The staff is very roude, even if your pet is a patient and you ask them for an appointment for next day they want to charge emergency charges for that. Even when they are the primary vet for my Pet. Plus if you ask about it they will disable your account. They are charging more from the customer because they are short staffed. Policies like nail clipping can only be done if you have a dr appointment.. if a tech is going to give a shot and in that visit you ask for nail clipping it will be $85 seriously. I think they need to teach there techs and receptionist how to handle customers in a better way when they have some questions or concerns.

I just moved to the area and had some trouble finding a new vet for my 13 year old pup with LOTS of recent health issues. I’m so happy I found this place. I have felt heard and understood since the first visit. The vets there are so kind and take the time to explain everything to me. The vet techs are always so sweet as well which makes me feel comfortable with them taking him in while I wait in the car. They also always call the day after a visit to check in on my old dude. Just within the past month they have been immensely more helpful in identifying what’s going on with my dog than his previous vet of 4 years. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I had to take my 12 year old Chihauha for a vet visit after years. He needed distemper and a rabbies shot...they were awesome. Such good people who are not about overcharging. Love this Vet

My cat loves her trips to the vet. Everyone is so kind. They are reasonably priced and you can tell they love their jobs.

This is the last time I’ll go to this facility. The staff over the phone told me not to come back. Always an issue with this place since covid started. The way they treat customers is not acceptable.

Beyond the worst place to take your animal. The customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t come here again. The staff on the phone is ridiculous rude. Wouldn’t trust them with my cat again.

Would not recommend this place. Needed to find emergency care for a rescue pet. I was anxious with everyone not taking new patients. So I was asking tons of questions and got find someone else, I said you are kidding right, they said no and hung up the phone.

Love this animal clinic but they was a little too busy for them to see my cat but I will bring them there again

Came back here when I found out it was under new ownership a year ago and what a difference! Vets and staff are friendly and genuinely concerned about your pet's health. The waiting and exam rooms always looks and smell clean. I'm so glad we came back. Prices are very reasonable and they are upfront with the costs of any tests needed.

With the COVID19 restrictions we weren't allowed to go into the building for everyone's safety. We found the curbside pet pickup to be courteous, effective and convenient. Both techs we interacted with were very friendly and upbeat when talking to us and handling our puppy. The vet, Dr. Enos, communicated with us via phone and was also super nice and very reassuring. She answered all of our questions, most of which were on a written list I handed to the tech with our paperwork. We felt like she really listened and cared and that we found the right doggy doctor for our growing puppy.

I had to bring my 14 year old Chihuahua in for a wellness visit. He had recently gone blind and we had to leave town for a week and I was concerned for his well being while I was gone. The staff there were so kind, extremely helpful and very flexible with our treatment plan for my Pedro. I would highly recommend Diamond Hill Animal Clinic. They really do care about your pet
