Employees not wearing masks and somewhat rude to those who decided to. Cashier didn't know any products and had to run upstairs a few times to get codes so checkout was almost 10 min for 3 items. Shelves were also pretty bare and didn't have a basic pet care item I went in for.

The menu has so much variety it's ridiculous! Great service. Clean. The food.... absolutely yummy. (Chef's Kiss) I will be going back REPEATEDLY!

Great selection of plants and flowers, and very helpful staff, but quite pricey! Also a great place to buy a christmas tree, but again, at a premium.

Braxton's is great for everything pet related! With everything from food to treats, to toys and bones- they have everything we need for a growing puppy! Great selection and friendly staff too!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Great selection and I found prices to be very competitive. Needed to purchase a raincoat for my dog. Admittedly bought a coat online only to have it not fit. Then had to mess with return and credit. Next, I went to Braxton's and they had all sorts of styles and at prices that were comparable to anything online. In the future, I will just start my pet shopping at Braxton's.

Tons of great dog / cats toys, food and treats. Love taking my dog Lucy here for her monthly baths. Prices are great and the staff is very friendly and welcoming

Love Braxton’s! Have been shopping here all my life for all my pets and love the variety of food they offer. Also love the dog washing station. Staff is super friendly too :)

Did not go into the dog store, but the garden center. Beautiful plants. GIGANTIC pumpkins. Nice local produce.

The staff are INCREDIBLE, so friendly and helpful even with something basic like using the dog wash. You can tell everyone that works there has a passion for animals. Very impressed!

This place has some very nice stuff. Seems a little pricy, but it may just be because the stuff is really good quality. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lots of great, fun, non-mainstream pet and animal stuff in a really cool store! I kind of want to buy a bird feeder because they're all so cool, and I don't care about birds at all!
