Wish i could give 0 stars. My boyfriend and I went here the other day and the bunnies had NO food, water or hay. They were eating their own feces. They looked sick. The bedding in their enclosure was NOT the correct one for them to have. They were in fish tanks. This place needs to be shut down. They dont care for their animals here.

They talk smack about customers in front of other customers. Not vedy friendly either. Unprofessional.

Got my baby from there, alittle pricey but the service is always nice. The girls in there are sweet and really know alot about the animals they have. My new puppy is the most well behaved, such a sweet rottweiler.

I. In went in there a year or so ago and they told me the price for a German Shepard they had was 700. Now they are saying they are discounting priced to get pups in homes before shut down but more than doubled the prices. Same breed now 1799 discounted price. They are playing on people hearts while scamming them big time. Crooks!!!!

Went in to just browse ended up falling madly in love with a beautiful pug! Staff was fantastic and patience didn't rush my family and I as we played with the puppy! Didn't hoover over us like other pet stores do and just over all very welcoming!

Puppy mill dogs at inflated prices. Better to go to a reputable breeder or give a rescue animal a loving home

Pet Palace is nice and very cute but it's also very sad to me to see all the dogs locked up in cages. It's nice to pet the beautiful pets.

Great workers. Very friendly and helpful. Fun place to even just visit. I have much love for pet palace.

They had crickets when nobody else had them

This place is a nightmare, WAY TO EXPENSIVE, dirty puppy's empty waterbowls in all cages . They have been on the news countless times and investigated for numerous offenses. Don't know who's getting paid off cuz that's the only reason I can figure that they're not closed down .

I never been here... I was looking for places to go. I have a big platform where if I feel something wrong I get done. if this is a puppy mill i have so many people there letters and ill shut this place down with the quickness. if you bathing or feeding or giving them (FRESH) water and attention we have no problems but if i see different we have a problem ????

This place is way to expensive. Outrageous. Charging $1000 for a simple tabby kitten.

Dont ever buy from this owner, the dogs are comming from puppy mills run by the amish, I lost 2 dogs in one week, one was only 4years old. I complained and all i got was a hastle there. I am currently reporting them to the states attorney generals office! They also have other stores around the area!BEWARE!! Now 2 days later i was contacted by the owner and was told if i made any more contact i would be contacted by his laywer and or arrested. Sounds likes somebody has someting to hide!! I guess ill let the aspca and the states attorney general go through his paperwork to find out where these dogs are really comming from!

The Staff Here Are Nice and usually always helpful.. I only come in for mice so I can't say much

Little pricey on their dogs and cats but the mice and the rats are very good prices good size good price I go here to buy food for my snakes I'll go nowhere else

I purchased my English Bulldog Lola six years ago. I can't say enough GOOD things about how happy I am with Lola. Initially, Pet Palace was very helpful with questions, general health concerns, grooming etc. I've had minimal to no health conditions, which is super rare for an english bulldog! I get stopped all the time about how good looking she is, she is always getting compliments. I am super happy with the service here. I'm totally in love with my Lola.

Dogs are filthy and way over priced.puppy mill pups.pet store that doesn't even sell fish. Store stunk and high school kids welled there.more of a hot spot for young people.

WOW! If you insist on paying crazy high price, shop here!! Items which I can buy at Walmart for $5 cost $25 at Pet Palace. They should change the name to "Pet Lovers Highway Robbery" Too bad I had to give them at least one star in order to post this review. A total waste of a star

Wide variety of small animals and plenty of puppies. Store was clean and staff friendly. There are three pens in the center of the store where 3 puppies ran about enjoying time out of their cage. While there for about 15min, a pen was rotated with a different puppy. Many breeds to select from. Take a look sometime.

This store is not what I expected. It is literally a puppy mill, overly priced dogs, pups, in an inhumane environment. BTW the cheapest puppy is $1,600. They keep the dogs in cages stacked apon each other.

I would never buy a puppy from a pet store only a breeder. I recommend yellow labs r us.
