I used the self service dog wash, the staff is very friendly and helpful and it's a nice clean place to wash your dog so you don't have to do it at home.

I’ve used Morgan’s for retail and hair grooming services and I can honestly say I won’t go anywhere else. It’s hard to find quality food in stock, locally, and that are reasonably priced. They also updated inside and looks awesome!

My dog loves going to daycare! We also get her groomed here. The staff is wonderful, they go above and beyond for their customers. Great hours, reasonable prices, and they offer a lot of services.

I take my little girl pup here for her beauty spa day. She isn't the easiest to work with but they put up with her. They are always friendly and polite. Thank you all for your services!

If i could give 0 stars i would. As a former employee take my advice.. Take ur dogs elsewhere.. The place is awful and the new owner is the same person who's been running the place for years now... So don't let that fool you either.. If u want real care take ur dogs and cats else where... A great place for the doggys to have overnight stays, daycare, spa treatments/grooming, and training would be Central bark of york only 7mins away and everyone there is certified and loves your pets as their own!

This is a doggie daycare that I have used for years! They have never let me down, and I dont think they will. My dog always has a great time at Morgans Paws, my dog is 14 weeks and already has gotten used to the daycare. The best place ever!????

My dogs love doggie daycare and the workers there. The workers are very helpful with the dogs. I trust them with my poodle fur babies.

Was not happy with the quality of this place. The hours of operation are probably one of the best highlights of this place. However I brought my dog here for the 1st time and was going to do a 1/2 of day care to get her acclimated to a new daycare. However I did not feel comfortable after about 30 minutes of watching the Web Cam. Much of that time the staff member who is in the Room was on their phone. When I asked the manager if they are allowed on their phone she said yes this is how they communicate with other staff in the building. Which is fine I understand that communication needs to happen but I also am familiar that there are mannerisms and micro behaviors that occur and It's pretty difficult to do that when the staff is on their phone and not paying attention to the dogs. When I brought this up to the owner she just stated that they've been doing this for years and if I didn't like it She'd be more than happy to get my dog for me. With her response of handling the situation I decided that this might not be a good fit for my dog and asked her to go get her. I see now why they have a rating of 3.2. The dogs also just Play in a cement basement type environment. And if you don't believe me please go to their Web Cam and see how long the staff members are on their phone not paying attention to your dogs.

Business lies about being under "new" management, but its just the old (horrible) owners niece. They also verbally abuse employees who are still in training in front of customers. Dogs are just placed in big cement rooms and the entire facility smells disgusting and unkempt.

Definitely would give 0 stars if I could. My dog got hurt here and no one knew what happened. When we talked to the manager she proceeded to curse at us and be unprofessional. I know you sign a contract that says they are not responsible if your dog gets hurt but I just wanted to know what happened instead of being lied to multiple times.

The owner is the only one in the area that my black lab/great dane fur baby Anna will let touch her feet to get her nails done without a muzzle, blood etc... Everyone else in york, dover, and hanover either says no, hurts her, scares her or has her limping the next day. Anna loves her and her staff. She stands there like a sweet baby when her nails are being do e.

Our dogs LOVE going to Honeysuckle. If I say to them that we're going to visit Aunt Janet they get so excited and bark at the door until it's time to leave. Bob and Janet take very good care of the dogs and love all of their visitirs.

Not the Morgan’s Paws of years ago. My dog was attacked while attending daycare. I understand that animals do that, but I am extremely disappointed in the way the staff handled this. They cleaned him up and made no mention that he was attacked. When I brought to their attention that his ear was torn from his head, his eye was torn at the corner, and he had a deep puncture wound on the top of his head, they initially claimed they had no knowledge of anything happening and suggested this may have occurred prior to him coming in. Many versions later, the stated that the attack was unprovoked, but still would not provide detail. The staff was very cold and uncaring with regard to what happened. To make matters worse, they continue to allow the aggressor to attend day care. I pulled my dog out immediately. Morgan’s Paws is no longer the only daycare option in York County.. My advice is to look elsewhere.
