I went to my first appointment and left without service. The owner has extremely poor people skills. I watched as her groomer showed little compassion while blasting a loud blow dryer in a little dogs face as he yanked repeatedly on his choker. The owner was curt, rude and was unwilling to put any effort into brushing out my silky. She just wanted to shave both my dogs. She expected I bring them to her already groomed. Lazy, rude and expensive.

First and last visit today. Won't be back. Good for self wash, but the blonde girl who did the nails, ears and teeth was not at ALL pleasant or patient with my 6 month old puppy who was excited and scared. From the second I walked in the the door I got the impression I was bothering her by giving them my business. Dont worry, won't happen agan.

I bought a 49 00Groupon and was told over the phone all was included wash nails upon my arrival to pick George up from his grooming history his Terri arte beard was shaved in his eyebrows which I didn't ask for. In addition to that there was an extra charge for just about everything. Including the cost of the Groupon! That had been purchased allready. When I brought George home he started to bleed all over the rug they had clipped his paw pad and I was not told!! won't be rushing back

The $20 self service dog wash cannot be beat! Zpup has an amicable staff, and a very clean facility.

The employees are like robots. The towels smelled like old dog and we're hard/rough and full of fur from other dogs. The facilities were decent. When you use the dryers, fur from other dogs fly all over the place. It's crazy.

I walked in with happy expectations that my experience would be as nice as everything appears through the window and in the store. It was the complete opposite. The blonde younger woman was grooming a larger dog, looked my way upon entering and then looked away without a hello or smile. She then told me she’d be right with me in an annoyed tone. I informed her I was just looking around but when I walked passed the grooming room, she was combing out the dog’s snout pretty roughly w a comb and then told the dog to “stop” in again, an annoyed tone when through my observation, the dog never moved or made a sound (surprisingly seeing she was combing so roughly). I did not like the way she spoke to the dog and it wasn’t even my dog! I could never imagine leaving my 5 mo old puppy with her for his first grooming experience. I felt bad for the dog there and certainly won’t be taking mine despite it being right down the street. My gut tells me that she does not enjoy her job nor have the personality to greet people and their animals! Very sad

The woman who waited on me was very cold she didn’t do a good job on her nails left jagging all around but I think $15 is way overpriced just to cut Nails most places charge 10 would not recommend would not go back

I took my dog into the self-service wash, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities we're clean and very professional, and the price was fair. I would highly recommend them!

Always nice people there. They sometimes groom my dog, but sometimes I use the self wash, and it's awesome! They give you everything you need to bathe your pup.

Great place to bring my dog for a bath, quick service.

Would not recommend. Spent about an hour drafting a long and fair review on the Facebook page. It shared positive and negative experiences and was only factual. The owner now removed all reviews from Facebook. You should disclose all positive and negative experiences. It's only fair to the consumer.

Very expensive the ladies were very nice but my kitty cat was supposed to get a lion cut and her nails clipped no bath nothing else and I paid $75 and her lion cut was not completed I do understand that she can be vocal when she’s not happy but for that price You would think it would look professional was not a professional cut at all... they told me that they didn’t quite finish because she was getting quite upset but come on all she needed was a shave and I have paid less in the past and it looked like a professional cut unfortunately this groomer will not be getting my return business or recommendations to friends and family!!! Very poor customer service. The woman who waited on me did not seem happy to serve my pet. Never smiled and was very annoyed that my little dog had an accident on her floor... she told me very rudely to clean it up myself....”the doggie bags are over there and you really should have him on a leash in here”. I grabbed my dog and walked out. I would never entrust my pet to this type of care. Owner should more carefully screen his help to ensure that the workers have a warmer and friendlier presentation, especially in the pet service industry

I was excited to find a self wash place near me. They supply and clean up, that's the only reason I didn't give a 1 star. The 2 girls didn't seem happy about my dog at all, which is odd because every time I bring her anywhere dog related the employees are crazy about dogs. Anyway, they trimmed her nails and didn't even talk to her when she was nervous. Ok that's not a requirement and sounds silly written out but have some sympathy and empathy for the animal shaking under your care. She got clipped, and that didn't help. When it came to her bath I had to use the whole bottle of shampoo they gave me because it was watered down. I couldn't even get a good lather on her. The blow dryer is advertised as forced air but my personal hair dryer at home could have done a better job. My dog has an undercoat. I couldn't even dry her so we left with her soaking wet. When we asked about settings on the dryer we were told that's what they offer for self serve and she shrugged. Ok. I used to do dog grooming and forced air is supposed to blow their loose fur out and dry them. Got none of that. I cut myself on the dirty slicker brush and asked for something antibacterial or even hand sanitizer. They had none. A dog grooming facility with no first aid kit? Odd. Overall I will not be back nor will I recommend this place. We did not feel appreciated as customers from the beginning and I did not like the attitude we received. I'm very disappointed.

On top of both my dogs progressively becoming more timid of this groomer, the last and final straw I could handle was FLEAS. I have owned several dogs in my life this is the first time i have ever had a massive flea infestation in my home. Both of my dogs ended up with fleas, eggs, itching... My home is now infested head to toe with thousands of them. Not only do they clearly mistreat their clients dogs, they clearly do not look at dogs fur or their skin. Would not recommend this place to anyone, prices are good but my poor animals are uncomfortable and i have spent over $300 trying to completely clean my home. (But since female fleas lay up to 30 eggs DAILY, my carpets couches etc have had to be professionally steamed) Lastly, every single time i picked them up (maybe 4-5 times for the dogs) they came out still wet?

I have to say I'm very disappointed when I dropped off my dog I explained that my dog can be difficult and that without a muzzle she wouldn't be able to cut his hair. She said not to put a muzzle on him. So she was only able to shampoo and blow dry him but he was still not fully blow dryed, he looked exactly the same as when I dropped him off and I was still charged $40 just for that! I should have not been charged that much! It's ridiculous! The girl was not friendly and if they couldn't handle hyper dogs then she should have just told me that would then I explained! I'm very upset about the situation and my dog still needs to be groomed!

I though my dog would need a close shave when he developed some mats on his belly. They did an awesome job keeping his fur long while getting out all the mats. Very accommodating.
