Great care for our family members

Had to take my 15,yo blind dog for glucose curve test. Have me estimate Wich I just looked on bottom of receipt and said 30 . Sticker shocker said don't do anything extravagant bill was 436 price was on initial receipt in the middle of pg now they want to repeat in 2-4wks so I can continue her insulin Just lost my baby not Tylor of 15yrs the day before and paid ,over 300. Now short on bills looks like she won't be getting insulin after Rx runs out

I can not say enough great things about the staff and facility of Wexford veterinary. We took my childhood cat there, so when I got a cat of my own, it only made sense to stick to a place that I loved and respected (even though I have to drive in 30 mins from the south - totally worth it). Clementine had to have teeth removed and I was a nervous wreck, but the doctors and staff took such good care of her. They explained the procedure, called me as soon as Clementine was out of surgery, and provided me with a detailed care plan and advice/tips for her ongoing treatment. Friendly, supportive, prompt, reliable and true animals lovers! I would recommend this place over and over and over.

We have entrusted our family's companion animals to the Wexford Veterinary Hospital for five and a half decades. Our original primary caregiver was the founder, Dr. Childress, who was an exceptional vet and nice gentleman. Over the years as he expanded his practice, we came to know Dr. O'Leary (Retired) and his other team members and came to trust them as well with our beloved animals. With the current COVID-19 protective safety practices in place, today's visit was well organized and went smoothly. I appreciated the attentiveness and attention to detail of Dr. Ahr and her supporting vet techs. Our dog was as happy at the start of the visit as he was at the end of it. And, I left feeling reassured that he was receiving the best of care.

Wexford Veterinary always exceeds my expectations. I’ve been going there over 20 years. I just took my newest pup, the first time since the pandemic. They have a fast,efficient system going on ! I won’t take my dogs anywhere else.

The Drs and staff are absolutely wonderful. I was honestly impressed with how polite and welcoming they are. They explained the medications and answered all my questions, when I walked out I fully understood everything they told me. I highly recommend.

I want to personally thank Wexford Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Vaughn for being there for my dog and me. They were extremely kind and helpful and filled an emergency prescription when I was unable to obtain the medication myself because I am an out-of-town veterinarian that is currently many hours from my hospital. Thank you for all that you do!
