Lucky Dog Resort Middletown, Rhode Island

What a wonderful option to care for our fur children. Our girl just spent 8 days with Lucky Dog…each video we received from the dog trainer (excellent option) and snap shots included with the report cards we received gave us reassurance we made the right care choice! Our Bailey made friends, had a blast and looked so happy playing with other dogs and able to peacefully rest on a couch, bed or wherever she was comfortable. A wonderful boarding option, that gave us peace of mind during our human only vacation.

My dog has been to the Lucky Dog Resort twice in the past few months. On her first visit she was in a cast due to an injury, Laurie and her staff took excellent care of her. I received updates, and the staff arrranged for Millie to take part in only the activites that she would be safe participating in. Her most recent visit, withour her cast, was just as special. She was excited to arrive, was well taken care of and had a great time. I highly recommend this Resort, the dogs truly are Lucky! Millie is a one year old boxer, who is high energy and spoiled....

My English Bulldog, Lily, loves Lucky Dog! She waddles happily in each time she has doggie daycare and adores her time here. My husband and and I are truly grateful for the happiness and relaxation we have seen in Lily since spending time here. What I love most is that Lily is free to relax and sleep at Lucky Dog, which is what she enjoys doing at home too :) Lily is truly loved and cared for at Lucky Dog. Thank you!

I know that my buddy Beau is safe and well cared for at Lucky Dog. They do a great job of vetting dogs regarding vaccinations and temperament. I feel comfortable that they will be in touch quickly if there are any issues. Beau is always happy and content after a day at Lucky Dog.

My dog, Hobbes, attends Lucky Dog once a week to socialize, run and have fun while I'm working. He LOVES it and so do I! There isn't a day he isn't pulling me to get in the front door. The report cards at the end of the day with pictures included of how the day went is my favorite part. The staff is attentive and always brings up anything out of the normal that's noticed, allowing me to ensure Hobbes is acting properly or if he needs refinement in his training. I could not recommend Lucky Dog more for your pets to thrive!

The staff at Lucky Dog is wonderful with Eli. I am so happy to have found them when I moved to the area. Their care and concern for our beloved family members is beyond admirable. It is a home away from home❤️

I got to visit the Lucky dog resort and it's the cutest resort for dogs that I have ever seen. Extremely clean, the staff was phenomenal with the dogs. All the dogs looked so happy playing with each other. If you are looking for a place for your dog for daycare or overnight stays. Lucky dog resort is the place to be.

We love sending our dog Lenny to Lucky Dog daycare! He has so much fun there and it puts our mind at ease knowing he is in good care with Laurie and her team.

My dog springs joyfully out of the car when she’s arriving at Lucky Dog-that says it all. They are professional, caring and also understanding Of both the dog’s needs and any owner’s concerns. I hate being separated from my dog but have every confidence in Lucky Dog’s ability to manage any concern or problem: such as when I accidentally left my dog’s medicine behind they kindly delivered it to our home. When my dog’s medicine was dropped off I was almost afraid that she would hop into the Lucky Dog car and go back to see her friends there. I cannot imagine my dog boarding anywhere else. Cindy Burns

We absolutely LOVE Lucky Dog Resort!!!! We live about 45 minutes away and we will never have our pup, Oakley, stay anywhere else while we are away. The staff at the resort is very responsive and helpful!! They communicated with us on how Oakley was doing and sent pictures on his report card! It made us so at ease knowing he was in great hands. Additionally, we used the wedding valet service and they went above and beyond bringing Oakley to our wedding and then picking him up from the event! We truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!

Laurie takes such good care of all her clients. My dog is shy so I appreciate that they don't just throw her into the dog play group when she needs her alone time! Thanks Lucky Dog!

We went for the trial and the staff was friendly and professional. I had several questions that I sent them and they answered quickly. Very helpful and responsive. I will be signing up my dog to start this week!

I booked the wedding valet and Lucky Dog was able to bring both of our labs to our wedding at a venue down the street and they stayed there the night before and the night of the wedding. They accompanied them inside the venue so that they could be walked down the aisle with our groomsmen and were professional and friendly. They have strict policies regarding vaccinations and fecal testing and it made me feel comfortable that my dogs would also be safe there around other dogs. The communication prior to the wedding was by phone and e-mail and you can tell Laurie is detail-oriented and wants things to run smoothly. She is very honest regarding the dogs behaviors while they are there so you are aware of any concerns/things they could work on. I felt comfortable leaving my dogs here without seeing the inside of the house. They also send updates "report cards" on each dog and photos. You do need a specific pickup and drop off time but she makes you aware of that while booking. You definitely get what you pay for here!

My dog Maple LOVES Lucky Dog. Maple had a rough start in life so she doesn’t like being without a person for very long. She also has some anxiety sometimes, At Lucky Dog she can lay in bed with a human at night which was a selling point for us. The handlers are excellent at helping her get comfortable and enjoy herself to the fullest. When we leave her at Lucky Dog we know she’ll be well taken care of and happy. I highly recommend this for daycare and boarding.

Laurie and the team were amazing to work with! We went for his readiness check to check out the facility as we are looking at doggy daycare options. I can’t say enough great things about them. I was informed and knew of their expectations right from the start unlike other facilities I’ve been to. Laurie was thorough and so professional! I truly appreciate the mission of the company and her efforts in order to place our beloved animals in her care. Working a full time job is hard enough, but to know Nigel is in good hands means everything to me and will ease my mind as a pet owner. It’s the little details that mean the world to me. We had the BEST experience with Laurie and her husband as our home for our fur children during our wedding! They took care of them as if they were their own and delivered them happily and safely to our wedding and stayed with them the entire time! Rocco and Rambo could not have been happier or more tired when we picked them up after the wedding weekend. We are so grateful and absolutely looking forward to sending them on vacation again here!!

My Pepper has been at Lucky Dog for aquí te a while now. She absolutely loves it. All I have to do in the morning is ask her if she wants to go to daycare and she goes crazy. Everyone who works there has been nothing but professional and wonderful. I would recommend lucky dog to anyone who is looking for a wonderful doggie daycare. I have not used their overnight services yet but plan on doing so in the near future.

I had a great experience with Laurie and Greg at Lucky Dog during my recent wedding weekend. We were visiting from out of town, and had guests flying in for several days of events, so our beloved frenchie Hamlet stayed with them. We also used their wedding valet service, so they brought him to Rosecliff for photos and to "hold court" during our cocktail ceremony. They give you the cutest little report cards along the way so you know how everything is going. Highly recommend!

I boarder my young Maltese pup at Lucky Dog Resort while I attended a nearby wedding. Laurie was great with informing me about the requirements, answering all the questions, and of course updating me during my puppy’s stay. I would choose this place again!

LuckyDog, has been, and still is, one of THE BEST doggie daycare facilities I have ever been to. They are completely on top of things. They are very professional and always reliable. They certainly make sure that every pup that comes to play is very well taken care of! The staff is very friendly and always gives a full report on how your pup did and which friends they played with. My pup Dodie is always so happy the minute we turn in to the driveway!
