My dog goes twice a week for day care and always has a great time. Office staff answer promptly and can always get an appointment if needed for my cats and dog. Easy to reach from the southeast of WC.

The staff at Applebrook Inn Vet is friendly and knowledgeable . It was so easy to book an appointment . My dog went right in with the staff for curbside drop off. Dr. Flower came back out with him and she explained in detail what services they did and also gave me her recommendations . The office is in a lovely country setting. I’m glad I made the switch and will definitely recommend !

Dr.Flowers is fantastic! We recently got a silver lab puppy & she took great care of her during the first vet appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from making an appointment to walking us through puppy care & future visits. I feel at ease knowing our pup will be well taken care of & there are options for daycare, boarding and training if needed. Highly recommend!

The facility was very nice and the girls were very helpful and pleasant. My wife thinks we should make reservations for ourselves. :)

Doggie day care at Applebrook is our dog’s happy place. We have a medium sized, high energy dog whose greatest joy is to run at top speed with his buddies. Applebrook’s day care is perfect for him! Loads of outdoor space to run & play. He has a huge smile every time I pick him up. One day of doggie day care usually = 2 days of tired, happy, good dog. The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. And having on site vet services is incredibly convenient. Absolutely recommend!

I have been a Chester County resident for many years and am an avid believer in rescue. When I discovered Applebrook inn in 2019, it felt like bringing my pets home. Dr Paine is far and away the best veterinarian I have ever met, and he has been caring for the soul of me, my white shepherd Manny since we met. It is a comfort and privilege to take him to daycare there ( we call it puppy school though he is 10). He loves playing with his doggie buds but mostly he loves the staff. He is a rescue and has some issues with trust, and the staff work so patiently with him. He has had a few medical/ surgical issues arise during some otherwise normal days. Dr Paine tackles all headlong and with amazing skill. I wish he, his wife Alyssa and all the terrific staff there the happiest of holidays! Thank you all!!

Onboarding as a new patient with Applebrook Inn was extremely easy and a first appointment was quickly available. The team at Applebrook put my dog completely at ease (and calmed all my nerves!) in a new place. The environment is very relaxing. While providing excellent care, they also explain current and preventative treatment to pet guardians—including clear financial options. Services are extremely comprehensive. One detail I really loved was when I inquired about training I could be connected with an experienced trainer right on site.

The staff here was so accommodating to our needs while boarding our pup over the holiday season. Coming from out of state, we needed some additional vaccines for boarding which they took care of for us there. Our pup Maverick had a wonderful time there. I knew he loved the staff when I went to pick him up and he was so excited to see the ladies in the office before noticing me at all haha!

This was our first time at Applebrook and they were absolutely fantastic. The office staff, the nurses and the dr were all attentive, answered my questions and clearly loved our new pup. Knowing he is going to be loved on like that made the experience even better. The facility is sparklingly clean and you can tell from the moment you walk in they have a real pride in their business.

Our puppy had an amazing experience so far with Applebrook's groomers (De-shed bath, teeth brushing, and nail clipping). The entire place is run very professionally/efficiently and I loved that the vet called to go over our puppy's wellness check. Multiple people called the next day (office staff and vet staff) to check on his response to vaccinations from the previous day at their facilities. I would recommend this location for your animals!

Applebrook has been excellent with my dog. He was having health problems the previous vet never diagnosed. Dr. Paine and his staff are wonderful, loving and caring. The property is beautiful and perfect for daycare and boarding. I would highly recommend Applebrook to any pet owner!

Applebrook is the best vet we have ever been to. My dog (Banksy) goes to the groomer here as well and I like that they can do everything all in one place. Banksy has been much happier and healthier since we started going to Applebrook 2 years ago. She previously had allergy issues that were causing her discomfort and anxiety. Other vets gave her expensive drugs to mask her symptoms, but Dr. Paine helped us adjust her diet and routine care to manage her allergies instead. Since then, Dr. Paine has successfully treated a variety of other issues for Banksy - sometimes with surgery or meds, and sometimes with simple modifications in her care. The entire staff at Applebrook are friendly and patient, both in person and over the phone. I'm sure they have busy days, but they never make me feel rushed or feel like they are just "fitting in" appointments. If I call with a question about food brands, an unusual rash, or a change in behavior, its Dr. Paine who returns the call personally. He always makes time to talk to pet owners and thoroughly answers questions about pet health. With all this time and personal attention I would expect the rates to be through the roof, but I've found the prices at Applebrook to be competitive with other local veterinarians. I wouldn't consider taking my pets anywhere else for vet care.

