to all our surprise. The Tech and the Dr. Remarked about how good, how nervous, how adorable she was. That night AJ was full of fun, so happy, so playful. What a great response to the Dr.s touch????

Friendly caring staff. Very thorough examinations, makes my dog feel at ease, very gentle handling of my dog, and good treatment procedures and follow-up. Very helpful reminders for appointments and vaccinations. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

My dogs have been patients of Newport Animal Hospital (NAH) since 2014. Most recently early in December, Dr. Nhianh Pasierb performed an inpatient surgery (vulvoplasty) on my French Bulldog, and I couldn't be any happier with the entire experience (pre op-care, operative, and post op-care). Dr. Pasierb was very communicative throughout the procedure, and she informed me that the surgery bill will be on the high side - I told her thank you for the notification, and to please proceed with providing the best care that she could - and to charge me whatever it comes out to because I wanted the best for my dog. My partner and I were very nervous about the vulvoplasty surgery for my Frenchie, but Dr. Pasierb assured us that she would take wonderful care of her. And she did just that... My Frenchie healed beautifully, and her anatomy looks stunning. I wish I could post a before and after picture here. Through all my visits at NAH, and especially most recently, I can say that Dr. Pasierb is a perfectionist. She provides care that is second-to-none for my babies, and my partner and I are extremely grateful to her and her healthcare team. We had a wonderful experience with our cocker spaniel and Holland lop bunny at Newport Animal Hospital in Middletown. The facility is beautiful and clean, the staff was kind and gentle with our pets, and we absolutely loved Dr Courtney Toler! Thank you for caring for our fur family.

As usual, I was very pleased with Newport Animal Hospital. Our Boxer Max doesn't really like going there, but , they make him feel so comfortable that he really doesn't mind it.

I visit the area seasonally with my family and pets. It’s been a piece of mind knowing that Newport Animal Hospital (and their affiliated practices) have been there when my pets are ill and need care. The staff at NAH is always kind and welcoming. They also communicate with my primary Vet in Pennsylvania when needed so that my fur friends receive the best possible care. Very impressed all around. Incredibly professional and welcoming from the front desk staff, techs and Drs. They were able to squeeze my dog in for dental issues and they treat us like we have been life long patients. I am switching all vet care for both of our dogs to this location. I could not have been more pleased. The billing was incredibly reasonable compared to what I have seen on-line from other Vets in the area.

The Jamestown animal hospital staff is the best. We have a dog who isn’t happy to be there however the entire staff and Dr Wirth help us to get through the visits with ease. They are great to us and our dog!

My pup ate some chocolate turtles so I contacted the NAH. They where quick to get my dog in and care for her. They made her and I feel comfortable and was able to get her back to feeling herself. The staff was caring and show her nothing but love and her excellent care.

My cat enjoyed her visit to the Newport Animal Clinic. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.

I've been with Newport Animal Hospital for seven years, and they are fantastic. The doctors are caring and competent, and every single tech knows my animals (dog and cats) and obviously loves them. My dog is a total drama queen, and they just take it in stride. They are great at communication (both doctors and front desk), and they do their very best to accommodate emergencies. Highly recommend.

We went in last week to establish care for my one-year old rescue dog and couldn't have had a better experience! Every staff member is incredibly welcoming and accommodating since my pup has a decent amount of anxiety. The staff was fantastic with him and gave me an immense amount of resources as a new patient. Grateful to have found them!

Newport Animal Hospital provides wonderful care for all pets! My dog and I had such a positive first experience recently. He is a very nervous guy and all the staff were very caring and patient. Dr. Phan especially took the time to make sure she had a bond and connection with him before any else. It was the best he's done at a vet visit in years. A huge thank you to NAH for all their help and great service!

This place has been available to pets for years. Very happy with their customer service. Pricey but they do their best.

Dr Phan great. Paperwork with recheck appt. Not great, have to call to figure out. New techs? Maybe need to train more? Been with nah for over 50 years+. Again, dr. Phan great veterinarian. Hope she stays. !!!

Got a same day appointment because over the weekend my cat started showing signs of losing weight and not being herself. I was very happy to have Dr. Phan see her. They were complete and thorough with their examination and had to wait for blood work results. The next morning I received a prompt phone call with the doctor with a diagnosis. She gave me options and prescribed a course of treatment which we are going to implement. I received good value and everybody showed true concern for my pet and her health. I couldn’t ask for more.

The best review I can give is to say that my dog is so excited when he arrives there. When the lovely staff takes him in back, he does not even look back to say goodbye. He is just happy to be there!

Our dog is not used to boarding. We felt comfortable leaving her at an animal hospital. When we returned she was happy and clean. We heard she did well and made friends (good to hear for nervous boarders). We will definitely use them again.

I LOVE NEWPORT ANIMAL HOSPITAL. ONE THING THAT USE TO BUG ME WAS I RARELY SAW THE SAME VET, HOWEVER I HAVE COME TO TERMS WITH IT, AS I LIKE KNOWING THEM ALL, AND ALL OF THEM KNOWING MY PETS. GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
