Dr and staff are excellent.

My whole family goes here, and though the veterinarian somehow never remembers me (lol) he does a good job with all of my animals (there’s 4 of them haha)

Loved it they are so compassionate and caring and take very good care of my dogs.

Amazing staff and great care without being greedy on his prices. Your pet will get the care they deserve and it won’t burn holes in your pocket! I’ve never met a human doctors office even half as professional and genuine as the people of this office. 10/10 recommend this place to everyone! Wish I knew him with my other animals in the past!

He is a okay doctor. Seems a little upset with animals and there owners when they tell them what's going on.

I would recommend Dr. McMillen to all, he is extremely knowledgeable, honest and very kind. He treats your fur baby as if it was his own. I have been taking my dogs there for MANY years and I do not have one complaint and the pricing is the best around, you cant get better then him & his staff.

Dr. MCmillen is the best. He treats my dog with the best of care and expertise. His fees are more affordable than other vets in the area. I've been taking my pets there for over 20 years.

The best Veteran in the state. You stay with your pet from start to finish, no one takes your pet into a other room. Waiting times are better. Don't miss up on your babys,,,pet health.

I have been going to Dr MacMillan for nearly 20 years with my dogs. There is no one I trust more. There is a reason that he cannot take new client...Its because very few leave.

I've been trying to call all week simply to verify records for a client. I had to call 5 times back to back today to finally get someone on the phone (they were rude), then I sat on hold for almost an hour, just for them to hang up on me at 10:59 when the office was closing. The customer service is nonexistent if you're unable to physically visit the location.

Well, it’s been a week since my Bella passed ????, I have to thank Dr. McMillan from Mercy Animal Hospital and his staff. When she started having medical problems a few years ago He tried Everything to give her a good life Dr. McMillan is a compassionate, kind and knowledgeablecaring Doctor With a wonderful staff, they really care For your pet and getting your pet well ,he also cares about pets' parents too ????

I’m presently 73 years young,I’ve had a dog or cat for the last 45 yrs, in those 45 years I’ve been to pretty much every vet for one reason or another in RI. About 23 yrs ago I heard from a friend about Mercy animal hospital and how good this Dr McMillan was, and shortly there after we added a family member named Sparky ,(west highland terrier ) he’s had his share of allergies so I took him to this specialist in east Greenwich ,after $575.00 for an office visit and to leave there with no more knowledge then I walk in with, and a $150.00 prescription each month.It was time for a rabies shot ,I took him to Mercy and believe me when I say if the service was free at any other Vet I’d pass the opportunity ! Not only does he takes the time to explain the issue with Sparky, he very reasonable on his cost for services.If your lucky enough to get an appointment at Mercy, your going to love the gals in the office.( Can’t say enough good things !).