I love Applebrook. The daycare team is great and they let me know about Kaiser's (German Shepherd) behavior during the day. The office staff is wonderful too. They make sure that all our concerns about Kaiser are addressed. Dr. Payne went out of his way to figure out why Kaiser was having back problems. I continued to recommend Applebrook to anyone who asks.

Dr. Paine, No one is name calling you, I am FACT citing you. Again, you do not have the FACTS correct nor the names of my pets! You are clearly unprofessional and incompetent to not speak with me directly or attempt to do so and to claim that I am not speaking the truth of what transacted without your presence. I will always put the truth and my pets first over some loser like you who does not value pet owners! You can’t even get my pets names correct! I am very concerned that you are putting your own value above those who entrust their pets in your care. That you belittle a customer instead of resonating with the love, care and concern they have for their pets speaks volumes of your character and values. ~ Dr. Paine, You do not take criticism nor the truth well. It is true that it took four days to receive an email after the initial request for a photo. I called on Monday September 20th at 7:33 am. The photos were received on Friday September 24th in the pm. Your staff member Lynn told me that it was probably forgotten when I called the fourth time on Friday to yet again ask for photos. It is true that your staff incorrectly named my pets in those emails. Sheba was named Capricious and Capricious was named Sheba. It is true that I received more food in return than was portioned. It is true that your staff spoke not a word to me when I picked up my pets other than to ask for a gratuity, including Lynn. You are arrogant and ignorant. And I can provide proof of what I claim. Can you?

Staff is so friendly especially Carmen. Always quick to respond and accommodating. Great facility too. So happy there.

My husband and I made a reservation to view the facility over one month in advance, as it was our first time using applebrook inn. We were called the morning of our appt to be told our appt was cancelled. Because of the positive online reviews, we decided to board our pets despite the cancellation. Three days after leaving our pets, I called to see how they were doing and asked for photos as I had no idea how they were being housed. I was assured photos were coming. Nothing came. A second, third and fourth request was made. Finally got an email and they had the names of our pets wrong and our pets looked terrified. We requested that grooming be done during their stay only to find when we got home that it was not done but we were charged for it. Upon pick up of our pets, we were not told anything regarding their stay. Not a word was said. And we received food in return despite measuring out daily portions. We were asked about adding a gratuity though. Do not board your pets here. Not an honest or diligent facility. I will never board my pets here again. Dr. Paine, You don’t take criticism nor the truth well. It is true that my pets were incorrectly named in the emails that we did not immediately receive. It is true that it took four days after a first request for photos to receive them. It is true that your employee Lynn told me on the fourth day after the initial statement that we would get photos that it was probably forgotten by the staff to send us the photos. It is true that your staff did not inform us of anything regarding their stay when they were picked up. And I seriously doubt that your statement about my pet biting wasn’t unprovoked or even true. How dare you be so arrogant and ignorant.

We have taken 3 different dogs to Applebrook for daycare in the past almost 8 years. The staff is great and the place just keeps getting better.

We are so happy we found Dr. Payne! He was our pups vet when we got him but he left that Vet office to open his own practice. Several years later we found him as a result of asking a friend for a referral. He takes a lot of time and care. He understands how important our pups our and treats them so well! Highly recommend Dr. Payne!

We love Applebrook, Maverick always enjoys his stay. Staff are super friendly and we love the report cards and pictures of our dog while we are away. Very safe and lovely place for pets.

I love Applebrook vetinary clinic! The owner (James paine) is a really great guy! He interacts with all his customers and employees with respect! He is also funny which is a plus???? the ladies at the front desk are also really nice! My brother's fiance works there, and she loves it! I'm submitting my application to get an interview so I could possibly start working there! If you dont go to applebrook, I recommend you switch over ????
