They have been my vet for every animal and I wouldn't take them anywhere else great doctors and awesome staff

Dr. Hoover was very thorough with my cat and the staff were nice

Dont recommend at all after being turned away for an emergency! That lead to our family dog being euthanized! They told me to bring her in maybe 2 hour wait! When I called back the non friendly receptionist. Said I would PROBALLY be turned away! How in the world do you run a good Business like this? Saddest DAY of my life !!! DISGUSTED !!!

It was great and the staff were great and I would recommend them to others.

They always treated our baby with respect and kindness. Even on her last day with us, they grieved along side of us.

This was at the Mt Rock location and this is not the first time we have been treated rudely and unprofessional by the front desk. It was posted on FB that they were now open for people to come inside. There are signs that say open and the door was not locked. Went in to pick up medicine for cat. I was chastised like I was a criminal for walking inside. Was told I should have called from the parking lot. They are “sort of open” but not for picking up medicine. What on earth is this world coming to. They had two chances to be rude but will not get a third.

I have been to 4 vets in the area, this is the best in my opinion. The veterinarian's are top quality. They always go above and beyond. I feel lucky to have found this anim hospital. :)

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and they really take the time to make you and your pet comfortable. During Covid you will stay in your vehicle and check in via phone. Will be our family vet for years to come!

Not sure they deserve one star. Profit motivated. Recommended unrelated testing. Unprofessional and condescending from scheduling to treatment. Wish I had heeded the warnings. Completely lacking of compassion. Define pet healthcare as strictly business. Do yourself a favor and take your pet to someone who actually cares, or even pretends to care. The only thing this place cares about is taking your money and setting up a “treatment plan” that ensures they continue to do so.

Can't say enough good things about our visit. Even with "covid" protocol in place. Our "girl"was well taken care of. The procedure was well explained before & after with meds for home. Thanks again !

I want to thank the staff at Mt. Rock Animal Hospital. They treated me and my dog, Chili, very kindly. The pandemic makes it very difficult to have a one on one conversation with the vet but Dr. Hoover called me after the visit and was very thorough in explaining to me exactly what was going on with my dog and how to treat his problem. In addition, my bill was very reasonable for all that they did for him. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr. Grimmer was the most professional and knowledgeable veterinarian I have ever dealt with in my 10 years of raising livestock. Her confidence in an emergency situation made the entire experience so much better. We were very impressed and would recommend her to anyone in the large animal industry!

Mt Rock is great .

Absolutely amazing people, the veterinarian was so nice. I had to wait in the car a lady came out talked to me and took my piglet into the office to be seen, the vet called and explained in great detail what he thought was wrong, what he was going to administer and what medication he was sending home with me. I would give this place 10 stars if I could, everyone was so nice, helpful and well, just great. For 3 shots, stool sample, eye ointment and office visit my bill was around $150.00 I was actually thinking it was going to cost $300.00 or more. Highly recommend ????

Dr. Pinney and the rest of the staff at Mt. Rock were amazing from start to finish. Taking your pet to a new vet can be nerve racking, but Baker and I felt welcome from the very first phone call. Thanks for all you do to keep our fur babies healthy!!

Professional caring staff at Mt. Rock! I had a same day appointment with Dr. Pandya who was caring and thorough with our tree walker who had an allergic reaction. Dr. Pinney removed a tumor from our dachshund who recovered quickly. I can’t say enough this vet is fabulous!

Jill was super helpful and very pleasant! The techs are awesome and Enzo's doctor was very patient with all my questions and very friendly! Absolutely recommend Mt Rock for your pets care❤️

My dog got extremely sick earlier this year so we had to schedule an emergency appointment for him. He had a really bad infection and was crying out in agony because of it. The receptionist knew we were there (and could obviously hear him crying) and yet we still had to stand in the waiting room for 25 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. Once we got called back to the room it was another 15 minutes until the doctor came in, and she wasn’t nice at all. She acted like she didn’t want bothered with him. Gave me three different diagnoses. Told me he’d need surgery. Then told me he was a lost cause and should be put down. She stood there and watched me break down crying and was not empathetic at all. Then decided on prescribing me medicine and ushering next home. The ONLY reason I even gave a two star review is because the medicine she prescribed actually cured him. That said, I won’t be going back there and definitely will not be seeing that vet again. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this vet. My animals are now patients at different clinics and I’d advise everyone else to do the same too. Even if it’s a little farther out of the way, it’s worth it. This place is rude and continues to show that they don’t actually care about the animals they’re seeing.
