I would never take your pet here. NEGLECTFUL to a put where it could put your pets health in jeopardy. I have had two Horrible experiences. Terrible staff. (Rude and Nasty.) This place is extremely unprofessional neglectful unorganized. This is not the kind of place that does what they do bc it is their Calling and they care about animals. It is just a job to them. And they barely do their job. I wouldn't take a goldfish here to get checked out! They should close down. And staff should find new jobs not working with ppl or animal's.

Absolutely wonderful caring staff. They knew just how to relax my nervous puppy for her exams and vaxes and treated her with so much love. I highly recommend!

I’ve brought my dog to this vet when we first got her and a few days later she caught kennel cough from his office. We know that it was here because we made sure not to bring her around any other animals or new places til she got her shots. He overcharged us for the medication at it wasn’t even the right one. We had to go to the emergency vet to get the right kind. Never again

This place is amazing. Dr and staff are caring about their patients. I've taken my Guinea pig there and now my puppy, who gets excited to see them!

Outstanding veterinary practice in every regard - expertise, knowledge, skills, compassion. Dr. Francomacaro is particularly adept in treating 'exotics' and was the only physician I entrusted with the medical care of my three (3) House Rabbits for more than a decade.

Caring and kind, knowledgeable animal vet.

I brought my leopard gecko in for an eye infection. The staff and veterinarian were very friendly. I knew I was going to pay $90 to see the vet because I’d been advised of this when I made the appointment. He prescribed eye drops for my gecko and told me to call back in a week if the problem didn’t get better. The service was fine, but I was disappointed when I got home and googled the eye drops. The exact same drops I paid $50 for were $10.27 on Chewy.com. I expect to pay higher at a vet, but marking up $40 is robbery. The vet didn’t do anything but look at the geckos eyes, and the service was just fine, just expect to pay more than necessary.

Never answers the phone. Never calls you back after you leave a message. Have awful hours. Wish I could go back to my old vet or find a new one but no one is taking new clients cause of covid. The vet sees my dog for like 90 seconds and charges me $200.

We trust them with our babies..er..cats. They are great and most importantly caring

Tonight was my first experience here. The staff and Doctor were all very welcoming to myself and extremely caring towards my pup. Looking forward to future visits.

Dr F and staff cared for my diabetic black lab for many years. Everyone was very caring to the end. When we finally had to put him down, we were able to stay in the room with him to say goodbye.

Vet was very nice and super informative. The office really dated it self. Overall a good experience.

Dr. F is a very kind and caring vet. The animals seem to really adore him. His staff is wonderful!

Very caring and informational staff. Quaint and older location, but extremely clean and well-kept. Also, the place smelled 1000% better than any veterinary office I've ever been in. (Sorry, every vet office I've been in SMELLED like a vet office, so I always dread them, but this place was amazing) Definitely left a welcoming and caring impression for me and my puppy.

Been going to Dr. DF since 1996. 4 dogs over time, one left. He's genuinely concerned about you and your pet. Great not only with routine issues but unique diseases, treatments, and a fine surgeon.

Fast wait times, they have no vets for dinosaurs, bring that brontosaurus elsewhere.

I took all three of my dogs there I was charged for two fecal exams equaling 80 dollars that was never done. So i got a refund and had to struggle to maintain the rembersment even though I was charged for something that was never done. Then the doctor told me my newest puppy were perfectly happy the next day I had to rush her to vsec to find out she had kennel cough and two types of parasites. DO NOT GO HERE

If you love your pets, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE !! I called Tuesday Oct. 21, and told the Dr.'s assistant my dog was sick with a nasty cough and wouldn't eat or drink.She told me the Dr. would call me back when he finished with his current patient. I received NO CALL BACK. On Wednesday Oct. 22, I told her it was getting worse,and again, she said he would call me back AGAIN. Instead of waiting I drove over there to a closed office. Using my cell phone from their parking lot, I called and was told they left early and would not be back until Friday. Again, I received NO CALL BACK. On Friday, Oct 24 I woke up to find that my best friend had died in his sleep I was heartbroken, I called to arrange a cremation and the same assistant told me the Dr. would be there in 10 minutes and she would have him call me.. After waiting an hour, I called and AGAIN was told they left early.When I screamed at the woman she put me on hold, then came back and said I would be called back in a few minutes. I was called by the assistant who said the Dr. was gone and nothing could be done that day and told me to put "IT" in a plastic bag and leave "IT" in a freezer until monday !! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS, DON"T TAKE THEM HERE !!!!!!
