Where is the compassion? These people are only after money! They don’t care about you or your pets! During this pandemic, most of us can’t get to the vet often. I have been taking my pets there since they were babies and because I missed just one appointment, I was told I had to pay a fee and then they told me that because it’s been awhile, I could no longer bring my pets there at all!! And you call this a community veterinarian service. It’s an absolute joke! Don’t waste your time and money!

Very caring and friendly. They were very compassionate when it came to the last days for my last dog Kimmy when she got so sick so quickly. They are now taking great care of my present rescue dog Maggie. I highly recommend Dr. Ingold and his staff for taking care of your pet.

Worst vet you could use. All they want is your money, they don't care about your pet.

We had the most wonderful experience! The staff was so kind and very supportive. This is our first time having a puppy. The staff was so helpful and kindly answered our numerous questions. I would highly recommend!!

The people at Ingold's Veterinary have such a heart for the animals they see and for the pets owners. I have always been impressed with their employees and the quality of the service that they give. I called today to inquire about details and costs for spaying a dog. I was informed that until you schedule and pay for an initial visit, they won't even give an estimate on the procedure. Needless to say, we'll be going elsewhere and I would suggest you do the same with a business capable of being more up front.

Dr Ingold is a very good vet and a very good person. He came in on a Saturday morning to stitch up my dogs eye. Very greatly appreciated.

I was very impressed with Dr Ingold as well as his staff. They were all extremely helpful and Dr Ingold answered all of our questions and was very kind and caring with my new puppy. I am very happy with this office and highly recommend them.

I tried to get my elderly animal care, here. There was an unfortunate situation that happened for which the staff apologized to me for. So in the future, I would consider going there. But ongoing training of empathy for the support staff is needed. They did apologize, very genuinely though. So I forgive them.

I had a great first experience with this clinic. Dr. Ingold has gained a new client with his diligence and expertise. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of both my arthritic dog and my diabetic cat. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
